We have used Normandy for three projects over the years and love the final product on all of them. Normandy is first class from initial discussion through the final punch list. We have have highly recommended Normandy many times and we have also recommended our designer, Leslie Molloy.
I was really impressed with the level of organization and communication - the experience was really good and I think the quality of the work is top notch, in comparison to other people I've worked with. The one thing I wish is that painting would be part of the project so that you end with a completely done job. Also, this is picky, but some of my floor tiles have slight flaws in them, but there were tons of leftover tiles. I wish the tiler had used all the good tiles possible.
I would absolutely encourage people to use Normandy. They did an outstanding job for me from start to finish.
The communication was excellent. We were halfway through the project when the pandemic shutdown started. They quickly devised a way to safely continue.
Normandy did an outstanding job with our bathroom remodel. They were very responsive to our request and they exceeded our expectations.
Clear timeline, friendly & professional teams, beautiful work.
Have had both bathrooms done within a year. The first one was so phenomenal that I had to do the other!
Yes I would and in fact I have already referred them.
Normandy did an excellent job on my kitchen and bath remodel. Liz was an incredible designer, and Shawn kept the project running smoothly as foreman. The process was well communicated and transparent and the final product is top quality.
We were not made aware that for our project we were offered product from a previously unknown supplier to Normandy. This company caused many weeks of delay when we, the customers, noticed that the order was not correct. We were told that the supplier was unresponsive to Normandy's attempts to get the situation corrected. Communication from the office left a lot to be desired. On site employees were communicating, but couldn't tell us much. We felt like we were in the dark and left waiting without much info or help when problems arose. At the end, we were told the office had been working hard on our behalf, but that was after the fact, not told while waiting weeks on end for answers. There were also other problems with other product that were 1st noticed by us, not Normandy employees. Who was supposed to be checking that materials were correct? Where was quality control?
Tyler was difficult to work with and the end result is sloppy. We have a permanently slanted wall, a missing air vent, doorbell wiring that is now lost in our wall, a staircase that was unsafe and unusable for 7 days, and sloppy drywall that needed to be repaired weeks after our project was completed
I found Normandy Remodeling extremely easy to work with. It could have been a very difficult situation during this COVID-19. It was a 10-week process that they made easy for us. We received a letter in the mail which I call an expectations letter. This was a brilliant thing for them to do to help us understand what was going on. The superintendent for the project came over and went over that letter with us before the work was started.
Normandy did our kitchen about four or five years ago. They just did our porch and it is lovely. We get a lot of great commits about it. The only thing is that they started a little later at the end of summer. I wish they had started earlier. The workmanship is very very good. They are always good.
Without a doubt, I would recommend Normandy. I have no doubt they can handle the most complex projects and do it in a manner that helps you keep your sanity! Projects are stressful and they made it as smooth as possible!
Talked to many people about Normandy and they all gave great reviews. I will highly recommend Normandy.

Normandy Remodeling was totally professional and we are so happy.
We absolutely love our new kitchen and family room! Chris Ebert designed a wonderful area which is modern, yet blends well with the more traditional style of our house. We appreciated his patient, reassuring guidance as we went through the design phase of the project. During the construction we were very pleased with Bruce Pettingill's consistent attention to detail and communication. We couldn't have asked for a better superintendent for our job! Working with Normandy gave us confidence that our remodel would be of the highest quality and that we would have a beautiful kitchen living space at the end of the project.
I would recommend Normandy, but at the same time, give a friend some tips on things to be aware of about the Normandy process.
My Normandy designer clearly listened to my likes, dislikes, and vision for my kitchen. He designed the kitchen that was in my head and revived my 1950s ranch. My project supervisor was easy to work with and committed to making sure I was happy with all the work. I love the end result and wouldn't change a thing.
The whole process was well organized, The design-build process went very smooth. We are very happy with how it turned out.
They were off the charts good.
This is the manner in which contractors should comport themselves. Very pleased with Normandy from start to finish.
This was our third project with the team at Normandy. We trust Normandy to give excellent design guidance and professional high quality project follow thorough on construction. They work effectively with owners. We highly recommend Normandy remodeling.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Normandy Remodeling as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
