From our initial meetings all the way through the final handover, the team was always available, willing to listen to concerns and add on requests, and found a great solution every time. The quality of the work is outstanding, teams were extra clean and courteous.

Communication from project manager needs significant improvement. We also had to keep providing reminders that small things needed to be finished. For what we paid for your services, that was really disappointing. The finished results were amazing!

The design team was very knowledgeable about remodeling an old house. They gave us advice and were open and honest from the beginning about issues that might come up, and were spot on budget wise throughout the bathroom remodel process.

The superintendent was always available and showed up all the time, especially in times of uncertainty or if any issue occurred. He was also very knowledgeable about doing construction in old houses, and knew exactly who to call if an issue occurred.

Having done smaller remodels in the past, this was a major remodel project, and we needed some handholding. This team did a great job and we are thrilled with the final results. We would recommend working with them, and we thank them for their guidance and expertise.

I am very happy with my brand new kitchen. Bryan, our designer listened to our wants up front and came up with 3 different option designs. We discussed what we liked and didnt like and he came up with a revised plan that we loved. He actually listened to what we were saying and the design reflected that in the end. I love the design and all of his recommendations. Love my new kitchen.

It was an expensive project but we love it and are not sorry we went with Normandy We really thought about using someone else but after meting with Bryan we changed our minds a I think that says a lot about what we committed too

Cost is usually on the high side compared to other remodeling companies. Also, Normandy should consider including finish painting in their scope of work services because clients want a complete turnkey project from start to finish especially with the high cost.

Liz was an excellent guide and understood the look and feel that we were trying to achieve.

The team was efficient, great at communicating and very responsive.

We had a material issue that delayed our schedule and added challenges to living in our home. No quality issues with final product, but the delay was frustrating.

The whole process was well thought out and executed

The attention to detail is not what we would expect. The wrong trim was added to replaced windows and sliding door twice. In trying to match the existing trim, the wrong profile was used the first time, and the wrong size was added the second time. We are living with the trim not being an exact match to the rest of the house. The striker for our sliding screen door was not put in the right position. It was moved again to another incorrect position. We cannot fully close our screen door, and we now have holes in our new sliding door frame. Given the level of experience Normandy has and the price we paid, we would have thought this would have been straightforward and functional before completion.

Design and construction was excellent.

From the very start of the project when we were just reviewing layout options all the way through completion of the punch list, Normandy was very responsive and professional. I loved how Kathryn stayed engaged through the whole project. I thought the workmanship was great. We love our new kitchen.

We would absolutely recommend working with Normandy. We had the pleasure to work with Liz and Mike. They were both so professional and knowledgeable in their areas that it made this process very easy and stress-free.

I love the concept of "one stop shopping" and the construction part of the project went very well. But I can't, in good conscience, recommend Normandy on the chance that someone would be assigned the same designer we had.

The subject isn't likely to come up. I don't have many friends in the area who are likely to do any remodeling.

While home remodeling is always stressful due to the disruption of a normal routine, the Normandy process minimized stress as much as reasonably possible.

Our remodeling project with Normandy was wonderful. Our designer, John Long, was so kind, flexible, knowledgeable and responsive. Our project manager, Chris Grider was honest, communicated with us daily and quick to resolve any issues. Although all remodeling projects are disruptive, we have more positive things to say about our experience than negative and will go into detail under each category.

Yes I would definitely recommend Normandy. Years ago we had spoke with Leslie at Normandy but then couldn’t do it at that time. So when we called to revisit the project. She still had all our info plus pictures We did look at other companies and even met with a different company had blueprints done, (that we paid for) and then decided they weren’t really understanding what we wanted. So it was a big plus using Normandy.

We are very happy with our new kitchen and mudroom. The spaces are organized in a way that really works for us, and it's a pleasure to spend time in them.
Kathryn guided us through a decision process that would have been difficult/impossible for us to do on our own; she gave us lots of good advice that informed our selections and other decisions.
David very competently and creatively managed the project, always with an eye on the schedule. He sent us email updates almost every evening and checked in with us most mornings; each time he was onsite, he patiently answered our questions and gave our dog lots of love.

This was the second time we used Normandy and the process went just as well the second time around. With Normandy, you know you are getting quality work with highly professional designers and project superintendents. When investing in your home, peace of mind is important which is why we didn’t hesitate in using Normandy again. We are so happy with how both projects turned out. We had high expectations and Normandy exceeded them.

All trades were polite and cooperative and answered our questions about the construction. Also, some contractors worked overtime to complete their project. The bathroom project was completed far in advance of the projected date.

Abby Osborn was wonderful to work with. She gave us excellent advice on design and option choices during the many months of planning our project. She was available for many meetings and always spent as much time as needed with us.

Bruce Pettingill is our project manage and he was responsive about issues and options during the months of work on our remodel. He coordinated all the sub-contractors and worked with me on change orders and modification to our plans as needed. I am happy that I am still able to contact Bruce with questions. His experience and advice have been invaluable to the success of our project.

We love the remodel Normandy did for us!! The quality of the work has been outstanding!! The design and finishes are beautiful, and we love them even more than the day we picked them out with the guidance of the great Normandy team.

The end product is beautiful but the lack of communication throughout the project was very frustrating.

The outcome is beautiful, but the length of time for them to finish was too long. It was not managed well.
