We went with Normandy because your reputation was that you bring projects in on time and the end result is worth it. You were more expensive than other folks, but your reputation made me think it was worth it to get the room we wanted without a year-long wait.

Unfortunately, our 3-month build turned into a 7-month build largely because of sloppy initial directions from the designer, Bill Peterson, and errors made along the way by sub-contractors.

I'm now working with Greg on your warranty staff to deal with a drywall job full of nail pops and ceiling cracks and a feature wood wall that is bending off the wall. I'm fearful that to repair these thing will mean moving back out of the room to avoid construction dust in our belongings, to say nothing of the cost of repainting and staining any repairs.

If Normandy makes good on the warranty and fully gives us the room we dreamed of, this rating would change (though we'd warn folks off of Bill P.).

It was a long process but we’re so happy with the results.

I really enjoyed the designing experience with Abby Osborn. She was helpful creative and solved any glitches in a timely way. Also she was very reasonable in her approach with a very pleasant manner! My project manager Dave Imgrund was timely whenever I needed to contact him and rectified any inconsistencies with good ideas. If something was not feasible he always had a PlanB! He was very knowledgeable and always had a clear explanation for any of my questions!

We are so happy with our new kitchen and very impressed with the professionalism and quality of Normandy. Troy, Emily, Mike and the team were with us every step of the way, always treating us with kindness and respect and ensuring we were happy with the project. I was really impressed and so happy we chose Normandy, the personal relationship made a big difference and we always felt cared for! And the work is beautiful as well.

Our project was a first-floor renovation that included a complete kitchen remodel, a new home office, and a family room addition. From the very beginning, the entire team made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth, organized, and even enjoyable.

Our designer, Jeremy, was exceptionally knowledgeable and, above all, patient. He created numerous renderings until we landed on the perfect blueprint, and his creativity and attention to detail truly brought our vision to life.

Our superintendent, Chris, was equally fantastic to work with. My husband and I immediately trusted him. His calm demeanor and professionalism set the tone for the entire project. He provided daily updates outlining progress, upcoming work, and which teams to expect around the house. This level of communication was invaluable, especially since we lived in the home throughout the renovation with our two young children.

From our initial meetings all the way through the final handover, the team was always available, willing to listen to concerns and add on requests, and found a great solution every time. The quality of the work is outstanding, teams were extra clean and courteous.

Communication from project manager needs significant improvement. We also had to keep providing reminders that small things needed to be finished. For what we paid for your services, that was really disappointing. The finished results were amazing!

The design team was very knowledgeable about remodeling an old house. They gave us advice and were open and honest from the beginning about issues that might come up, and were spot on budget wise throughout the bathroom remodel process.

The superintendent was always available and showed up all the time, especially in times of uncertainty or if any issue occurred. He was also very knowledgeable about doing construction in old houses, and knew exactly who to call if an issue occurred.

Having done smaller remodels in the past, this was a major remodel project, and we needed some handholding. This team did a great job and we are thrilled with the final results. We would recommend working with them, and we thank them for their guidance and expertise.

I am very happy with my brand new kitchen. Bryan, our designer listened to our wants up front and came up with 3 different option designs. We discussed what we liked and didnt like and he came up with a revised plan that we loved. He actually listened to what we were saying and the design reflected that in the end. I love the design and all of his recommendations. Love my new kitchen.

It was an expensive project but we love it and are not sorry we went with Normandy We really thought about using someone else but after meting with Bryan we changed our minds a I think that says a lot about what we committed too

Cost is usually on the high side compared to other remodeling companies. Also, Normandy should consider including finish painting in their scope of work services because clients want a complete turnkey project from start to finish especially with the high cost.

Liz was an excellent guide and understood the look and feel that we were trying to achieve.

The team was efficient, great at communicating and very responsive.

We had a material issue that delayed our schedule and added challenges to living in our home. No quality issues with final product, but the delay was frustrating.

The whole process was well thought out and executed

The attention to detail is not what we would expect. The wrong trim was added to replaced windows and sliding door twice. In trying to match the existing trim, the wrong profile was used the first time, and the wrong size was added the second time. We are living with the trim not being an exact match to the rest of the house. The striker for our sliding screen door was not put in the right position. It was moved again to another incorrect position. We cannot fully close our screen door, and we now have holes in our new sliding door frame. Given the level of experience Normandy has and the price we paid, we would have thought this would have been straightforward and functional before completion.

Design and construction was excellent.

From the very start of the project when we were just reviewing layout options all the way through completion of the punch list, Normandy was very responsive and professional. I loved how Kathryn stayed engaged through the whole project. I thought the workmanship was great. We love our new kitchen.

We would absolutely recommend working with Normandy. We had the pleasure to work with Liz and Mike. They were both so professional and knowledgeable in their areas that it made this process very easy and stress-free.

I love the concept of "one stop shopping" and the construction part of the project went very well. But I can't, in good conscience, recommend Normandy on the chance that someone would be assigned the same designer we had.

The subject isn't likely to come up. I don't have many friends in the area who are likely to do any remodeling.

This project had been a big dream for a long time for our family & entrusting that dream to Normandy was one of the best decisions we could have made. Vince, Chris and the team of trades made the process feel easy, enjoyable and the end product is beyond what we could have ever dreamed. We have seen neighbors go through projects with contractors that have taken months beyond the planned timeline and problems persisted - with Normandy they had every detail handled and the project timeline was accurate (if not early). We are so grateful to the team!
