This is the third time we used Next Door & Window company. We picked Infinity from Marvin to replace ten windows and a Infinity Sliding Glass Door for our deck. We had an additional sliding glass door that was converted into three beautiful window. The entire process from meeting with our salesman Scott to meeting with the installation crew went smoothly. The communication was great with all the team members. We were informed of each step of the process. They did a great
assuring to protect our floors and furniture. After the job was completed they cleaned up both inside and outside.

While the windows look great there were a number of communication issues within your company and with me that ended up being a big distribution to my family. My email was ignored by the install team and I was told the install would be completed in 2 days. The install team also did not communicate agreed upon details about the actual install to the install crew, mainly about the availability of my garage and the length of the install.
