Every bit of the experience with Next Door & Window was easy and professional. We were replacing all the windows in our house. Bill worked within our budget, helping us find the best quality for our needs. It took a little longer from order to install than we expected, but we understand the pandemic has impacted the supply chain. ND&W communicated with us throughout. Installation was amazingly fast and very professional. We love our new windows and are only kicking ourselves for not doing this years ago!
From the showroom experience and the sales presentation at our home all the way through installation and clean up was a GREAT experience!! The window installers and door installers were fantastic!! High praise for Peter on window crew and Fred on the door crew are OUTSTANDING!!
I would absolutely recommend this company. I have known family and friends who used this company and recommended it to me and I would note hesitate to recommend it to my most critical friends. Absolutely delighted with the door, and it arrived sooner than promised!

Areas Of Satisfaction - The communication at every stage of the order and production and installation was beyond my expectations. The door itself is beautiful and was installed about a month earlier than promised.
My observation was that the installer was thorough and detailed, although each door I had installed (2) required 2 visits to complete. The minor issues we had were fully resolved, very much to our satisfaction, by the gentleman at final inspection. All in all, we think our doors are beautiful and add value to our home. I would recommend Next Door & Window to anyone looking to purchase either.

Problem Resolution - It was hard to find any issue with the entire process, only found 1 small cut in a screen window, which was replaced in about 1 week.
Installation Quality - The installers were so neat even during the installation and our garage seemed cleaner after they left then before they came. It was amazing how clean and caring they were.
I thought they did a good job. I am very happy with the door.
Additional Comments - As mentioned above with few bumps in our process at the end we were very happy with next door and window with prompt responses on our questions/concerns.

I wish I could recommend Next! I was referred by a friend who was delighted with them and her entry door. However, my experience with the salesperson was very concerning (he kept making mistakes on the contract on the door style, hardware, etc, I was choosing, misspelled my name multiple times, etc.) and my installation experience was horrific. Installer was at my home from 7am to 8:30pm (I was told 2-3 hours.) and I finally had to tell him to leave. It had been dark over an hour by that time. The actual installation, I will say, was very meticulously done (as my siding contractor attested - he lost the sale to Next, and I now regret not going with him), and I am delighted with the ProVia entry and storm doors. I recommend ProVIa doors, but go to another vendor, please.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Windows stained before installation met our expectations. No damage to the surrounding areas. clean-up well done. all nail holes were covered with stain to satisfaction. everyone we spoke to was very professional and courteous.
From the first phone call to get info until Fred leaving the property and closing my new doors our experience was exceptional. Constant courtesy and expertise during communication with us. Never any missed contacts or excuses always first rate service.
NEXT seemed to have all aspects of the installation process - from sales to contracts to scheduling to installation - totally covered and well resourced. Personnel were always professional, polite, and helpful and good about responding to calls and emails. The installers were very experienced and the windows look nice both inside and outside. I was really pleased at how neat the installers were and how well they cleaned up afterwards. I have already recommended NEXT to one neighbor and will contact NEXT when I replace an exterior door in the future.

The windows job was scheduled to begin on March 31 and finish on April 3rd but, due to poor crew scheduling, ineffective internal communications, weak project management, substandard quality control, and non-existent customer service, it took 4 weeks to complete.
