Areas Of Satisfaction - I had a challenging door installation, so the worker promised that he won't take the existing door apart, until he was sure it could be replaced. At the end, the door was replaced perfectly.
Would highly recommend this company for doors and windows replacement. In fact the day of the installation people were stopping and gathering information about the company and some stopped by after the installation to check out the quality of workmanship. All were impressed!

I meet with Chuck and asked him for a quote on additional items and never got any additional information. Then weeks later to finally move to approving the order is took I believe a few weeks to finally get a response back from him to move on the financial after I reached out to another person. Then I get a call they can install not told who would be coming. The next day a nice guy and his dad show up and then he says I'm only doing your front door someone else will be coming soon to do the other door. Wait what? The guy that did my front door blocked off the area he was working on so my home wouldn't get all dirty. It was great . The other guy come and complete opposite. Only my floor was covered and when I said hey your making my kitchen dirty I got this look it will be okay. I was like maybe when I come back I will see it completely cleaned kitchen. Nope my kitchen was full of dust, pieces of plaster, my outside light was knocked crooked, new door handle was scratched, he used my bathroom and left it dirty. I called and spoke with Mike he said sorry this is our normal I'll send you money for you to have you cleaning person come back. The next day the dirt I kept finding had me so upset. Then I notice more things wrong with the side door. So Mike sent another guy to fix it. That guy comes out a few days later says he won't be long maybe a few hours and he is sorry for what has happened he doesn't know why the other guy did what he did. It was so bad the guy was here from 8ish to 4ish. Thank goodness it was all better. Then on my front door there was some paint missing on spots so a guy comes out to fix that and covers my ring camera. I thought it was to protect it but I come home to find my door opened a little and the guy taped the paint jar to my ring camera. I call Mike the next morning to explain my concerns. After talking with Mike I asked is it normal to have to slam the door to make sure it shuts, he says no but the door is new so it might take sometime to adjust. Next day I tested it to see will it close with just a normal closing and nope so again I called and had them come and adjust .

No, it was not a good value for the money.
They were very professional and made sure they had all the necessary materials before starting the job. Our job was a little more complicated that they had anticipated and wanted to make sure they had everything before starting. Even called the store and other installers with more experience for their opinions to make sure the job was done right.
This is the 3rd time we have used Next for our window and door replacements and plan to use them again to complete the replacement of all our windows. Their sales staff and installers are both professional and competent. It’s a pleasure to work with them all.
