Installation Crew - Fred our installer was great. Very experienced and knowledgeable. His work during installation was very well done.
The installation was pretty quick, and the only problem I had was the spring door wasn't installed correctly. Overall, it was a good experience.

Windows arrived more or less when scheduled. The first installer crew arrived and were completely incompetent. Left on first day with one window partially installed and one window ripped out but nothing installed. Only storm window remained. Second crew arrived and installed two windows incorrectly. Third crew arrived and did an outstanding job, but it took them longer than originally advertised, mostly because they had to rip out the two windows that were incorrectly installed. One window frame was damaged and we reported it but there was NO communication about when that window would be fixed or that it was even recognized by the company. It was finally replaced. Windows are great quality but communication and installation needs work.
They are quality windows for sure.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The quality of the windows exceeded my expectations. Both of the rooms where I had the windows installed are several degrees warmer now. It is amazing. Like the master bath...it is warmer in there now. So we were obviously losing heat through the old windows. The new windows are well sealed. I was happy with their financing options, that allowed me to have the work done. The other companies I had checked required money up front, and I preferred the financing. The other guy wanted around $1000 up front, and then he could have gone out of business and I would have been out the money.
Installation Crew - Our install crew was amazing. They were very communicative, did outstanding work and were extremely respectful of our home. They are all star employees of yours, we had a great experience with them and the care and pride in the quality of their work shows.
Overall our experience was positive with the company. We had a series of windows replaced by them. There were huge delays obtaining the actual window inserts - we presumed due to supply problems from the pandemic. It was a good 6+ months before the window inserts arrived, and 8+ months before a replacement screen arrived. But once they arrived, the team quickly and quite efficiently installed them - without further delay. We did not shop around, and paid rather much - one should do some comparison shopping in such expensive items. We contracted this company as it was rated well on Angi’s list.
Although the final product and installation were great, the journey to get there was very frustrating. For that reason, I would hesitate to recommend your company to a friend or neighbor.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Salesperson was knowledgeable but not high pressure. We didn't feel like we were in a car dealership like some of the other companies we talked to. Also, we liked the Marvin window line we purchased and felt it was better than some of the other brands we reviewed. Finally, the installers were polite, efficient and did the job right the first time.
Additional Comments - It appears the company is trying to do all the right things. Ultimately, the test is how they will handle any issues that arise in the future. We look for companies we can trust and do repeat business and refer others to them once we know three things: a) the product is high quality b) the price is fair and c) they do what they say they are going to do. If there is a problem, we want to know that it will be addressed without a hassle.
I expected more reliability in terms of service and customer service. Making allowance for delays caused by pandemic, I was disappointed by the customer service process.
Everything in our contract isn’t complete and owner will not answer my emails. It’s been over 8 months since contract signed. They now have a breech in contract. Will need to address this issue.

We contacted three companies for quotes, Next Door &Window was the most professional. We are happy with our choice of product and installation.
Overall, a good experience. I would not hesitate to use them again. From start to finish, everyone was great to deal with and very communicative. I must have spoken with Jason over 25 times throughout the process and was always made to feel like a priority. The installers were two of the the hardest-working guys I've seen and left the work areas spotless at the end of each day.

Despite a delay in our order due to supply issues our doors were installed quickly once scheduled. We had extensive damage due to rot and necessary repairs were made so the doors were installed correctly. We have already had family and neighbors ask where we got our new doors from!
The entire process was great from start to finish. Next Door and Window definitely exceeded or expectation!
