It all started 15 years ago with our President, a young aspiring HVAC technician, who wanted to make an impact in the industry. We usended sheathing that already has radiant barrier. Definitely the best way to go.

I'm thinking about remodeling my kitchen, but have been cautioned to build in a substantial "cushion" for change orders. What is a change order exactly?
