They were off schedule. They clearly stated that the construction of my new bathroom would happen 6-8 weeks after forming the deal, but it happened 12 weeks later, which only happened due to me constantly following up and requesting updates from the company because they lacked communication. Three weeks after they “finished,” now only part of my bathroom is constructed as we’re still waiting for my sink to be installed. Overall, I do not recommend NEWPRO because of this experience. Work on your communication skills and time management.

I would not recommend NewPro to my friends due to a high cost, I don't think it's competitive, though the overall quality of the doors is good. Also too many mistakes, and the project took 3.5 month to complete

Installation was great but no follow-up. We also said we did not want to finance and thought we were signing to set installation then found out they put it through financing!

Since the project was completed I have consulted with other roof installers (I am furious at myself for not doing it before agreeing to NewPro). The NewPro rep gave me a quote that was clearly two times higher than others have given me. The rep also told me that his quote was only good for that day. (This is what is known as a high pressure sales technique and hind sight tells me I should have asked him to leave the house!!!) So if I recommend NewPro to anyone, I would first tell the person to get three bids in their hand before calling NewPro and if NewPro's bid falls within the others, then go with NewPro.

NewPro does an excellent job. My new roof looks great. That came and went in a single day did what they said would do. Quite a bit of sheathing needed replacing and was added to the contract as they noted in early discussions. Last year they did new windows which came out awesome!

Not happy with the sales rep his name is Jonathan I called him and texted him and he hasn’t called me back I’m very disappointed in him but it’s ok I will never use Newpro again and I have nothing good to say about them I paid way to much for what I had done and it took days longer to do the job. We all learn to learn from our mistakes!!

They screwed the whole job up for us. They know about it and are trying to fix it. I would not recommend them; the salesperson sold the job and we never heard from him again. It was a shoddy job.
