There was a leak after install. Customer service was called three times, no response. Eventually called Kelly Ricard who was very helpful contacting and getting the right people on the problem.
There was a problem with the plumbing since my home is an older home, which caused the cost to be a little higher. Newpro was notified and agreed to split the cost.

Some of the situations which I am concerned about is the rod in the bathroom it was 84" and they did not have a 84" rod . They got another one that is not working and finally they got a rod that was 84" so the curtain in the bathroom is working now.
Overall, they have great service. The installers were professional and friendly. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I'm impressed with the quality of the work.
Time for installation of bathroom windows was not on schedule. Two days was the date scheduled for installation; but not installed until 2 weeks later, but the windows for bedroom were installed timely.
This company was top notch. You get what you pay for: excellent quality product, professional service, they are willing to answer all your questions and discuss details as they come up. The work on my tub only took a day, and I was glad they took out the old tub because the walls behind were mildewed with water damage from old leaks. Newpro cleaned it up so we started fresh. The new tub stays warmer longer for baths, and the shower stall keeps the heat in. It is like having my own spa!
