I think the price was a little high, but the work was fine.

I would say for our purposes we are in an older condo and we have to worry about how much money we spend in order to get it back in resale. They were able to get it done within our budget.
I was given a quote for the price of my project which included repairs to the wall and floor around my shower. I have this in writing. The day the work was done I was told repairing the walls and floor we’re going to be extra. I feel like I was mislead by the salesman.
The people who came in to install were amazing. They were incredibly professional. They communicated very clearly when they needed to leave, and when they were coming back. They were great.
Just the communication was incredibly poor. The workers who came out were not professional. The people were very unprofessional. They didn't respond to greetings. They were smoking on the roof, and they dropped butts everywhere, and the job was not completed in the time it was supposed to be completed. They guaranteed to me it would be done in a day, and it was not done in a day. After I complained, the communication was still incredibly poor. Even when they finished the job, they didn't tell me they completed the job. It was over 24 hours behind what I was told. I was told it would be done in an day. They never told me the job wasn't completed so I woke up, and it didn't look like it was done, so I had to call and complain.
The guys were awesome! They came in kept their heads down and got to their work. They did an amazing job. The salesman was great, never in a million years would I let a sales guy come in and talk like that. He was funny he was knowledgeable. We can not be happier!
I have used NEWPRO for a few years. I have been satisfied with the company and I would recommend NEWPRO to anyone that is in need of some home improvement.
The salespeople were nice but pushy. They wanted to make sure the product was sold at that moment when they were here. When I called them back to make some changes the next day, they acted like it was a big hassle. I do not feel that they handled these issues in a professional manner. They also yelled at me and talked down to me over the phone.
After project was complete, there was an issue with bolts going through the wall to the other side. We are now left with a wall covered in spackling needing sanding and paint.
Our house was built in 1935. One of my primary concerns when considering a large replacement window set for the kitchen table area was aesthetic integrity. I could not be happier with NewPro's installation and the quality of their product. NewPro exceeded my expectations: two side-by-side energy efficient windows that look like they could have been original.
NEWPRO does an excellent job from beginning to end.
We have had a number of issues with them. We are still trying to get them resolved. It has been difficult getting in touch with them.

I was satisfied with the fact we could pay with a loan. That was a big plus. Alot of contractors don't take loans or credit cards.

The salesman pitches the idea that you are not only a customer but you are family when you buy from Newpro but when problems aroused (there were several) we could not get management to follow up with us. Signed the contract in late June and with problems and all final installation of a multi part living room window was completed in December. Manufacturing delays and errors, no sense of urgency to alleviate or respond to issues. We did get some money back for our “inconvenience” after blocking the final payment, but it was WAY too late to assuage the sheer distaste for the whole experience. I would highly avoid and I simply could not recommend this company.

We are extremely happy with our tub to shower replacement. The installer did an excellent job and finished the entire removal and installation in one day. He explained what he was doing and why and answered all questions we had. He used drop cloths throughout, cleaned up completely and was a total professional. We have had a lot of "oh wow" comments from visitors and folks we have sent pictures to. We highly reccommend NewPro. My wife loves this shower... do I need say more. :)

Quality of product was good but installation experience was horrible. Delays, wrong parts ordered, etc.
