You get what you pay for. The quality of the doors we had installed is markedly better than what you see at local stores. You may pay a bit more, but the quality far outweighs the additional cost.
They did excellent job putting frame work and door in! I have one complaint, they cut the wires to my alarm system. That was on the old door. I have to go wireless now so I will have alarm that works.
Even after installation, I was not completely satisfied with it. The communication was very poor, and I knew there would be delays getting the products. Even then, I had to all, and they used my materials for another project. I kept calling, and I didn't get a response. I had to call Better Business Bureau to get an answer then.
NEWPRO was very efficient and quickly rectified the problem.
