We had a patio door installed and so far everything is fine. My wife and I are very pleased with it.

NEWPRO did an excellent job. They worked really hard. They did an incredible job. The windows are perfect. They cleaned up all their stuff and did not leave anything behind. NEWPRO was great.

When I hear something, I will recommend them.

Had previous experience with NewPro and knew they did quality work

The timelines initially promised were never going to work. It was impossible according to the project managers once the project was booked. It went from 3 months to almost a year to be finished.

I’m a first time homebuyer and went with Alure thinking that they had the experience to deliver what they said they would. I paid a premium for a home renovation company but it was not worth it. Their management of the project and communication with me was not adequate. I had to ask for updates, rather than them telling me what was going on.

I would not recommend them. Get quotes from several places. Don’t believe Alure’s timelines and ask a lot of questions or put in clauses into the contract to make sure they follow through on their promises.

NEWPRO did a wonderful job. They were neat, on time, and did everything as expected.

I recommend them because the work is really excellent. I put 3 star because the price is inflated and no on on the crew speaks English. This probably gets them less expensive workers but it isn't good for the customer who can't communicate with anyone on the crew.

The job took longer than expected. There was a piece that was missing that could have been ordered sooner to make it so that the job did not take as long. There was also an issue with the boiler where I had to get my plumber in. There were a number of issues.

Because of certain things that had happened, I would advise people to check out all companies.
