I was satisfied with the fact we could pay with a loan. That was a big plus. Alot of contractors don't take loans or credit cards.

The salesman pitches the idea that you are not only a customer but you are family when you buy from Newpro but when problems aroused (there were several) we could not get management to follow up with us. Signed the contract in late June and with problems and all final installation of a multi part living room window was completed in December. Manufacturing delays and errors, no sense of urgency to alleviate or respond to issues. We did get some money back for our “inconvenience” after blocking the final payment, but it was WAY too late to assuage the sheer distaste for the whole experience. I would highly avoid and I simply could not recommend this company.

We are extremely happy with our tub to shower replacement. The installer did an excellent job and finished the entire removal and installation in one day. He explained what he was doing and why and answered all questions we had. He used drop cloths throughout, cleaned up completely and was a total professional. We have had a lot of "oh wow" comments from visitors and folks we have sent pictures to. We highly reccommend NewPro. My wife loves this shower... do I need say more. :)

By changing the date of installation I lost a day out of the office I had also taken the liberty to get many things ready for the demo resulting in an additional day with a shower All where apologetic but fact remains make a plan execute the plan
still waiting for a call back from NEWPRO on a caulking problem.I have spoken to Eric Wiseman once and also to Dennis in planning three times. HE said he has informed the office twice.We didnot have a NEWPRO installer.
An extremely expensive project that in my mind did not live up to its price.

They are a great company, reliable and knowledgeable. The product looks good. It seems well installed, they did a great job.
The quality and appearance of my new front door are very good. The New Pro representatives and installers were all professional, but, at the same time, friendly and open to questions and concerns.

Quality of the workmanship was fantastic. Anything else that has to do with the job was horrendous. They did not adhere to their schedule, and the coordination was not good. The pricing was outrageous. I would never use them again, and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone else.
I am quite happy with my new roof but because of weather conditions I will be left with a lot of debris. There is a stray shingle on the roof. Not sure if it is loose or extra.
Materials, installers and sales specialists were great. I'm happy with the end product but the customer service in between was terrible. The install date was very delayed and no one would answer my calls and emails when I was simply checking on the status. This is so disappointing for a national company, especially since the product is great. I would love to use NewPro again for that reason, but will not due how the order was handled administratively.
