NEWPRO did what they said they were going to do. I didn't have any issues.

We received a thorough and organized sales pitch, and felt comfortable with our decision to book with NewPro. About a week after my wife and I signed our contract with NewPro, we encountered an issue with the billing and were unable to reach NewPro's customer service department for several days. We reached out via email and phone to multiple contacts, but either did not hear back or were told to expect a call that didn't come. A charge had been made with a lender for a refinancing option that we had not finalized and committed to. The loan company was also reaching out directly to us, and had not heard from NewPro on the matter either. After three weeks of repeated calls and messages with NewPro's billing and customer service departments, the loan was removed from our account and the money was returned to the lender. Later, we encountered issues and delays in the handling of our final payment, which were also of concern to us. When these issues were reported, we eventually heard back with an explanation about the error, as well as other apologies for the various professional and organizational concerns we'd shared earlier on. While the install crew, installation process, and physical roof are all good, we were met with too many organizational and business-related concerns to feel confident fully recommending NewPro to a friend. We're hopeful that our feedback can be used to develop systems to support improved communication and organization throughout the booking, installation, and payment process.
The install went very well
I am reluctantly providing a less-than prefect review of the NewPRO window installation in my home. In the past, I had very good luck working with NewPRO. Their windows were installed in our home prior to the time we moved in and when we developed a crack in one of the windows, NewPRO came right over and replaced the window – no questions asked. That was a great experience and we were favorably inclined to give NewPRO our business when we realized we needed to replace the windows in our sunroom this past autumn. The New PRO salesman was great and explained everything to us, including a very good discussion of our options. We placed our order on July 17th and understood that the windows were to be installed in late August or early September. The project included the costs of capping the window installation with PVC. The problems arose once the order was placed. There were substantial delays in receiving the window order. I had explained at the time of the sale that we were having other major work done on the sunroom involving replacement of rotted siding and painting. The windows were delayed so much that we had to begin the other work as timing was of the essence for other contractors and delays would have made it difficult to complete the work before winter weather closed in. I did not hear anything from NewPRO about delays or problems with our order and had to call several times to inquire about the delivery and installation. We needed to begin other work on the sunroom in early October, so we commenced the work in early October with the understanding that our other contractors would install the PVC capping because the delay in receiving the windows meant that the other contractor had to begin work to keep to his schedule . NewPRO’s contractor came to install the windows in mid-October after other work had begun. They did not install the capping. There were some small issues with the installation (failure to use a floor covering, poor caulking and very rough time installation) but we considered these minor. We were just happy to have the work done the NewPRO installers out of the way. The other siding contractor took care of installing the capping around all the windows the NewPRO installed. He did note that the installation seemed to have some issues, which we can discuss once we receive a call from NewPRO. We paid the NewPRO contractor the full amount, as the installation contractor did not have the authority to change the estimate. However, we notified both the salesman and the NewPRO office of the change in advance and called back several times to ask about a price adjustment. We have still not heard back from anyone at NewPRO and it is now January 2021. We’ve been waiting for a response for quite some time which is why we have delayed submitting our survey. We are still waiting for a response and adjustment.

From the personable role as contact-person, Stephanie and the crew of Eli and the plumber, you all could not have been more friendly, and accommodating in seeing that the project be completed.The professionalism and knowledge as well as workmanship on the part of all was outstanding and commendable. And all was completed in one day...Wow! Thanks for the new walk in shower!

I like the end result and enjoying my shower. I converted my tub into a walk in shower for health reasons, great choice. Had a hiccup in the beginning but Newpro fixed my tiny hiccup immediately. There was no problem with the product just my personal preference. I would recommend.
