Extremely professional. I would tell friends that while Neil Kelly is not the cheapest option, you get the quality and peace of mind that you pay for.

Any type of home repair is difficult and I'm aware of that. But this experience is not what I had hoped for. There is nothing horrific, but there is also nothing that would engage me to suggest this to anyone else.

Everyone was lovely to work with. Colin Ackerman is so friendly and personable. Out of all the other companies I received quotes from, he was the one who solidified my decision to work with Neil Kelly. Christian Castillo went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the outcome, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Lastly, Alec (Oleg) Ilyushenko clearly pays attention to every detail and genuinely cares about the work he puts out. I was very impressed by everyone.

It has been a very good experience with Neil Kelly. 5's all across the board, they are wonderful.

We bought a house that had previously been remodeled with Neil Kelly cabinets. Some didn't close correctly so I called Neil Kelly. Michael Johnson called back and promptly made an appointment to assess our situation. Carpenter Bruce Ferguson was assigned to do the fixes, which he did excellently so all the cabinets work like new. We added pull-out shelves in one vanity cabinet. It turned out to need a custom size, which the company had fabricated with great results. We are now using the company again--this time for new improvements. We didn't hesitate to call them again. Everyone we have dealt with is extremely nice and considerate.
