Our project to install new (laminated) hardwood flooring in our upstairs hall required removal of the old carpet, padding, carpet tack strip and original (60-year old) baseboard. I'm pretty good at DIY stuff around the house and property, but I knew from prior efforts that I did not have the right skills, tools, experience and tricks to do the finish carpentry: measuring, cutting and installing the new baseboard and base shoe after the flooring outfit had laid the new hardwood.. David, from the NK Handyman team, was the perfect choice to do the job. Timely, professional, fun to work with and a good teacher of this old dog.

Ken, Tim and Jason were great. Your concrete team and framers were great. The siding crew was great. Oasis plumbing messed up the connection (connected the cabin to our hot water tank), left a major mess in our basement ( left the old pipe and a lot of concrete mess from the directional bore in from the meter).

I was very happy with the bar the team put in. The design phase was great to work through almost exactly what I wanted, and the carpenter did an excellent job and answered a bunch of my questions. Both the carpenter and the job manager were attentive to detail, iterated on things I wouldn't have noticed, and were able to manage the initial stain not matching what we planned by acquiring a darker one during the project. I'll likely reach back out when I want to renovate one of my bedrooms into a library.

Neil Kelly did all the things right on time with quality and precision. They were not only willing but able to add supports inside the attic if needed. It was not needed after their thorough inspection. Picking them for the job was essential to finding the right engineers. They were always good at communicating with me and checked with me about different options and installation. Everything was done as I had hoped and even better.

Overall, Neil Kelly, throughout the whole remodel process of my home, was an amazing company to work with. Throughout the entire process, every person that I worked with was professional, easy to contact, had answers for my questions and ensured the project was finished on time and on budget.

I am pleased with my experiences and would recommend the company. But I would have to state that the cost is rather high.

Initially everything was good, but after install I was basically dropped. No one explained to me how to use the system, I was told someone would reach out to me about it and they never did.
