Our installer ABC Homes was fantastic. Charles and his crew were great. Our windows are exactly what we ordered and wanted. Minnesota Rusco was a dream to work with from start to finish.

A great customer experience all the way around. Sales person was low-pressure and very helpful. The crew that came to do the insulation work was on-time, courteous, efficient and did an excellent job. Will definitely use MN Rusco again.

I was VERY unhappy with the whole process. They were months delayed in installing and they broke my garage light and left the glass all over my driveway. My siding fell off my house three different times. And had to be fixed. Left garbage behind. Lost my house new house numbers. Over all a very bad experience would never recommend this company to anyone.

Communication with office personnel poor. Follow up poor. Work is average. Entire commitment to 10% discount program at Sams Club not accepted after work and payment for ENTIRE project was made. I would not recommend Minnesota Rusco.

My son is a police officer, and I was going to brag about that and say if Rusco did a good job, but they didn't. So, I will not tell any of the officers nor my nurse friend.

We have enjoyed working with Minnesota Rusco over the years. They have done most of the remodeling to our home and they have resolved any problems that came up including problems that I didn't know about.

This is the third instance where I have had this type of work done and this has turned out to be the best without exception. It was the best interaction I have every had. They were earlier than planned and they did it in one day. They covered everything with tarps and didn't walk on my floor at all. You couldn't even tell they were here after they left except for the new windows. It was the best interaction I have every had.

We're very, very happy! They've done our windows, our bathroom, and a patio door over the last three years and we have had no problems with any of it. Their workmanship is great, they're easy to work with, answered all questions, and we're very pleased.

Our replacement windows are beautiful and energy efficient and we were happy they could be installed with the existing window openings and even the existing interior trim. Any questions or small concerns were addressed promptly. We have been updating some of the Rusco windows we had installed 20 years ago and several have been warranty replacements. It's amazing that Rusco stands behind its products virtually FOREVER.

Everyone at Minnesota Rusco is very professional. They were so knowledgeable about the job and product that we were totally at ease. We have had no issues with any part of the work. It looks as beautiful now as it did the day they finished.
