Initial visit cost $150. The tech was a good honest guy. Pricing however to come back and make the full repair($485.00) is outrageous (this isn't the techs fault) I have received 2 written estimates from other licensed plumbers, 1 for $175 and another $156 taxes, labor and parts included .
