We had a terrible experience with MaxHomes and our window replacement. We have a Cedar home and apparently they knew nothing about replacing windows in cedar . Measured wrong had to re order .... long bad story it took approximately 4 months to install and we had to finish trim.

when asked if they had employees or contractors i was told employees and a contractor showed up with 5 people, 4 who did not speak english and 1 who barely spoke english-
