I liked that the whole process as so easy. In one visit I was signed up. in about a month the tub was installed in 5 hours. That was it.

Your presentation was great and so was the installation. Everyone was professional and great at what they do. The only thing is it is so expensive to do this and It will take forever to pay for it. Otherwise I love my new bathroom

I specifically ordered specialized windows with grids. They did not have the grids put in. They are going to have to come back to complete the job. Very disappointing.

The entire experience was fantastic. We had some tight deadlines and the team met them with high quality workmanship and extreme professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to update their bathroom.

OJ was very professional and asked me questions for placement of parts in the shower. He also has to redo some difficult plumbing updates which took longer than usual and saved me from having to hire a plumber👏👏👏. The experience from sales representative to all phone calls was absolutely incredible!!!!

Be more open about services such as floor cover (it would have been nice to know you only lay new flooring over old).

The initial contact was with a very engaging young man who did a great job of describing the process. Our second contact was shortly after the first and it was with another engaging young man who was very knowledgeable and informative of our options and our third contact was again shortly after the previous. This contact was with the gentlemen who installed all the windows. They were courteous, organized, and deft. When all was finished, all was clean and neat. Also, I was shown how to properly operate the windows for general use and for cleaning.

From the day we first met with Tim Curry to installation was less than ten days. The installer, James, was very professional and did a wonderful job. We could not be happier.

I was impressed by the courteous, professional, and upfront attitude from sales to installation. The salesman was very precise and explanatory about what was included and what custom ideas were available. The installation could not have gone any smoother. Results were everything they promised. The entire process was centered around customer satisfaction.

We were going to select from at least 3 different companies before choosing the winner, but that changed when your representative ( the first one we interviewed) gave us direct answers, suggested ways to save fees,explained the installation and gave us a complete breakdown of what the materials they would use and why. Couple that with a guarantee that should anything go wrong or you have a future problem with the install, a quick phone call to the company will get that problem fixed! But the biggest highlight ( for us) was that all construction would be finished, for each bathroom, ( we did two bathrooms) in two days!! I would definitely, without hesitation, gladly recommend MaxHome

Verly professional and did a great job of keeping the area clean. The install of my bay windows was a difficult situation as it was a add on to my home before I bought it and may not have been done by professionals, but the installers never gave up and they look fantastic. How quickly you respond to request for visit and how rapidly the job was done. Every person we had contact with from Nicole who called to set up appt in beginning to Michael who brought his suitcase and explained everything to me to Antoine who came and double-checked measurements to Patrick who did the work were all so friendly, welcoming, honest and precise and LISTENED to what I wanted when all others told me I couldn’t have it done that way!! Patrick did an amazing job and left not a speck of dust to show anyone had been there - he came right when he said he would and worked with the delay when we ran into structural damage that we had to fix first before completion. You can certainly tell this company sets high ideals and adheres to them in every phase.
