Additional Comments - I think Massengill has a reputation in the area for being an excellent builder and even with that they exceeded our expectations. Everything was done on time and like I said, exceeded our expectations.

The closing is rushed. There are minor things I would have liked to look at, and that did not happen. I asked them to take the time to find the issues and they rushed to take care of them. My garage is cracked and they said it is a very fine crack. I would still recommend them.

I woulld recomend anyone who wants to build there house to go with Massengill Design-Buld.

Junior and Will were awesome, always responding to our messages and addressing any concerns/ questions. Even issues identified during the final walk-through were dealt with quickly. We appreciate it!

It was really a smooth process, from beginning to end.

Overall Satisfaction - They demonstrated a strong commitment to client satisfaction from beginning to end, from design to turnover, because any questions I had, they answered and they accommodated whenever they could.

Buying Experience - We've only ever built one other home, and it was another builder, but Massengill definitely did a great job compared to them.

Contract-Close Communication - I felt involved and kept up-to-date by the Massengill team throughout the construction phase of building my home.

Schedule - We actually moved in a week earlier than expected, so they definitely stuck to their schedule.

Problem Resolution

Problem Resolution - We didn't have any pain points, but I'm sure if we did, they would've been acknowledged and resolved appropriately.

We have had several occasion where we encountered other prospective buyers on-site and highly recommended Massengill Build Design and Bentwinds Bluffs to them.

Will recommend any new-home buyer and to talk with Mike, Wesley and entire Massengill team as they custom tailor the construction to requirements.

The Massengill Team treated us like equal partners from start to finish. Responsive, professional and timely. They are the best. Period. We would recommend them to any and all friends/family interested in building a new home. They treated us like family!

I like that they are very responsive throughout the construction process. Never felt left out at any point in time.

A very will built home and the ability to customize was great, albeit a bit pricy.

The reason we went with them is that they offer so much more value to the home rather than neat picking on small items. They put a lot of customizing option in the house which is good.

Building a home from out of state was made easy thanks to the professionalism, expertise, and patience from the Massengill team. The process was extremely organized from picking out design selections to electrical and trim walk through. A special thanks to Wesley who went above and beyond. He provided ongoing updates and progress pictures. I felt like I was involved every step of the way. Top notch! Would definitely recommend.

The team work was above and beyond. Many people had a role to play and they worked together well so the right hand always knew what the left hand was doing.
