The shower turned out great looks good but just too much money for what it is it’s a box to rinse off in that’s it.

Easy to work with, good work, good clean up.

The salesman was late and took too long. Then another guy had to come back and check some measurements. After that another man came back and we had to sign paperwork again.

I was very impressed with every aspect of the overall experience dealing with this company, I would Highly recommend Mad City to friends and family

Windows good and good service

It’s not seamless, looks like it’s the wrong size, the drain wasn’t connected, the window, now is scheduled for the third time, So much for one day install, when I asked to change from chrome to gold, I was told a change would cost $1500.00. And now I have a funny looking ceiling.

Everyone was very eager to keep me informed on the installation.

Everything was done professionally as well as efficiently. Mad City personnel are knowledgeable and treat you with respect.

Installers were knowledgeable and polite. They completed the installation of all the windows in a timely manner.

The windows and installation were great, great people who seemed to know what they were doing. The one issue I have is with the payment, the salesman gave a price and even went down to a decent price, but in the contract with the loan company there is a part that can easily go over the heads of some individuals who are not used to companies taking advantage of the inexperienced. The loan makes it so that the person will end up paying close to double the agreed upon amount even if paid off early. Your salesperson touted transparency and while Mad City seems to be a decent company with good workers, they failed to help this customer. And I know that the loan company isn't Mad City itself, but you work with, and should be familiar enough with them. Sorry for the rant and I realize that if that had been pointed out in the first place, I would not have been a customer, but transparency is important to me.

I loved the quality job he did taking out non working whirlpool tub and replacing with a larger shower! He worked steadily and got the job done in 1 1/2 days! Love it!

I'm more so disappointed over the cost of the shower. I really think we got swindled a bit as the sales tactics were kind of brutal.
