I was not disappointed by the product or the install. I did feel very pressured to install on a schedule which wasn't ideal for us (I had hoped to set a date several months later than the scheduler wanted the materials sitting around for). I also was frustrated that there was not an invoice payment method and it required up-front payment with no digital receipt. The price is high enough that it really matters which card we put it on, and a payment portal makes that much easier.

Additionally, I was not exactly disappointed with this as I understood the papers I signed, but it would be nice if there were a paint that doesn't void the warranty. The pattern we paid extra for is much harder to see in the actual space than I expected, and I would like to be able to darken the "grout" lines, but not at the cost of voiding the warranty.

Alex arrived at 7:59 am and gave us a quick "run down" of what was going to take place. He immediately began work and didn't stop all day. He had us come into the bathroom to inquire about shelf heights and a couple of other simple items. We were able to ask him questions to clarify our simple questions. He was professional as well as very friendly.

The sales pitch made it sound like a superior finish but was spendy and wouldn’t likely do it again for the price.

Installation was very fast. Windows look nice. Waiting to see how they perform. Will leave a Google review in about a year.

I was told by the sales rep that there would be a team that would do my windows. Well that team turned into 2 people. There was no supervisor there like they said there would be. The 2 guys did a great job. Jordan and Brian deserve what bonus you guys give them. Quin came in for 30 or so minutes and then never saw him again. I was told it would take 4 hours, it took over 6 hours.

The men who installed the windows were very friendly and answered the questions I had. If I ever need windows in the future I will ask for them personally .

Mad City was great to work with. From the decision making process with the sales person (Mark) no high pressure. The installer & contact people over the phone were professional and they delivered on their promises of quality work & courtesy.

The guy doing the install was by himself just not what I expected seeing the video and how everything is done so to be honest I am not sure if I would recommend to a friend or relative but I would to the normal public

I was very satisfied with my new shower and how it was installed. Rusty and his crew were punctual. Right away they put down tarps so as not to track dirt in. They got to gutting the old shower. There was a minor problem that the developer/builder had made, but soon it was figured out and they got back to work. The crew was focused and did a great job. The shower was beautiful. Rusty asked me where I wanted shelves and grab bars. After a brief break for lunch, they were back at it. At the end of the day, Rusty walked me through the business end. He was polite and knowledgeable. I am happy to recommend Mad City to anyone who wants to update their showers, etc. Thanks to Dan for explaining the process to me so well. All around great experience.

Communication could be better. Once we signed agreement, it took nearly 8 weeks before windows were manufactured, and we originally given a 6-8 week time frame for the whole process. Some updates during the manufacturing part of the process would have been nice.
