They were very efficient, quick, and they did a pretty good job. I liked the sales process and how long it took. My only complaint was that we didn't spend enough time figuring out what would fit my husband. Things needed to be at a certain level because he is handicap. That's a little bit off.

The sales rep Luke and the installers were amazing and did a fantastic job. I think the main carpenter was Derek. However the office/ customer service team left much to be desired. It started with getting our names wrong two or three times and just escalated from there. Very happy with the finished product, yet not looking forward to working with the office staff until its paid off and we are free of this headache.

Thy were very timely and efficient. The quality of the bathtub is absolutely amazing. One of the top things I look forward to every night, is taking a shower in there. It's awesome.

I really like the job they did. I really like my walk-in shower. I am enjoying it really well. I did it without the door. I wish I had done the door instead of the shower curtain.

It was too expensive. I needed the bath changed to a shower urgently. That's why I went ahead and did it.

Excellent work on the kitchen cabinet resurfacing. Jake and Nate showed attention to detail, kept work dust to a minimum and cleaned up. They arrived promptly at their scheduled time, ready to go to work. Recommend highly!

The service was outstanding, and the guys were professional and personable. Joe and Mario did the work on my kitchen, and the field supervisor came every day to oversee the project. He made sure to answer any questions that I had and to make certain the installers had everything they needed. I liked the efficiency with which they presented it, and the quality was very good.

I couldn't give a ten because of a couple of sales issues we experienced, and unfortunately, I won't mention those issues publicly, but I can say, they said within 2 days I'll have a new shower, that's what they did!

Everything from customer service to purchasing to installation is incredible. This company takes care of their customers and gives them peace of mind especially when the old tub and shower are in such disrepair. We had no worries about what issues could have come up once the old tub was removed because Mad City took care of it. We are so happy with our new tub and shower.

Mad City Windows & Bath is a 10+. They were here to do service on Tuesday, and Jacob did a very wonderful job. I was very happy because I was here with him. I have no complaints about anything. He probably didn’t like that I was standing over him, but he explained everything to me. For a single guy, he did a fabulous job, making my bathroom look bigger. I am very happy with it. I have no complaints.

Everything from figuring out the price, to getting the materials in, to the fast and professional installation itself (Jacob and Christian were so wonderful), to getting someone out to the house a couple weeks later to make a few adjustments…it was just a pleasant, easy experience all around.
