They install fast. This is because the windows are smaller than the original size. Extra trim is how they make it fit.
It is nice they fill the space around with expanding foam as a sealant.
One window was two inches shorter than it should have been. Shims held it until the foam set.
Cleanup was good with the exception of one can of foam got away from them and ruined a piece of furniture.
For a fast install you could use them but it is my opinion there are better out there.

Overall just really happy with the whole process. From informational in-home presentation to install - all was great!

The entire experience was very pleasant. Chris listened to my concerns and needs in a walk-in shower and explained various options. Richard came later in the week and measured and explained more about the install. Then Matt came and completed the installation in 1 day. All staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient. What a great group. My bath was cleaner after the install that before Matt arrived.

Our installer Bobby was amazing. Our new bathroom looks wonderful.

Currently waiting for my new windows to be replaced as they have manufacturer flaws. Very disappointed with these issues.

This is the best way to get a new shower completed. The team who took care of us were extremely courteous and showed us what was taking place each step of the way. We made one mistake with the shower bar; but PT and his assistant were more than happy to immediately fix it. Even took a special trip out to do so!! I would strongly recommend Mad City to anyone needing some bathroom updates!

And the appraiser said we had mold in our walls, yet the installers said we didn't. I don't like contradictory information. If you aren't sure then don't speak.

It actually was the full service that was promised, and that I as a retiree, needed. It was completed on time and the bathroom left spotless.

I felt that your install Crew were completely knowledgeable of what they were doing perfsional and personable. I enjoyed talking with them. As for Scott the area supervisor I personally think he should learn some manner's asked him to move his car his response was I am only going to be here for a minute my response is to tell him to move this time
