Mad City explained things well and when they had to reschedule last minute they sent us a gift card to make up for it. The Shower turned out really nice.

Everything looks great and the entire process went pretty smooth. There were a couple small hiccups, but all the staff helped to get everything rolling.

Mad City Windows & Baths installed all new windows in my house last a week ago Tuesday. Rich & Hunter Rager & John Holliday did a fantastic job with the install and had it done in a day! They were pleasant & efficient as was Dustin Arnold, the field rep who came becuz I had an issue with what I was expecting would be done with the interior window trim. It was my understanding with Ryan Guisinger that they were going to replace the interior trim as well due to mold issues. Unfortunately it wasn't written into my contract, so didn't happen. They did use mold kill spray & Dustin advised that I seal the interior trim with Kilz & paint to do a total mold stop. There won't be any more mold spread with the new windows fortunately. Dustin did give me a credit for the misunderstanding and also reimbursed me for the pizza lunch I bought for the guys.

Overall, very pleased with the process, people and character of the team. Glad to have some high quality windows with a lifetime transferable warranty. Thank you!

Salesman presented information - assuming is accurate. Stated Mad City uses it’s own installers - does not contract out. Installer said he owns his own business & does installation for Mad City. No follow-up from salesman which we were expecting per his presentation, nor return call.

Man who came to measure left a mess by the windows he took the woodwork apart at to measure. Blinds were rehung sloppily.

One defective window at installation- waiting for replacement, has been one week, per installer, expected in a couple of days to a couple of weeks.

The installation went smoothly, the installer was excellent and thorough, and the company checked in frequently to make sure we were pleased with everything.

Even though I am satisfied with the work that was done, I was put off by the attitude that I received from management.

My wife and I are very pleased with the walk in shower. We have a small bathroom and we are so
happy to have the tub gone.

We were quite happy with the short time it took to transform our cabinets. The install team came with everything they needed and went right to work. They listened to our feedback and tried their best to answer our questions and accommodate us. They would be welcome back any time.

Little high on the price

Y’all offered us $1000 credit on install to put signs in our front yard. Salesman failed to note this error.

The whole process was top notch. From sales to installation the staff was friendly, respectful, and very professional. You can tell they take pride in the company.

It cost $50k and looks bad

It was no hassle from day one! From me telling the sales guy I wasn't going to buy anything to the installation and the sale guy was not pushy!! Both of them should get a raise!!!

They are friendly, courteous and respectful. They do a great job of cleaning up after the job is complete. I am very happy with the workmanship. The product is exactly what I expected.
