From start to finish we were impressed with how easy the process was and how professional everyone was. We were impressed with how quickly you responded within a few minutes to us filling out an online request to coming out 2 days later to show us the product. The salesman was extremely thorough and answered every question I had and was very helpful, the installation went very smoothly, and it’s a great product!

I was told by sales rep that with products in the materials I would not have to scrub nor used cleaning product. That is not true.

I'm still waiting for the stainless steel shelves which I was told 9 days ago you folks would order. Now I ordered brakes a rotors 4 days ago and they came today .

Honestly I love everything about my new shower. It has a pull down, build in bench & a shelving unit enclosed in the wall of the shower. So many colors to choose from. I pick white with a white bench. Again I can say it enough. It is so beautiful.

All windows were unable to be installed on the first visit. Due to wrong size on 2 of the 4 windows. This caused us to take another day off from work . Before call the customer merchandise should be verified and not cause the customer any inconvenience.

I didn’t know that was going to ( on the half wall they put in) mud it and finish the job myself. I wish I had known it in advance.
