We were happy having Richard and Berend as technicians for getting the job done. Richard worked alone a full day, and Berend finished the replacement of the shower door in less than an hour. Both of them exceptional technicians and individuals. They were highly professionals and very polite.

Our two experiences with Mad City Windows & Baths Peoria have and continue to be 10+. They're great people to work with and provide quality products and professional workmanship to their customers as well as any services to keeping customers 100 % satisfied.

We had a couple issues with the install, but once they were discussed with the service manager they were prompt to inspect the issues and make them right!!! They actually went above and beyond what needed to be done to insure that we were happy!!!

I am so happy with my new shower that your company put in. It's more than perfect. The service has been excellent and so caring to make sure it was everything I wanted and more. The service man Ken was unbelievable with his measurements especially going up the wall and having it come down where my cathedral ceiling is. I have had so many compliments on it. The quality of all the materials and trim is really great... I can't believe all the materials came in so quick too. I will definely be a constant customer. Next I am going to have windows put in from your company. For your company is so organized from my appt.
