Very little update on the status of the work schedule was provided. Also did not get a detailed explanation of the cost and what was covered until phoning and requesting this information. Also the original loan payment did not process. I was not notified and had to call. The accounting dept. had the account charged number written incorrectly.

All went smoothly and according to plan. I had some scheduling comittements and these were acknowledged with care. All were kind and treated me as if I was the only one that they had to deal with at any time.

The rotten SOFFITS were not replaced....Mike Lyons allocated up $11 grand for wood replacement....The new wood did not come close to that estimate. He even pointed out where he could poke a hole in the wood.......that area was patched. The house is over 60 years old....that wood needed replacement.

Long Home did a wonderful job. My wife and I are very happy. Everyone was professional and top-notch. We have no complaints at all.

We were happy to work with Long Home; all of the crew members were friendly and courteous. Communication and responsiveness were great. A couple even did a little extra for us. The work appears to be well done; we will wait to see if it stands the test of time.

Told salesman I didn't want Pex,he said the installers don't use Pex,installers said that's all they use...Told salesman I didn't want anti scald device,my shower valve has a anti scalp device built in...Salesman said there would only be a 1 inch rise to enter shower...

The sales pitch and actual installation of my bathtub to walk in shower was good. The whole process once the material was received took about a month as a panel got damaged and one had to be rush shipped. I was also told the project manager would be on site during the install, however he was not. I just spoke to him 1 time on the phone. My town had to do 3 inspections which was difficult to schedule(I am still waiting on the last inspection). Communication has been horrible! When I booked this project back in July there was a promotion of a "free" cruise. I am trying to get information on that now that my project is done and when I reached out to the salesperson about this I was told the travel company has called/emailed (I have not received any calls or emails). I contacted salesperson again and he said he would get this resolved asap but I still have not gotten any information! Very frustrating. The two people who did the install were very good - the best part of this process.

While the workmanship was outstanding, it took them three months to complete the simple shower and door replacement. The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly, but the door was not measured correctly and the shelves were not in the original order.

They did exactly what they said they would do on initial consult.

They were prompt, kept us up to date on delivery of materials and scheduled the installation immediately. One glitch that pushed the installation out a day due to the absence of the plumber needed for our insall, but scheduled a special team to be here the next day.

Communication from the sales representative

Mitch and Rob were very professional but. we also felt we were speaking to friends. They did not put pressure on us in any way. When we felt that we could not afford this project they worked with us.

Installation was delayed due to incorrect dimensions but I was not notified until I inquired about the delay. Also, except for this survey, there has been no followup and there is something else I would like done.

All my questions and concerns were addressed early on. From start to finish, I was kept informed of what was occuring, and what to expect next. There were no surprises. Appointments were kept , and follow up was timely.

Your installers apparently left a leak that I have been using a wet vac to clean up monthly. I now have hired a plumber to seek out the problem

Teresa did an excellent job on our contract and the office staff was very good about scheduling and answering questions.

The sales rep said one thing about what we wanted done but our contract was very vague about the description of work to be done. Therefore some of the work we agreed to did not get done. We felt pressured by sale rep to sign that day! It’s on us for trusting him. The installers were great. Project manager was attentive always kept us updated on work and came by often.

Best presentation to earn our business. Delayed from original day due to another job not completed. Work was done as promised, very good cleanup following.

They were quick to get my tub and shower installed as it is my only bathroom

Poor communication. They didn’t even check the work after the contractor completed the job. Nor did they call me. There were issues during the job process that were unexpected and they did not come to check on the progress.

There is about 2 to 3 oz of water getting on the floor per shower.
