They left a mess in the garage, broke a leg off a table, ripped my clothesline even though I had taken it down & put it far away from them, & destroyed my grill. They bent the the grill so badly, it can’t be fixed. Whatever they did, it had to take a lot of force to bend it. Maybe, dropped shingles on it. I wish I could send pix. I did send some to someone, but she never got back to me.
It is a quality product, fast installation, was able to get project done in one day. Knowledgeable company with good customer service. However installation process was left a bit messy after job was complete.
They are expensive.
They did a bad job at doing the roof, but the customer service was great. The installers were horrific.
I had many problems. The wall wasn't done right and the silicone used is now turning yellow. They did not account for the old tile coming down causing a gap in the wall.

While I’m hopeful that the roofing work is of the highest quality, I was disappointed with several things that occurred within my home as a result of the process. This included paint falling down, a fourteen inch crack in my bedroom ceiling and and outside porch drywall seam cracked related to the reverberations of the week. An outside piece of gutter support was jarred loose. I’m faced with daily reminders of my roof job, that I will have to fix.

I received excellent service from the representative as well as all the points of contact that I had to get in touch with. I received excellent customer service.
Would never recommend Long Roofing. They ordered and installed the wrong skylight. The job took days to complete and they never returned my calls when I had issues. Yet they contacted me almost everyday about the final payment and then threatened to send bill collectors because their finance area had the wrong final balance due.
He explained everything well. He took his time and was very patient. He was very good to talk to.
We were very satisfied with the roofers that came in.

Lack of communication
Manager refuses to give me the checklist I signed after 3 requests via email. I'm entitled to all paperwork. I took picture, but it came out blurred

They finished in one day. They hurried at the end to go home so that way they would have to come back. I would give them a three on their work. They are sloppy. They damaged a wall. They did stand behind the work and come fix it and come adjust everything. The water spout was loose and the shower head was not working properly. When he came back he fixed everything.
They are long-term contractors for multiple projects in my home. The quality of their workmanship was great until now.
I would give it a 0 and would not recommend Long Home Products. They said it would take two days to install in October, but it didn't finish until March, and I still have mold in my shower. I am dissatisfied.
They took our fence down on the side of the house. No one asked us for permission to take down our fence so it would be easier for them to walk around the house. When they were done they didn't bother to put it back up. We have 3 dogs imagine my surprise when I let them out in the backyard and had to run to the front yard to chase them because there was no fence.
Went thru some issues that I rather not talk about now! It upsets me and although some of the people were accommodating, I was put thru the loops and a lot of headaches!

I signed a contract in February, and it got done in July. They took three attempts. The first time they came out, they did not listen to me, and they said they have problem understanding English, but went they went to order pizza they spoke English very. I told them that was not the base of the shower that I ordered, and they looked at me confused. I got the contract out to show them on my phone what I ordered that I did not order a roll-in bass, and they put it in any way. The whole thing leaked, the water was everywhere. Patrick was the guy we call to about any issues. He said they're going to rip everything out, and install a new base like I ordered. Nothing they said happened, they put walls on walls, and they were not supposed to install it that way. They moved plumbings, and they are not plumbers, I can guarantee that. They moved the plumbing because they ordered the wrong base to the original base that was in the contract. They cut the joist which supports the hose. They cut them and split them, and it was a disaster. We started in February and ended in July, that right there tells everything. I made several attempts to contact them and heard nothing from them until I threatened to sue them. The third time they came out, they fixed the joist. They put in the right base. I still haven't used the shower because I have other work going on. The good thing I have more than one shower in the house because it was a very poor job. I still may see a lawyer to see what I can do about it. They got their money and that's all they cared about. When the last crew left, they left a huge garbage bag. They left it in my driveway and I have been picking up some screws. Everything was horrible.

I don't blame long home i blame myself because i did not look see or feel the product. I think if you are doing a major remodel in your home i think you should not see it not in a book and that was my mistake.

We reached out to the sales team and other job coordinators from long home about having an inspection done for the work. The salesperson said they do not do inspections "to cut costs" when asked over the phone. A plumbing inspector came to our house with another company for another job and despite longhome telling us that the plumbing inspector in our city approved a generic photo of pipes behind a wall as meeting inspection requirements, he said he had no work order and never received or approved that photo. Work was done in January, and our concerns were voiced in April with no resolution or follow up from long home. We were also told that our payment plan would be interest free for the first year by the salesman, and it is not. Verbal communication from long home does not seem to match outcomes. Very disappointed and disgruntled. Will be looking into resolving this through legal measures.
