I had a shower installed, but there were some measurement issues that needed major fixes. The sales team set expectations that weren’t met, but I have to say the installation quality was solid.
They performed every step exactly like they said they would
They showed up when they were supposed to. They did a great job and left everything clean.

Long Home
They were quick and they knew what they were doing.
Love the shower; however, the Cayman doors do not close completely on the right end of the shower. There’s a small gap that allows water to get out of the shower and onto the floor beside the commode.
I would be unlikely to recommend Long Homes to family, friends, or neighbors, because I was sold one product, but was delivered another. We had our roof and gutters replaced, and as I was standing in the backyard with the sales lead, David Khoblall, my wife and I specifically asked if the replacement gutters would include leaf guards and were told ‘yes’. The new gutters when installed did not include leaf guards, as the old gutters did. This is not what I would have expected from Long given their reputation.
Very knowledgeable on the products, the installation and any other questions we asked.
They were efficient and they left everything spotless. I think that they did a wonderful job.
I had been putting this project off for years and after doing a lot of research called Long Bath. Ariana Souza was professional and made me feel very comfortable in choosing the style I wanted and the fixtures. She worked within my budget, and my new shower is absolutely beautiful.

The salesman would not service one of my roofs. I do not believe his reason for not serving my needs after I spent a considerable amount of money
The worst experience from a sales- operational- honesty point of view. We were sold the moon and were delivered a sand speck. Very large additional expenses on our part.
The team doing the work were very nice and worked quickly and very clean.
There is still a bunch of supplies on my lawn. It’s been a couple weeks.
When they finally came, because the job was postponed twice, they were quick and the new shower looks great & works well
However, my walls were nicked at about 5 places, they patched them, but now I need to paint my bathroom walls, which I didn't plan to do. I'm hoping Long Home will cover the cost for painting my bathroom walls.
Can you arrange final building inspection soon? Before we’re too close to holidays? Also it has one loose base of left side handbar
The team did a great job. Very pleased with the results. Love my new walk in shower!
I would tell other but I don't feel I was getting the best price in the beginning. I would warn them of that.
The workers arrived on time and left early. It was awesome.
Overall I love the final outcome. There were things during the process that frustrated me. Most of them have to deal with communications, From taking several weeks to schedule after a message was sent saying Product was in and I'd get a call in 5 days to schedule install, to the PM being very spotty with responding, and finally not telling me that I needed to call in to schedule Final inspections. Communication is so important to any product. Regardless of how nice things look at the end, if a customer feels that things are disjointed or that his e-mail or text messages are being ignored it leaves a bad taste and reduces the quality of the company. Being a project manager I hold communications to the very highest level. While I would recommend Long Home to anyone who was looking for a remodel, I would tell who ever I recommended to expect possible poor communications, so they were going into it expecting it and if communications were great, they could be surprised.

They were very nice, hospitable, on-time with every part of my project. From my representative that came out to do my estimates to the team of installers, all were respectful of me and my home. I really appreciate everything.

Workers were polite and on task finished in one day shower is amazing and my wife loves it. Helps her mobility issues easy in and out no tub to climb over and i enjoy it to.
We won't likely use Long Home for any more projects, and we will not recommend the company. That's mainly because of 1) longer-than-promised timeframe; 2) cost; 3) lack of fair response to reasonable concerns.
The salesmen were aggressive. I knew I was overpaying but they promised to redo my showers and toilets within 4 to 6 weeks. It even stated this on my contract. I am disabled. I suffered in pain for months while I waited for the very expensive work. You lost my trust.
Took way too long to fix a couple simple issues. Installed the wrong color walls and just blew it off.
Everything about the process .on time, beautiful! Milton and Jose were very nice . Clean up, there was none. I will give their whole over all project 100% . Never would I use or recommend ANYONE else. The product is outstanding. WOW

The quality of the work done was excellent as far as I can tell. At the end, everything was cleaned up and I really appreciated that. Also the team added plywood on the entire roof because it was missing, which improved the roof quality. Finally the team fixed some other issues on the roof that were not expected. Because of all this the work deserves 5 stars even if the price was pretty high - but worth it!

I have an issue with my roof vent and haven’t been able to get it resolved
They left the construction sites dirty.the front bath where they removed a small closet was re-sheetrocked and it was so poorly done I'm going to have to hire someone to come in and fix it.
The installation was fine, but they had to come back to do some adjustments.
The install kept getting interrupted with phone calls from the project Mgr Jason, to the worker. I discussed this with Jason and told him to stop calling, so the workers could finish uninterrupted. They were discussing other projects not mine. Very unprofessional. That was an 11 hour day that could have finished earlier without the multiple phone interruptions.
Lastly my name is spelled wrong. It should be: Beverly. I was told they would correct it, they never did.

Everything went smoothly, quickly and professionally from my experience with the sales representative, to the installation team.
The three guys who came and worked on my shower tub were very good and professional.
From the beginning to the end, the representatives of Long Home were professional, explained the process, and delivered top quality.
the installers put scratches on the adjacent
walls. They left the floors a mess and dusty
film on everything in the bathroom. A few days later my husband called about the shower rod, he was given a very short answer.

Lack of communication/lack of cooperation needed for insurance claim after assurance by sales rep that it could be done/issues on the day of installation regarding missing materials - this was corrected by installation manager but not until there was a push from me
Construction start a lot closer to deposit made.
Great non pressure sale pitch. Worked around the clock and completed the job in the time they had quoted us.
