You did not address my disability. I cannot reach the hand shower and I question why the worker suggested that he did not install the third safety bar.

My guys who installed my shower, flooring, etc were excellent, very polite, and eager to please. Hats off to Matt and son Domonic, and the other Matt. Kate made daily visits to check on project, very helpful.

It all went very smoothly.

I do not care for the nozzle being one piece and i do not like the pressure. It’s not nearly as strong as it was.

In all respects, Long Home did a comprehensive and professional job, and did it at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The team that handled my installation, all of them were just great. They were in constant communication and available when necessary if I had any questions. The installer was very polite and he and his assistant were neat and pleasant and did a great job. Great attention to detail.

I like the service and professionalism. Even though one of the workers felled through my bedroom ceiling.?They were quick to report the damage and fix it like it never happened.

Installation was well done

The price was too high for the quality and workmanship. I was supposed to get a discount that I never got and paid over 37,000 dollars for a shower and tub. They are coming back tomorrow to put in the toilet that they left in the middle of my closed in lanai. The toilet was not in the box. I expect to be calling you in a short time as the dry wall behind the area the shower door was attached to is rotton and was not replaced so may not hold up for long. I met with the project manager and was told "shifting can happen when the bath walls are put in and that is in the contract".

The team arrived as scheduled and on time, and worked diligently until the job was satisfactorily completed.

Poor customer service. Lack of communication.

The estimators constantly got the wrong measurements of one of our bathroom stalls even though we corrected him at least twice. This resulted in a two month delay. Otherwise, the workers were professional and did a great job! Once the actual work started, we were also kept apprised of the status.

Long Home crushed my driveway, told me they were working with the logistic company to fix it and now no one will return any correspondence. I will recommend stay away from this company, and report it to the BBB.

Everything was good until I had a concerns. I have been emailing, calling since Dec 16, 2025 with no responses, I am very disappointed.

Under promised, over delivered!

When we sat down and talked about the project, a seat was to go into the shower. Apparently he confused the stationary one with the one you can move. He said he spoke to the office and the office is supposed to contact me about installing the chair. They have never gotten back to me about completing the job. The work itself was excellent.

We were told several things at the initial sales consultation, however, communication on the step-by-step process was sketchy. I had to keep calling about possible start dates and materials.

They were friendly, fast and efficient!

Roof is fine but final cost seemed a bit much. But since I never saw a materials and labor cost breakdown I can't know for sure.

I did see the quality of the roof and I am good with it. I don't have any regrets.

I appreciated the fact that the workers were very prompt. The person in charge came in, introduced himself and his team. He then proceeded to share with me what they were going to do. Ask me if I was ready. They were very polite and professional. It was a very rainy day, but they set up whatever they needed to outside and proceeded with drop cloths all along the way up to the bathroom they were very respectful of my property. They asked me where I wanted the grab to be placed in the shelving to be placed The project manager sent me a message to let me know that he would be dropping by to check on the job. The teamcame in and completed the job. Thank you, Long Fence and team.

I am very satisfied with the outcome, but, the level of communication was frustrating.

The communication was terrific from start to finish

The supervisor, Rick, was very thorough. He came out and checked the roofing and he wasn't satisfied. He had them redo the whole thing. He was excellent. He told me not to sign anything until I was completely satisfied. He personally came out a few times to check the job.

Bait and switch from everything from timeline, pressured to switch from ordered items/finishes to what was in stock, trim installed incorrectly and was told 'that's what I was given ma'am'- only one worker was here- all week, and stayed well past dark, forcing him to cut pieces on balcony instead of where work is normally done, because our maintenance leaves by 5- as he was supposed to do as well, as contractually indicated.

Professional, easy to work with, efficient, worked very hard to find a financing option that worked for me. Happy with the roof so far, looks great.

Process from start to finish exceeded my expectations.Product Specialist, Rich Healy, was outstanding. He was very friendly, and personable. He gave a very thorough presentation of the roof selection. I was given various pricing options. I was surprised, but pleased with the reasonable pricing. I was not approved for financing, but obtained home equity loan from my bank. The actual installation seemed flawless. Installation, and clean up in one day-this time of year a shorter day. The green shingles are beautiful. I had gutters installed the next day. The installers modified previous gutter placement for better drainage. The gutters look great. Project manager Mike, kept in touch during, and after job. Also, Rich Healy kept in touch after completion of job. I need to emphasize that my roof was a mess-my neglect-so the work they did was incredible.

I like how they do things. I like it, it is good.
