I was never informed of when the project would start. I signed the contract in Jan, and I called your company in April -requested my down payment back and only then did all of my products turn up in the warehouse. Never will I recommend your company to anyone-shame on you!!!

As I stated in an email to long homes I recommend that if they are sending out guys to do the installation one should be able to understand and speak English. It was frustrating trying to communicate with the crew that was here. Also for the amount that we paid for this install we should have gotten a shower head with a handheld shower instead of just the shower head. Disappointed in that respect. Otherwise the install was exceptional and are happy with that. Just not the shower head

When you only have 1 bathroom, you cannot have it unavailable for a week or more for smaller contractors, it cost more for 1 day service but it’s worth it

I love my new shower. But I didn't like the idea I had to stay in an enclosed room with my puppy because the guy installing the shower didn't even want to see the dog. I've never locked my puppy in a room by himself and never will.
