From start to finish was first class experience.

I would recommend but would also make them aware that they have to stay on top of the project themselves. Not to rely on the project mgr. who is a no-show.

Longs did a solid job.

Because of damage done and lack of response by long home products I would not recommend
and would caution anyone from believing the sales pitch, and the lack of quality workmanship

The work performed was done well. They did a follow-up the next day to straighten up something they saw. They came the next day to fix it. They were great people.

I like the product. At first, I thought it wasn't going to be nice at all. The serviceman was very nice. They were lovely. They did the work, and I ended up loving it. I wish I had chosen a different background, but I didn't know what it would look like on the wall. It didn't present itself as lovely. I saw the same one at a hotel on a wall. i wish you could have shown me what it actually looked it. I was disappointed. I didn't know how to make a proper decision.

I was very dissatisfied with the follow-through from the sales side to the installation side. There was poor communication and nothing came in right. I am very dissatisfied with the whole setup. I'm still waiting for our salesperson to get back to me about the problem we had.

Everything, from the first initial contact to the actual job being done, was top notch. There was communication in between to keep me apprised of the schedule and to confirm the work being done. I think it's a great company and I would definitely do business with them again.

There is lack of communication with management and no response when we had an issue.

workers were great but they took my husbands old shower head and got rid of it. the new one sucks as he said

Although we are happy with the walk-in shower, the actual installation did not run as smoothly as was outlined by our sales person. There were delays due to miscommunication by the work crew. The installation was finally done 5 days after the quoted 3 to 5 days. The worker doing the installation was in our home until 9:30 pm. He re-installed a row of floor tiles that had been taken up by the demolition crew. He re-installed a broken title and put a dark grout around the others. The whole row of tiles were just slapped down with varying spaces between them. This was fixed by another worker. We bought a tile that is a shade off for him to replace the broken one. The row of tiles is still not perfect.

For these reasons, I would not recommend Long Home Products.

They completed the job in one day! Told them I had to have it done before my surgery, they stayed until it was complete (9pm). Completely above and beyond expectations!

Everything was fine up until the install I hired Long roofing not a sub contractor there was no Long roofing project manager on site until I called with a problem and come to find out that the crew that was working had no foreman on site either I am disappointed because when we were sold the roof we kept being told about how many years the company was in business and there great reputation that is why we decided to go with Long roofing at a premium cost compared to other estimates we got

Communication before installing was terrible. I had a project manager that never contacted me until I contacted him, clean up was terrible, out of pocket expense.

My salesman did a fantastic job and the product is fantastic. The installer had an attitude.

There was rain coming in my roof from my chimney which was weird because it NEVER rained over there.

I am likely to recommend New England: Baths to a friend because they showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and it looks beautiful.

They were expensive but well worth it.

Everything worked out fine. Henry and his partner did what they needed to do. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves.

They did not clean up well and broke some things.

They actually will meet with you and go over what is involved in all aspects of the job. They use a very good product. The crew is was very courteous and professional. The job was done on time. However this company is more expensive than others. They also do what I would call a soft hard sell.

We were called liars and had to fight for everything. It took 3 weeks instead of 3-5 days as originally promised.

Love the look just hope the savings are like promised we’ll see next winter

If they substitute materials of the same caliber of what they took out, then sure, I would suggest them. The salesperson forced us to sign a contract that day, even though we had been informed we wouldn't have to decide on the day of the estimate.

After the initial visit, the price went up substantially even though we were assured that the price was guaranteed for a certain period of time. We felt compelled to go with you all because we had already invested our energy in selecting the bathroom materials and it would be too disruptive to go back to the other vendors

A few items were not completed satisfactorily. The worker sent told me he spoke no English. He was alone and called someone to interpret for him who struggled himself with English. A key item that I was promised would be fixed was not. Worker told me it could not be fixed, contrary to promise. A second item needed to be replaced and was not. I emailed the project manager who didn’t respond because he was locked out of his computer for 2 weeks. An unlikely and unfortunate scenario difficult to wrap my head around.

Everything was quick, efficient, professional and done well. It made a potentially invasive process very convenient.
