I felt the process was very good. Excellent. I had a 3 hour conversation with the salesman, and he didn't push me to buy. It was a very lowkey experience, and I learned a lot. Sometimes I asked the same questions several times, maybe I didn't absorb the answer, but he still didn't get frustrated.
They were pretty slow but they did a good job at the end. They kept moving the date on me and that is what I did not like.
The roof job was exceptional (cleanup could have been better, lots of nails and debris left in driveway and yard). The guttering was not so great. One of the gutters leaks out of the sealed end (large leak) and there are facings under the gutter that do not match up in the front of the house. Still waiting for the project manager to contact me to get resolution to fix.
The work was done in a timely manner.The cleanup was great. The shower so far has been fantastic.
It was very efficient. They were on time, and they kept me updated.

Storm door came damaged. Took 4 weeks to replace. Replaced with another storm door that didn't match the same specs, still waiting for the 2nd replacement.

This company overcharges and underdelivers. It's been over a year and half and I still don't have a completed roof. My two neighbors asked if I would use this company and I empathically said no.
When they did the work, something was done incorrectly and it rained that night. I called the project manager that evening and he had someone come out the next morning and fix the issues. This really stood out to me. However, they have not sent me the warranty.

I notified Long that I wanted a report from the inspection. The salesman told me that there would be an inspector. I never saw the inspector. Long is giving me a difficult time getting the inspection report. I have wrote letters to them and I haven't gotten a response.
I am really happy with what they did. The price was a little steep but since I worked for them years ago and with everything going on with the pandemic, they worked with me on the price. I was really satisfied with that.
They damaged our property and did not follow up. They said they were going to fix the damage and we have not heard anything back. Someone was sent out to inspect the property but we have not heard anything in months. They were able to give me a quote for my roof in one day but are not able to come out and fix the damage caused.
The overall process was fast and streamlined. Although follow up a few days later with some issues took longer than expected but in the end got resolved.
They did a beautiful job. However, they had to come back two more times to satisfied it.
