After the roof was installed, one of my skylights started leaking badly. They’ve been over once to attend a repair, but at this point, two months later, it still leaks, despite my regular communication with the office.

Long's pricing was very high so my expectations were high.

We were very disappointed with the overall experience. Biggest issue was (sales) promises far exceeding what we received. Speaking as a (Harvard) MBA, there appears to be NO connection between your sales force and operations. What was promised was a short, tightly organized effort with everything in place before demo commenced. Instead the operation folks had no clue what sales had promised. Each new install session came on Friday, and couldn't proceed further until a town inspection the next Wednesday... the process extended for many weeks.
