I would recommend Long Roofing to a friend or a neighbor, but I would tell them to make sure that everyone (project coordinator, project manager, product specialist, and onsite installers) they deal with is on the same page when it comes to receiving and implementing special instructions. Otherwise, there is the potential for mixed signals and property damage. However, I and my neighbors can't say enough positive things about the quality of the work that went into installing my new roof, gutter drips, and trimmings.

The estimate process was wonderful and flawless. I was very pleased. It was the follow through on installment day that I was disappointed with. They came in an unmarked truck it was a subcontractor. We hadn't been told we would be receiving that. No one spoke English and I couldn't voice any of my concerns. We had some concerns about replacing some plywood. Due to the language barrier, I wasn't able to communicate any of that. I tried to contact the office and it was an hour or two before I could get in touch with anyone. They finally had someone come by but we were halfway through the day by then. They dropped debris on my flowers etc..There were multiple nails dropped down. They cleaned them up eventually but we had to be careful during the day. The install crew wasn't nearly as professional as we thought they should have been. We have noticed some inconsistencies now that we need to contact them about. I am not even sure how well the job was completed at this point.
I would definitely recommend Long Roofing! 70 year old slate roof removed and architectural shingles put on. Beautiful job!

Love the finished Roof and Doors. The quality of work and professionalism of the team was excellent.
Nails were left in my neighbors yard and mine. Nails were left on the roof and the roof that i share with my neighbor. Trash had blown into my neighbors yard. My dryer vent was covered by a board. Staff was politely argumentative about the the issue. Did purchase another vent. Other vents were covered. Not sure how it will affect my home. I had a small blue tarp on my roof and asked that it be given to me. I was not but i found it in my neighbors yard.
They were great! They did everything in a timely manner just as advertised and they cleaned everything up!
There was a miscommunication about the work that was to be done but the foreman of the job site was very professional and worked very diligently to resolve the problem and in the end, the problem was solved without further issues!
The crew was extremely hard working! I thought for a while we were going to have some problems because only 1-2 spoke English. That didn't seem to be a drawback. If they needed to ask me a question they would go through the two that did speak English. It worked out fine!
I am 100% satisfied. The work is awesome. From the beginning to the end it was perfect and I have no complaints at all! They were clean, courteous, and everything was on point. I didn't have any problems!
The team that entered my home were quick and professional. They were clean and added minimum intrusion on my daily life as they worked. I would certainly recommend long fence for good quality professional work.
Was very satisfied with the whole process
I met with the sales rep in April and thought the project would start within a reasonable time. I paid $8000 dollars down with the impression that that would get the project start. Before any work was done or any materials were delivered, there was a charge to the card that I had opened to finance the project. That meant that Long had $18,000, over half of the cost of the project and had not even started. Projects don’t work that way. No one had communicated with me about why this happened. Communication was poor. I was disappointed because Long has done other projects for us. Once the crew got started, they were very professional and got the project done. I’m pleased with the work.
For the cost of the roof over $20K, the customer service was awful. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have never been so happy with such a utilitarian purchase in my life! My new roof mad my 26 year old house look brand new!
The roof is great but I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to remove a pallet of unused shingles and I'm sure i have a large patch of dead grass in the middle of my small front yard.
