We have told others about how good the work that Long Home Products has done for us. And how much we love what has been done so far.
I am not satisfied with how they handled the issue with our power outage. Also, I was not happy with the attic fan being disposed of. They did not give us the option to keep it ourselves if we wanted it. I don't like the way the company has handled getting our power reimbursement while we waited for the power to be back on. I have sent multiple requests for reimbursement and have not heard anything.
I have recommended them.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Long Home Products met my expectations.
The beginning went extremely well. Sales associates were great. However after that it went down hill. I will say Erwin -I hope got his name right- was fantastic. When I couldn’t get responses he would always get back to me. I set my installation date. The gentleman said he would be reaching out during the day to check on progress. The materials arrived at scheduled time 7/8am. However no work was done and I get a call at 300pm that they can’t do the job that day. That was the only call I received. During that call he mentioned he would check to see how the progress was going when they came the following day. Never received a call. When job was done. The back roof looks good. However the capping looks bad you can see seams and looks like it is coming up. I would expect this from a cheap company but I went with Long Roof because I expected high quality since the roof is not a job I wanted to skimp on. Overall since I paid I can’t remove it. However I hope the warranty process is completely different from this. And originally I was going to replace windows and I thought I would entertain Long Windows but extremely happy I did not make that decision. I did receive a call a few months later and I thought it was the company calling to check in. It was but it was accounts receivable. He was extremely nice but I received more contact from him than anyone else which was irritating but understandable since I had a outstanding payment.
Very happy with the whole experience. When rain was coming on the second day, Long sent out addition crew to finish the job in time. This is above and beyond servive.
The roof was done about 3 months ago. They never finished it off to this day. When I called the other day, they wouldn't even respond. When they did respond, this guy named Mark said, "We are doing you a favor by doing the work."
This is my second product with Long Home Products. Their reputation exceeded themselves. I will use them again.
What I was promised of the work process and how it was supposed to go did not go as they said it would go or what they were going to do.
Overall, the roof seems pretty good, but when issues started, the communication was poor and it took 6 weeks to complete.

We are happy with the shower but we decided so quickly to do the project that we wonder if we overpaid.
The whole overall experience was not good. In fact it was quite stressful. A 1 day installation has already taken 4 visits to correct problems and for the price that I paid it's just unacceptable.
In the fall, the job was completed with guys working into the dark. There are nails and other debris in my yard. I did get a flat tire from a nail. The guys were pressured to get the job done in the dark and it caused a lot of issues.
The office screwed up our installation day. When the crew arrived they were courteous and professional. However, after they left, we had a question regarding part of the roof where there appeared to be a gap. I sent an email with a picture to the the project manager and never heard back. I have been spammed relentlessly by Long Home Products since, both asking for feedback- and trying to sell me a roof!

I have called and registered a complaint. I was suppose to hear from the "team " within 24 hrs. Still waiting. And becoming more unhappy every day.
Our experience with Long was very good. Though we did encounter what we thought were problems, these issues were resolved pretty quickly.
We felt Long could have contacted us first about weather related problems and a schedule change.
We are happy to say this project has met our expectation …our walk in shower is a distinct and safe way to make our master bath enjoyable for years to come .
