In my experience, from the beginning to the end of project, I was well informed by Long Home on process. Everything they said would happen, happened all the way through to the satisfaction of the completed job.

Perseverance

The main reason we took on this expense was for safety bars. The bars installed are slippery when wet. The ends caps of the bars that finish the installation are loose fitting. Knurled bars would be much safer. The silicone chalk was poorly done, even had spots of caulk on the floor.
Some of the caulk is still wet feeling but has been cleaned up as much as I can do.
We personally bought a specific shower head to be installed ( which was done) but they did not leave the shower head that was included, that I was going to install in the other bathroom.

I liked the finished product. It was almost what I expected. There is one problem. The front panel is pulling away from the wall. As of now, it is two days since I reported the problem and I have not received a response from the company.

I definitely would. I show off the bathroom to my family and friends. They were a great company to work with. The work and result was second to none!

I would highly recommend using Long Home if you are looking to remodel your bathroom. There final product was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Allen Metts was professional and answered all our questions about what we wanted to have done. Dexter and Evan, the installers, were on time, friendly, and did an amazing job! We are beyond happy with our remodel!!

I was disappointed in how long it took because someone came every day but only for a few hours. It took over a week.

Although the product was satisfactory when completed, the final price was deceiving. We were certainly duped by the sales person.

There are a few places in the bathroom, where the caulking was not done correctly. There was a pipe in my front yard that was left there. There was trash in the front yard. The shower curtain. I was not asked where I wanted. It hung so now it is lower than I would like. There was marks on the shower wall and bathroom tile that were not removed.

Knowledgeable, professional one-day shower.

It took 3 months to come and finish the job

I have asked 2 questions since the installation and received no response! Spending that amount of money I would hope I would receive a response. I feel like now that you have my money I’m no longer important as a customer.

Great and timely service, tub removed and shower installed in one day. Every worker was polite and friendly. I would use this company again if I need them in the future.

First the exceptional: The company's face to me is Jackie O'Keefe. She's a consummate professional. She did a masterful job of representing you. She delivered on everything she promised and on time. Second the good: The PM worked with me to select/change some materials that had been planned to be used in order to satisfy some health needs that my household has. Now for the not so good: I'm not impressed with your Project Management team. I was expecting the PM to at least take a field trip to assess the job for himself. Nothing like that happened. I found myself playing coordinator. I thought that was the job of the PM because of some aspects of the project he was not aware of. Although to be fair, he was able to arrange to take care of that. And lastly I expected the PM to visit after the work was completed to provide some level of 'QC/QA'

Floor pan ordered incorrectly with drain at wrong location. Water control valve only allows for temperature comfort and Not able to regulator water flow rate. Sealant applied to wall shower material and original bathroom wall has already separated, only been install for 5 days. Cut a main floor joist in 2 location on same joist because of shower pan drain location incorrect ordered by sales person and installer not checking the components of shower inclosure before damage has been done. Have an electrical issue with ground fault wiring since work was done. Don't know how but everything worked before construction now it does not. Will have to det electrician here to track down this problem. Crew got the chaiking sealant on door knows, door jambs and even on bed comforter. I would amazing while removing work tools and supplies from job, they were in a hurry to headed back to Tampa. (traffic I would amagine)amazing. Very disappointed in valve of products used and installation.

I did not receive the shower head holder. I bought one from Amazon. The installer said he would get one for me. Dexter was there promptly to start the demo and was very personable and efficient.

They did a nice job cleaned up after themselves. Were very courteous and personable.

The entire process was hassle free.

I had some difficulty with communication . The work looks good. Clean up should have been better. The snow might have impacted that.
