The whole thing was a cluster mess. William told us that it would take 2 to 4 weeks, but it was a month before I got any kind of contact. I had to make the contact myself. Our project manager was out of town. We were told that there would not be any subcontractors. but the job was subbed out. They also did not replace wood that was rotted. They told us that it was not their problem until I talked to a project manager. It took over a week. Our roof also got rained on multiple times.
Keep up the good work!
I'm just unhappy right now. Theres nbeen messups form day one they did my roof two weeks ago. i stillahve a dmpster in my yard and they still haven't finxed the sccew ups
We are pleased with the professionalism demonstrated.
no way , bad deal
I have no problem with Long Home Products. They came in and did what had to do. I have no problems. My salesman was a nice person, he was courteous. He explained everything to me and we did everything together.
I think that they are a litte on the expensive side.
It was an all through terrible experience, where the staff trashed my house during their work and where I had to struggle with the company for 4 months to settle a solution
They had very poor customer service. I was unable to meet up with the project managers. The workers left supplies on my driveway after they finished their work. Overall, I wasn't happy with the outcome.
Most Everything was of excellent service & quality
I am completely satisfied with the product and the workmanship.
I feel the product is overpriced. This has nothing to do with the sales person just the company. No I would not recommend the company.
" Yes, I would recommend Long Home Products to a friend "
The service and product was great.
This has been a great experience. We had this work done for health reasons which is bitter sweet to us. We have had a number of construction projects done over the years. These projects invariably have glitches, delays, hic cups if you will. You hire Long Home Products because they really know what they are doing. They arrived on time, had everything they needed to do the job, and wrapped it up in less than 8 hours, no glitches, not delays, no hic cups.
Shawn Mallary was excellent. But after the roof was installed, there was no follow-up at all from our contact at the company (can't recall his name). My husband called him with a question, which he referred to another person, who never got back to my husband. Also, I was perturbed that the roofing laborers worked for at least twelve hours. I am a former labor lawyer and believe that violated the law, plus wasn't safe. I raised that with someone at the company who wasn't helpful.
Although the workers did a good job putting up the roof, there were several problems. We had a large crack in the kitchen ceiling due to a cast iron pipe falling into the ceiling causing the damage when a roof board was being removed. Although an accident, the roofer asked us if the crack was already there, which it was NO, and the project manager did not want to take the responsibility to fix it. Eventually, after talking to higher ups, they had one of the workers correct the problem, eventually. The roofers were suppose to be here on a Thursday, but on that day the company called and said the crew was not available on that day; that they would come the next day, Friday. Our job was started on Friday and the roof itself finished on Saturday. 2 of the roofers worked in the kitchen on Saturday to fix the ceiling, but could not finish. The worker said they would be back another day. We called the company later during the week when we heard nothing from anybody and were told they would finish the ceiling the upcoming Saturday. Saturday came and no call. We called the company and they had the roofer who was working on our ceiling call us. Told he would be there by 3:00 pm, we called again at 4:00 pm. Said he would be there at 5:00 pm. At 5:30 pm we got a text saying he was coming in so many words! At 5:45 pm, he showed up and finished at 6:35 pm. An entire day wasted due to waiting.
Another problem was the number of nails left on the property. We had to buy a magnetic sweeper to clear up a majority of the nails. Even still we found many more nails on a lawn that twin 2 year olds and a Doberman pincher constantly walked and played on. Very time consuming, to say the least.
LongRoof was professional and on time with all their service. They responded to all of my questions and needs immediately. LongRoof is a quality business that I would recommend to
Very hard working crew. They did a good job.
Yes I would the job was done
Full product installation took 5.5 months.
I had 5 different crews and 5 visits to complete installation and repairs. Master Shower doors did not arrive for 6 weeks after original installation of the the bathroom. Messages to customer service were often not returned and it took repeated calls to get info
i am very grateful for their professionalism and their communication. They did an amazing job on keeping me updated, and making sure they met my needs.
Hard work by both crews, the sun was really cooking while they worked; they did the work safely and professionally. When issues arose from the second Drip Edge installation they were quickly resolved. The crew also resolved an old issue with the gutters/downspouts that were part of the original build of the house. Kudo's to Cody, Bevin, the roof crew, and the gutter crew for making the house look great!
Excellent work! It was awesome all around.
They exceeded all of my expectations!
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Long Home Products as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
