Lifespan did an excellent job and I really enjoy my new shower. The price was a little more than I wanted to spend but that seems to be typical of everything in this day and age. The initial clear caulk used turned brown. Lifespan immediately sent someone out and remedied the situation.

The only issue we had is that we wish we didn't have to finish the job. They put a board up where the new wall they installed is around our toilet. They don't paint or apply putty, so our home really isn't done. Everything else was done really nicely!

The staff was very friendly and seemed to be competent. Because of the long delay to get my job done, I spoke with the General Manager about receiving a discount. I was told that they do not do that. I then spoke with the owner and he came to my home. He was pleasant and did end up giving me a discount.

With the exception of the old bathroom tub and walls removal guy, who was like a bull in a china shop with his music blasting away, the rest of the crew was very professional, kept us informed of their procedures and answered any questions we had about the steps they were taking to put our walk-in shower in to our satisfaction. They did a beautiful job and responded in a timely manner when we had a minor problem with the shower.
