There was a lot of iss that came up, especially with close out. The response to that was very lacking. Like we met some good people along the way but also some people that didn't seem very helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend to friends because I wouldn't be helping a friend out.

The home was beautifully constructed, We loved the open floor plan, and upgraded touches thruout the House. Arched doorways, rounded corners, and a really nice use of ceramic tile thruout.
There was a lot of small things that needed to be resolved prior to the home being purchased. The items were resolved in a timely matter.
The whole process with them was pretty much flawless. I kept expecting that things would go horribly wrong or be extremely stressful, but it was a smooth process.

The home is incredibly well built. Todd did a fantastic job. The sales job and partnership by Albert was incredible as well. Both gentlemen are the sole reasons why we were able to get over the finish line and close on 1225. We couldn't highlight enough how impressed we were by both of these men.
Sales Knowledge - Albert is the reason we decided on Meyer Ranch. He was an incredible representative of Bella Vista. Communicated often, helped create solutions, answered all questions etc. His people skills are off the charts and his professionalism is unlike any other we've seen in our month+ of looking at home purchasing opportunities. Honestly - Albert deserves an A+ in terms of convincing sales skills, making my fiance and myself feel educated and comfortable, and being a friendly support during what is typically a stressful process (home buying).
