Horrible workmanship houses built too quickly! My house is just under 4 years old and we have mold due to poor attic ventilation, the walls aren't sealed properly, and the hvac system doesn't function properly. Legend is unwilling to help and has refused our request for help! A house less than 4 years old shouldn't have these issues Legend says its my fault but 20 out of 100 homes in my neighborhood have this mold issue! So you are telling me that's just a coincidence I think not!!!

So far everything has been on schedule and legend is great at communicating progress.

Moving in, there were a few issues that were not disclosed. The garage door was misaligned. I had issues with the HVAC unit on the second day we moved in. Old fixtures were used in the kitchen and bathrooms.

I am very disappointed with my experience in my first home purchase. My sales agent Katherine BisCamp was not helpful at all. She is only interested in making a sale and not in the integrity of the company or the product. My home has so many flaws and it is such a hassle trying to get the issues resolved.

So far everything has been very simple and smooth. The quality of materials seems to be quality for the price.

Some of the finished work is not all well done. The house was not cleaned properly. There was too much dust on the floor. I asked for the bubble to be fixed in the master bathroom for the laminate floors but there is still a bubble in the floor.

Geoff , was amazing from the very beginning. He sat us down and walked through being a first time home buyer . He explained the numbers and where we stood according to what decisions we made . The entire experience has been great .

The selection process was extremely disheartening and disappointing. Even though construction has not started (and will not start for another month or so), I was not able to choose between the bathroom layout options shown on the website. My opinion to this question may change once I am in the new home (which will be at least 4 months from now).

I have had bad experience with the sales person.

I was expecting a home of quality! I understand that things are not perfect and you will find things that need attention. I felt like when I brought things to their attention I was bothering them. I was told that they were great builders and I was excited about my new home, total dissatisfied.

Its a good home at a good price.

I liked the variety of floor plans, the financial opportunities to buy and the scheduling of the build.
