The Statewide Remodeling sales rep was knowledgeable and worked to get us the best price for the shower remodel. The install team was on time, courteous, and did an excellent job. After about one week, there was a problem with one of the shower doors drifting open and a representative from the company and the installer both came out the next day and fixed the issue.

Our new Kohler Renuity shower is just wonderful! It is even better than we anticipated. It feels much roomier than our old shower. Easy to clean by just using a squeegee on the glass doors and you're left with a sparkling shower. We recommend this shower system 100%.

Misunderstandings between the installation crew and me when I saw them carrying out of my house I pointed to the garage, the shorter worker ask me if he could open my garage I nodded thinking they were placing my shower materials there , that mid afternoon they left, I used my walker to get in my garage and the tub was there but not my shower I noticed the electrical guy had drilled through. The wall into the garage I thought well they must’ve set everything (shower) outside, the slope down I can’t manage so I went through my house out the back door around the side NOTHING

More experienced sales pitch that gets everything they need while they’re at house ie pictures, measurements—less focus on price and sign today while they’re at house. Install crew should not smoke in driveway; the tarps should be clean and properly cover floors without major gaps; vacuuming and debris glean up should be done like it’s their house not cursory and time pressured; project manager should check in during job at least once to see how it’s going, any questions or concerns —be more responsive

The installers were incred I'llwent above and beyond what I expected in a good, professional crew. We have a houseful of disabled people and the crew was able to make them feel confident with the whole process. They were also able to answer questions with straight forward, understood by the lay person answers. I think that's pretty indicative or the superior quality of your installers.

We're very pleased with the beautiful new shower and new tub. The installation went quickly and the bathrooms look great, such an improvement in appearance and functionality.

Scheduling complicated things. We would've appreciated advanced scheduling with the glass door company to come the DAY the shower was done... Because it's been 2 weeks since it was done and we only barely got them out here for measurements, which means it'll be another few weeks before we can use our new shower and really give feedback on it's performance.
