2 day shower project took 3 weeks with many issues, quality of work very poor, it took 7 different people to get the job done, contractor is not familiar with Kohler products. I had to reach out directly to Kohler to inform Renuity/Pacific Bath on how to fix the I rainhead.

service was great and overall, I'm happy with the shower and materials but I would have preferred some different trim options/configurations if I had seen things in person first and had more options to select from.

Shower installation went well.. but I was left with shower without the glass doors… I paid total bill, holding back small amount for doors… company has ghosted me.. no one answers phones, no one gets back to you.,
And I have a shower without doors .. and no one cares..

The installation team were great, friendly, polite. When I got a call asking how it all went, had one small hiccup which was the shower door was on the wrong side and the manager on the phone that called me was great and wonderful. He saw my problem and found me a solution. They came fast with the handle bar to put on the door so we can shower on that side and not the side that we have blocked. Then a couple weeks ago heard a bang in the shower, ended up being this small screw. I called and very quick they got someone out here to check it out and fix it. Still til this day though we don't know where the screw came from as all of the screws were in the shelves still and the handle bars but he tightened them all that seemed loose and was on his way. I 100% recommend anyone to this company, fast reliable, and friendly, professional manner. And I love that this is lifetime warranty, it just feels great knowing there is an amazing team that gets it done right and quick. Definitely worth the purchase, thank you so much my mom & I love our shower! So much better than stepping over an 18 inch bath tub.

I needed the shower to be done quickly but with high quality work. And I got both.

The installer and the shower were great, especially the installer who took his time to do it right. The one problem I have is that the doors seem to be missing some type of sliding seal and sometimes leak.

Product good, follow-up not so good. When water turned back on, flow to faucet on vanity in shower room semi-blocked by debris. Tecnician sent to resolve/investigate and said " it looks like we owe you a shower" and left. A day later I received a call stating that they did nothing to the faucet and I told him it was working fine before shower installation. Appointment set up for technician/plumper to return.
On appointment date, technician never showed up or called and after I called, was told his vehicle had a problem but they couldn't tell me why I wasn't notified. On the date technician returned I asked how his vehicle was, he said he had no problem on that date : he was instructed to go elsewhere !!!!! He did install a new faucet but at a lesser standard than the one I had before this problem. A new Delta faucet as I had goes for approx. $325 and technician paid $150 at Home Depot. Thank you very much.

I think the whole process went smoothly and Reunity delivered on what they said they would for the price they quoted.

Shower work was great. Very happy. Carpenter work on the widening and replacement of the door, moving of the light switch, replacing the tile and calking was very poor. As of right now it has not been corrected. And shower glass has not been installed. This all started on 9/10/2025. To date it has not been finish to our satisfaction. Today is 10/8/2025. It's taken a month basically and not complete. Was told 2 days and then another 2 weeks for the half glass to be put in. I'm not a happy person right now.

Scott was very good at his job. He arrived on time, he did some extra work to be sure it was right. Unfortunately I don’t know anyone that needs their service, or I would.

Any consumer who wants to make an informed decision about remodeling their bath should not seek out Pacific/Renuity first. Get their bid last, then make an informed decision, not a high-pressure sales one. The project coordinator, Millie, gets an "F" because she was a complete no-show. Millie did not even bother to contact us about the business name change, meaning we had to write two checks. Between these two it doesn't look good, but the installation crew saved the day.

This was a well-organized project from start to finish, from Sherry, who made the sales call and went over options & pricing with me, to Tammy, who handled the details and drawings, and options with the bench as we had to adjust the original placement to make it work. The crew that did the work was a father & son, and they were phenomenal in getting the job done in less than 2 full working days with a quality outcome that was everything that was supposed to happen. Also had Joe, my project manager, who checked in with me both days and the crew doing the work to make sure everything was going to plan
