Did not like the shelf choices, and when asked where to place it, we guessed wrong. I would rather had 2 corner shelves as I have already hit the shelf with my shoulder as it is in the wrong place. I don't care for the monstrous door as we can't hardly get in and out of the shower as it almost hits the outside wall. We were told it was a non-slip bottom, but my my first foot placement in the shower slipped.

The workers were excellent they took care of my house with drop cloths and coverings for the bedroom and other furniture and the finished product was incredible

Didn’t have trim to complete the job. Said they would send someone out to check the windows they put in last year. No one has came to do that.

Glass images was also challenging to work with initially. Their communication skills were lacking, but that improved as we went along as well

This was an easy process and we came away with an excellent product. This was the right thing for our needs to improve the look and function of our shower, especially accessibility options for aging in place.

The teams were efficient and tidy. They were friendly and willing to answer questions and the finished product is perfect for me.

I liked that they take care of permits and contractors, it's not as stressful as doing it on your own.

Great communication and planning

I am disappointed with customer service. I was overcharged for the project statewide performed. I will be seeking some form of resolution going forward.

Communication...once contract was signed, had questions for field manager Monday...he responded that night that he'd have answer for me shortly. There was pressure as phase 2 was taking Wednesday. I texted and emailed sales manager - no response. I called grapevine office, was put in voicemail. I think i only got answers Tuesday afternoon because i was calling everyone. Just very frustrating experience.

The shower enclosure looks and works great, and the installers were able to do the job so we didn't have to paint anything.

My friends are dead or live in another state. The odds of me making new friends are slim to none since I rarely leave my home.

Timely, though, competent, clean after job was completed, workers were happy working, salesman was, truthful.

There are so many window replacement companies. A contractor recommended Rite as a service that could be more reasonable. I also liked the fact that you offer 0% financing as window replacement can be so costly.

The interface between the sales and the install team was less than ideal and resulted in significant delays. it ended well but it was messy.
