Measurements were way off. Quality of materials was significantly below expectations. Quality of workmanship was not as good as I was lead to believe. If given the chance to do over, I would not use Statewide Remodeling.

Windows are great installers we're professional did a great job clean up

My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality work that was done by Rite Window Co. The 2 plumber/contractors that installed our walk in shower were very polite, respectful, professional and kept the work area clean as they progressed through the project. We had our bathtub removed without issue. They arrived at 10am from over 3 hours from home and didn't leave until the job was 100% completed at 6pm. Everything was picked up and spotless. They put down drop cloths to protect our carpet. I would highly recommend Rite Window for any work to be completed by them.

Sales Pitch was thorough and complete. All of my questions were answered. Installation team were professional and completed the project in one day. Using all Kohler products sold me on using Rite Windows.

Sales rep was very upfront on how the install may look due to non-standard measurements, and other esthetic issues, so there were NO surprises when the installers actually started the work. The installers were also pro-active on keeping the work area clean, and also reiterating how the patterns may not match, the seams, etc., so again, there were NO surprises during the installation.

The entire experience was very good. The workers were very knowledgeable, neat(before,during, and after), made do with a couple of minor problems, and they were quick at what did. Skilled Workers. My only disappointment was they did not put new trim around the windows on the inside. Otherwise a 10/10.

The gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I had both bathrooms done at once, and they both look fantastic! Amazing job!

Better communication

The initial salesman was a smoke and mirrors man. I could not reconcile the price he wanted for my shower and although I initially agreed, the next day I cancelled my order. After that, the initial salesman refused to take my calls. I was eventually contacted by the higher level manager who offered me the same job, but for thousands of dollars less. I agreed and the project was completed. I was satisfied with the work, but after close examination, I think the project was still over priced.

Joshua Meadmore met with me a couple of times to ensure that the parts and installation was on time and in the right place. . . As a salesman Joshua Meadmore had me sold with complete information that I needed to start the project.

Any problem found will be resolved

The quality of their work is excellent. Their workers are first rate and take care to leave the work site clean with tools stored away at the end of each day. They were carefull to correct problems that existed before this project.

I am very happy that I had Rite Window come to my home and install my beautiful walk-in shower. I actually had installed a walk-in shower the year before from a building supplier. I was not happy with the quality of the shower install and so I opted to pay a much higher price for Rite Window, but I don’t regret it. It was worth it.

Beautiful finished product, easy to deal with, friendly respectful installers

I already have twice, but if I was younger I would probably have gone a different route myself.
