It was a great experience from the time that I worked with the sales rep, to the tile installers, to the glass installer, and the job supervisor. Everyone was nice, polite, and cleaned up the remodel area every day. The Supervisor made periodic checks to make sure the job was done right and that I was satified with the work.

The bottom is slippery and i wasnt warned that needed a nin-slip pad.

They arrived on time and worked hard all day. They cleaned up after the days work before they left for the day after a very long days work.

The guy Martin was awesome. However it's almost 2 weeks and no one has called to schedule the Lazer measurements

I received upfront profound counseling through out the purchasing and especially the installation process which also included the post installation process. At issue was whether or not we were going move the shower glass closer to the back of the walk-in tub so as to include what could have been a much desired pre-installed tiled bench inside inside the shower. As it turned out, it simply was not doable without significant risks to all parties to do! The advise given by Caleb throughout the entire process (color choice, movement of the shower glass, choice of acrylic behind the tub) was spot on!

Additionally, a loss of power issue arose 2 days following the installation. The project manager was contacted (after hours) who immediately agreed to contact the electricians who arrived first thing the next morning and the problem was corrected with in an hour!

As a senior, I would have preferred a lower price. Pretty spendy for a shower.

I was not left any documentation on how to operate the tub. I call the Rite Window and requested the manual and they agreed to but did not send anything. It is a poorly run business that fails at something so easy to accomplish.

The shower was for my wife and she loves it.

I am happy with the installation and with the crew that did the work. The reason for giving an 8 rather than a 10 for likely to recommend is strictly related to price. There are lots of people I know who would benefit from this work but cannot afford it.

Cleanliness in removal of old shower material and use of drop cloths to protect flooring in spaces used to access workspace and quality of fit and finish for the new shower.

My new shower looks like I hired the cheapest handy man from the classifieds. I was expecting a beautiful Kohler product. There are so many things I do not like enumerated below. The biggest disappointment is the overall awkward aesthetic.
The 4’ overhang on one side and a 5” on the other is just ugly. The hardware was installed with mismatched finishes, and I have someone from Rite Window scheduled to come today to swap out the hardware. That person is also going to fix the poor caulking job. There are some black scuffs on the surface too. I regret
This was supposed to be a one day job giving me a beautiful shower. I expect that the repair/revision work done today will address some mistakes. However, this will now be 2 days and 13K for an ugly shower. I am very unhappy. I want Rite Window give me a shower door as this might camouflage the bizarre uneven overhangs, and address my unfortunate experience.

My shower still hasn't been done. It has been over 2 months. I agreed to purchase 8/ 21/25 . It is now 10/26/25 and I am still waiting completion.

We love our new walk in shower! The team at Reunity were a pleasure to work with. The team they sent to install were very professional and kept our house clean as they were working.

There is a disconnect in communication between their sales team and the productiin/installation crews causing delays and installation problems.

I would recommend Statewide but warn them that they aren't cheap. However, the quality is great and their work excellent.

Very professional workers

The cleanup was bad. It was a mess all on our front yard on the side yard and also the landscape rocks all have white concrete residue left over from their clean out. We asked for the window sill to be sloped for proper water drainage and they and they confirmed they would do it, but then they did not do it at the back of the window and and water pools on the back of the windowsill.

They were fast and good about cleaning up.

Customer Service was excellent, Statewide worked with us as we had trips planned in the middle of the installation time, they went beyond to accommodate us.

1. The sales experience at the beginning of the contract failed to identify what the Consumer needed to know in order make informed choices/set expectations so that the final product was something they would truly enjoy. This is an expensive commitment (for most buyers) and there simply was not enough prompts by the sales people to help the Buyer think through aspects. The buyer was left to figure out everything possible to think about and to ask ALL of the relevant questions (or to live with the final product consequences.
2. The logistics team who ensures the materials (in the right quantities) are ordered and ready and the teammate who calls the Buyer to coordinate the installation dates both lack attention to detail. In my case, the logistics team didn't order enough/the correct supplies, and the scheduler didn't read notes on file about how/when to contact me, as well as was aggressive about trying to schedule the work on her own timeline, only to have scheduled the work earlier than I would have liked and finding that the 3 day job took nearly 14 days to complete because pauses were needed to wait for materials to be shipped in from another state.
3. The workmanship of the install team was very professional and impressive. However communication from the installation team or from the Field Supervisor was a mess. My impression is that the field supervisor expected me to know about installation date/plan changes when I did not, and thus I was left sitting at home with no workers showing up more than once. This was a disrespectful waste of the holiday days I scheduled off from work to let this installation happen.

Honest with attention to detail!

For $20,000 I got a shower that allows water to escape onto the bathroom floor. This didn't happen with my tub/shower with a curtain. It also is a lot of time drying everything off when I'm done with the shower, ie, the glass and walls of the shower. I even have to squeegee the floor to get the water off the floor of the shower.

Everything from beginning to end was exceptional from the salesman to the installers. The installers were a wonderful group of men. They worked hard and got the complete job done in one day.
