We remodeled a guest bathroom. We took out the tub/shower and replaced with a walk-in shower. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The commutation from all the staff was above and beyond. The work crew started on a Tuesday and finished on Friday. Each day, I received a text as to the arrival time if the crew was on able to arrive as expected. The project was completed to my satisfaction and it is beautiful. I highly recommend Statewide Remodeling for any projects you may have.

The whole process was a pleasant transaction. Every question no matter how small was treated with the upmost respect.

Rite Window installed a one-day walk-in shower in place of my tub-shower combination. Installation seemed fine, but closer examination of finishing of edges where new shower meets existing bathroom was terribly sloppy. Their salesman agreed when he saw the photos I sent. I'm still waiting for Rite to make it right.

Clean-up afterward was also poorly done.

We came to Pacific Bath when we had a leaky shower and several attempts to find and fix the leak had failed. Ultimately it became clear we were going to have to have the shower redone to a large extent, and while you work was more extensive and more expensive than we originally expected, we're confident that it was the right call - to do it right, and thoroughly, rather than potentially coming back to it for further repairs again and again.

We had a really positive experience from start to finish. The completeness of the work and the warranty make me trust that our new shower will be in good working condition for years to come. The installation happened sooner than we expected and finished faster than we expected, and the team was so tidy and respectful of our home. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend who found themselves in a similar position to where we were.

Out Kohler shower install with Rite Window exceeded our expectations. Every person we engaged with was friendly and professional. They treated our home with great care and left the work area impeccably clean at the end of each day. The finished shower was even nicer than I had envisioned, and we even found a great new plumber in the process! Very satisfied!

The quality of work was exceptional and we love the product. Levi and his coworker were professional and enjoyable to work with. Only 3 weeks passed from the time we signed the contract to onset of work, which was complete in two days.

On the first day we had an unfortunate issue with neighbors in an adjoining condo, The plumber and installers are to be highly commended for the way they handled the situation.

The installers were very knowledgeable in their craft. They knew that the plans drawn up initially wouldn't work for the size of the install. They fixed the design and it came out great. The installers were quick, friendly and efficient.

Installation was poor and the wall panels are damaged with scratches and gouges. Also caulking was slopping, had holes I had to repair and was smeared in a large area of the wall. The installer did not call me back when asked to to fix these issues. I do not recommend Rite Windows.

HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT CORNER SEALS INSTALLED IN A TUB TO SHOWER CONVERSION,INSTALL CREW WHEN QUESTIONED BLEW IT OFF AND SAID YOU HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY,CALL WARRANTY DEPT, CALL WARRANTY DEPT APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED 1ST APPOINTMENT NO SHOW ACCORDING TO REP HE WAS BUSY ON ANOTHER JOB HELD UP.SO SCHEDULED AGAIN HAD SOME ONE COME BY FROM WARRANTY DEPT ,HE LOOKED AT WORK WAS NOT IMPRESSED HE MADE CALLS TO HIS BOSS, LEFT WITH OUT ANY CONVERSATION WITH ME AT. HAVE NOT HAD ANY ACTUAL CONVERSATION OR WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE AT ALL SEVERAL TEXT MESSAGES FROM DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS. AS OF YET NO PHYSICAL CONTACT FROM ANYONE FROM PACIFIC BATH. SO I.M ASSUMING MY SO CALLED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS NOTHING BUT B.S. TOTALLY A RIP OFF IF YOU ASK ME AND I WILL BE EXPLORING OPTIONS OH BY THE WAY THEY WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS ESPECIALLY THE SALES REP.FOR THIS COMPANY TO REPRESENT THE KOHLER NAME IS QUITE AMAZING.

I can't think of anything during the entire process that would keep me from doing this again.

I was very pleased with the final installation and quality of the product. The efficiency and quick turn around was what I needed without compromise in quality. The cost was a little higher than I might have been quoted by a general contractor but it was worth it. This was a zero stress shower remodel!

I would not recommend this company due to the fact that the workers did not have the correct tools for the job, broken tools showed that the workers were not properly prepared to do the job correctly.

Statewide Remodeling did a wonderful job. It was a wonderful experience installing the windows. The crew did it professionally, quickly, and promptly. They even caulked my AC's when they put those in. They didn't have to do that, but they did. Furthermore, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my new windows.

Only took a couple weeks from ordering to installation, which took 7 hours, water was off for only 2 (which I appreciated). Installer checked with us about where we wanted all the grab bars, shower heads, floating shelf and seat. Good communication all around.

Easy and quick way to get a professional bath remodel with no headaches or mess! Truly a professional group of folks with excellent customer service!

Pleasant experience from sales to completion. I was kept abreast of the scheduling of materials through the installation. The installation team was professional, very careful of my property, did a quick and superb installation. They explained all the new features. The result was very pleasing to the eye, the fit and finish were first rate.The.y cleaned up everything and the only trace of there presence was a beautiful new bath and shower. I really liked how they merged the edge of the new items to the adjacent tiling.

Be cautious of the salesman. I wish I would of been.

They were punctual, worked very hard. Ate lunch in very short time. Left everything clean. Especially I would like to recommend Nelson Peralt, because he really went an extra mile to finish everything on time and for my liking. Plus he is a very nice person.

This is the second time we have used Statewide. They have now replaced/upgraded every window in our house, and we could not be happier with every aspect of both transactions. Rite Window installed 9 windows several years ago, and just installed my unrepairable kitchen window and it looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend Rite Window. You won't regret it.

Beautiful shower but had a few issues. I had an issue with installing the glass door/glass surround after the new shower was installed. I believe this issue was due to the salesperson not taking some structural things into consideration when developing the plan/quote. The workmanship overall was good but lacked my expectation in finish work, mainly with caulking and texture.

Our experience was overwhelming positive. Very professional and as clean as they could be. The plumber was great at working with our bizarre existing plumbing. They confirmed everything on site during installation. There was a great attention to detail.

From start to finish it could not have gone better. A complicated installation was handled efficiently with a very satisfying conclusion. We were consulted every step of the way and the custom choices were delivered with helpful input from the initial consultation all the way until the final installation. Highly recommended.
