The screens were cheap ones that didn’t fit our windows to keep bugs out. The screen was ripped and it’s taken a few weeks to get that resolved. The workers didn’t put the window correctly and the insulation in the window came out preventing it locking secu. When the workers out in the smaller window and dented the frame. More straight forward than most of the home improvement contractors that have entertained me over the years. This peoceedure was from sales, to product representation, to pricing, and to performance.

Products and installation are good, timing and scheduling is very bad. From the very beginning, few were promised a quick and timely installation, by the sales person, but once the deal was sealed, the installers and suppliers extended the installation at least a month and more like 6-weeks from the time frame discussed with the salesman. Then the installers were not scheduled for a long enough time to do the work. It eventually took 5-days to install, when the scheduler told us two days plus a bit. Because of other issues in the office, the project sat half-done for 3-days with no work occurring, while staff was working on other projects.

Cost was higher than expected

They were very friendly professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone they cleaned up after themselves. They laid down cloth down so they wouldn’t track in any dirt or scratch my wooden floors.
