We are extremely happy with our new walk-in shower. The entire process was smooth and the installation team was professional , courteous, and efficient. The quality of the Kohler walk-in shower exceeded our expectations, and it has made a big improvement to our bathroom. We would definjitely recommend Renuity to our family and friends.

Could have explained about Hibrid Water Heaters, had you explained about their draw backs and inability to fully fill the tub with hot water even with an 80 gallon tank. I would have gone with a standard electric water heater. Am very disappointed with the water heater you chose for me.

Installation was a literal nightmare! Crew tried to caulk a gap so that the shower door would be plumb instead of making the WALL plumb. Then they tore the heck out of our newly installed crawlspace insulation and belly wrap getting to the p trap and just left it that way! Lastly they removed drywall from the exterior wall and failed to replace it before covering it up! They were out 2 times to rectify because the first call back they did nothing and called it a day.
Our son had to drag them down under the house and show them what needed to be done to cover the plumbing that was exposed to (possible freezing temps and burst pipes) Luckily our son also checked the wall with a camera and saw that they still did not replace the insulation. A violation of code!! What the heck! It’s just unacceptable! Manager Jason was hardly into getting anything done . Our son was the one that had to show them how to do their job. I wonder if you even think about the elderly people that can’t go under the house to check this stuff. Then to lie and tell us they put insulation in that wall when they did nothing. It’s **** poor service!

Swapped out my old bathtub for a jet tub. They had it done in one day. Very quick and they kept everything nice and clean.

The cabinets look great, and we're very pleased with the final results. Although the process took a little longer than expected and required a second visit to complete the job, Renuity was responsive and made every effort to ensure everything was done to our liking. We appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and would recommend them.

Good all round experience

We had our front windows replaced by FHIA who from what I understand merged with Renuity which is why we chose this company. Unfortunately for Renuity, they did a wonderful job so our expectations were apparently high. I laugh because my husband Ron was upset that not all screens came with the first installation. They came out and installed them without our knowing. Easy fix. The front window installation, they maybe made one nick in our dry wall. Unfortunately, the first Renuity installers that installed the back windows banged up and damaged every window they worked on. As I told Chris, they were very nice and respectful, but just didn't have the finished quality we had gotten with the front windows. My husband has sanded and restrained all the sills that were scuffed, knocked and damaged. The kitchen windows hurt the most. They damaged the drywall on a middle support of our bay window and just slapped some drywall mud on it... My husband has sanded that. Now I need to paint it. The kitchen is painted and then coated with a glaze, the glaze is no longer available. I haven't touched because I fear it is going to look like an eyesore when I am done.
Also, I'm laughing over the screens again... Our back bedroom window came in 10 inches too short so we had to wait for that another month. A window in the living room had a row across the bottom of tiny scratches, which was brought up with the first time Renuity came out for installion. Chris came to check this job with the installation of the back bedroom window. He said he would order a piece of glass for the living room windows and actually ordered a new window. Thank you!
So appreciate that <3 Which took another 3 weeks, still laughing at the screens from first installation with FHIA. Chris also offered a gift card of $100/$200 to help ease for the inconvenience - and at this point we aren't actually expecting that to show up, though it is what motivated me to fill this out. And my husband and I are laughing (wink) over that too. . .

They were very professional and very polite. They cleaned up their messes with a vacuum. Did a great job?I highly recommend them. The windows are wonderful. I can raise them and tilt them to clean both top and bottom.

Also, receiving a price breakdown would’ve been nice. We felt in the dark with what we were actually paying for.

From our initial conversation with the representative at Costco to our sales and design person, Mitch, to our installation team lead by Michael and Craig, it has been a great experience.

The entire process was good until installation. We had ordered a window sill for one of our windows and the installers said they didn’t see it on the order but it was in the contract so they had to come back out a seperate day and getting ahold of the installers was difficult.

Over all not the experience I was expecting no way will be two day installation!

Communication and follow-up was great throughout the experience. Installers did a superb job.

Bob Hurley was the sales rep and was great and explained everything. After the sale, he was always there to answer any questions we had.
Thiago & Matthew did the physical installation and were excellent! They told us everything they were doing and we're very professional, performed a quality installation and were very nice.
Steve, not sure of his title, but he was great to work with. He also answered questions while the installation was going on. He checked in with us a number of times each day and again after the installation. Great customer service, product and installers.

We were treated very well by everyone who participated in our project. The team that did the project installation were very competent and knowledgeable. They kept us informed from start to finish

Installers were very respectful and courteous. They did a great job both with the demolition and the install. And they left having cleaned up the construction areas very well.
