great choices, quick install when begun but high prices

Everyone at Statewide from sales person to finished install were very hands on. Miguel the actual installer was on time each day and created a beautiful bathroom. We love the finished product and dealing with Statewide Remodeling.

The cost was exorbitant; the sales rep oversold without knowing that the work could not be done as contracted for without wanting additional money. This issue finally did get worked out but had to go through a lot of "angry" calls. One thing that attracted us to the company was that we did not have to deal with the HOA or city/village permits (according to the sales rep) but that was not true. I was called upon several times to see if I could get IN contact the HOA and Village to get them to respond. Company tried to use a smaller shower base than was contracted for but eventually had to have a custom one made. This caused an additional delay of 5 or 6 weeks. SO LUCKY TO HAVE GOTTEN THE INSTALLATION CREW WE HAD JERUZ was AMAZING.

The rating is for the second installation team. The first installation was horrible.

It was fast, The work was done so well. It looks fabulous.

We've recommended Renuity to neighbors and community group members. It was great to experience workers that still take pride in their work.

I'll tell it how I feel the third salesperson was nice the installers were good materials quality above average and better than jacuzzi

The process was painless. From start to finish we were kept informed. There were no delays in spite of the record snowfall in our area.

The prices was a bit high but not unreasonable.

The process from start to finish was very easy. The Statewide team was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. Everyone was very friendly and professional during the entire process.

Your front office couldn’t call the right person to communicate. I repeatedly ask them to call my husband, but they kept calling me. The order was also wrong regarding the type of door we had asked for, which caused a delay to use for a week. The shower head requires super human strength to change to the handheld. The floor is super slippery-we both slipped, causing us to cover the entire base with a mat.

I like the surround but wish a bench would have been sized for it

Overall good process. Nice selection, good installer. More transparency in invoice needed.

Several late evenings and finally finished. The scheduler needs to extend the completion times. Suggestion: No more than 4 custom sizes in a day. The crew Boss was exhausted. One day turned into 2 and, an hour , to complete the job. Add a man, or , put one guy on total finish work. Please . They left everything totally clean. The crew was very willing to please. Cudo's.

We are very pleased with our shower and the entire experience was the most seamless of any of the four bathroom remodels my husband and I have had done over the years! The customer service was excellent! We had no major concerns and the minor questions we had were thoroughly answered!

The windows are great and all persons that I worked with was polite and did there job efficiently.

Let’s see: there is a small chip on the tub and I did not order scratch and dent tub. Floor was dented getting the tub upstairs. Problems with plumbing that I did not have before. This is has been a negative experience all for $35k.

It is expensive but worth it. Both the installation and the quality of the components were topnotch. The job was done in two days!

I especially was appreciative of the personnel, from the person who answered the phone and set up the appointments, the sales representative, the installation crew, and the follow-up service. They were all professional and friendly, always let me know what the next steps would be and who would be contacting me, keeping me updated about what needed to be done and when it would be done, and following through on what they said or calling me to let me know if there were changes in the plans. They worked together as a unit from start to finish.

From start to finish the people who we dealt with were very professional. They called us to make sure that everything was the way we wanted it to be. They were able to schedule us faster than originally planned. The installers were punctual and nice to deal with. They answered any questions we might have had. The quality of work was very good. No complaints.

It’s just like advertised- quick, professional, but no room for any individual touches. Larger shampoo and conditioner bottles don’t fit in the shelf.

I would recommend renuity from the sales rep to the crew that came.
