I would 100% recommend this company. Overall, they did an amazing job and I’m very happy with my new shower.
Had my walk in tub installed on Saturday March 28th. Installer tested the system and it worked great. Did not us the tub until the following Monday. Worked great except for cool water. Turned the jets off before draining. 20 minutes after I left the room, the jets started going off. Came in and turned them off. 20 minutes later it happened again and 19 minutes later again. I had to go outside and turned the power off to the system. I waited 3 days and filled the tub without being in it. Put the jets on and worked fine. Turned off the jets and drained the tub and 18 minutes later the jets started again. 3 more times 18 to 20 minutes apart. Had to turn the system off again. Tonight is Monday, April 6 and I got into the tub, filled it as usual before I put the jets on, it works good. But it's been 18 minutes and the jets went off again. Turned them off and now they started again, they stopped for 2 minutes and they are going again. Is this what they should be doing? I will turn the power off before I go to bed and keep it off.
No issue with the shower itself upstairs. Only an issue with the mess left by the plumber. I know it was a hard job, but the roof of the lower bathroom was left open, and Jason (from upstairs team) had to design a box for that. Also, plumbers caulk was left on a wall of the lower bathroom, and I leaned up against it, and it is all over my clothes. Also, there was some plumbers caulk that got on my mother as well.
It's very expensive for what we got.
The installers were courteous and very professional in their work.
All contractual obligations met which included equipment, accessories, & financing.
They did more than most companies would.

If something is damaged during install, tell the customer- don’t wait for the person to find what was damaged.

Your shower head rotates much too easily, more so than the adjustability of the individual parts of the shower. This makes using the free shower head tricky. No manual has been provided that would describe how to adjust the shower heads rigidity! Certainly this has been considered and the appropriate manual has been produced but not provided.
Great customer service. I liked that they kept me informed as to when to expect the construction to begin. The crew was very professional. They did an awesome job of converting the bathtub to a walk in shower.
Very accommodating, honest caring. The reason for an 8 is the price. We just got plan flat walls with a window. No extras due to cost.
We were disappointed that we were requested to sign off on an uncompleted project.

The workman were very good. Even th plumber that casused a delay owned up to his mistake. The problem was the time it took to complete our project. You have been doing this for many years. Why did you not figure out hoe to schedule the project. I was told 2-3 maybe 4 days. The project took 15 days. Materials was not the problem. My Scheduling was.
As a side note, this project is the third major project with Statewide. I did not have this type of problems.
To start with the installation is not complete and I don't understand why I would be getting a survey since it's not complete.
I was told the complete process would be completed in 2 days from the salesperson. When the installation began, I was then informed the door people would need to come out and measure for the door before it could be installed. And it would take another5 to 7 days for this. I needed it done in the 2 days correctly due to things coming up. I wanted to wait until end of April and was assured it would be completed in 2 days. They started March 9, 2026 and it is now April 4, 2026, still not complete.

Downpayment of $10,000 was paid in late December 2025 with a credit card. Construction start was estimated to be about February 9, 2026. The contract was written up as two projects. To my surprise, someone signed my name on the paperwork for the second part. The Onyx (artificial marble) and the glass material deliveries were blamed as delaying the project. The project was finally finished on April 1. The field rep Hector was very respectful and answered my questions about scheduling and construction details. But it seems like the office staff were lacking communication skills. When installing the new shower walls, the thermostat wire in that area was cut and damaged. The Statewide contractor likely accidentally cut the wire while removing old insulation. Statewide did agree to take off $229.90 as determined by the A/C repair company. But overall, the job was a hassle and took longer than expected.
Didn't realize how poorly the job was done until the second man came back to install a part and redo the caulking. Now it looks perfect.
Very friendly and helpful conversations and services from the beginning and through the finished product.

The whole experience was very pleasing.
I sent emails to you and the answer was it was not rite windows problem. It was the contractor - fine but could not give me a name or number? Yes, I did have some issues.
Walked us through each step of the installation to be sure each additional item ordered was correct and set up to our satisfaction.

Horrible customer service when it comes to setting a date .
The Language barrier and the co-operation of the person in charge, on sight, needs to understand or be told that when a customer ask for a copy of any paperwork signed, that the customer request should be met. You can't expect a customer to sign a documents for work completion, then tell him that he cannot have a copy. Not good practice. Anyone that signs any paperwork, especially for job completion, is to be given a copy on site...that is something your company needs to change.
Several items left us with iffy feelings. Not easy to explain in this manner.
Took six months to start the job. And the job is not completed yet. Still have two windows not finished. We are not pleased with the area supervisor and the fix for windows with the brick removed. I feel like he tried to talk us into a cheaper fix. And still waiting on a masonry to complete the window seal. Also the inside trim is not complete. Also I will not sigh off on the job until the wind storm inspection is complete.
Love the shower. Very high quality.
Went very well except for the demolition. Did not do what I asked about hanging plastic over our door so as keep dust contained. Also did not place a floor covering over the carpet by the bathroom door which is where all the work was being done
I paid for a bath remodel 3 months ago and it is only still a quarter of the way done.
Our installer, Ceasar, was fantastic. Both guys were great workers. They did a fantastic job on our shower..
The installers were through, fast and friendly. Showed me how windows work. They cleaned up well before they left.

The project from start to finish was done to our satisfaction.
Price We were quoted $1900 for a shower that cost $1100. Of the $800 labor fee only $210 would have gone to the installer. You all have too many greedy chiefs. Our town gas station sells fuel for less than the other stations. The owner will tell you that he makes money on volume.
