I have a bad experience with Renuity

Very polite and professional. Excellent job.

Being new to Olympia and Washington in general, we don't know anyone to forward a recommendation to. However, if we did Renuity would be highly recommended

I like the product but I would caution them on price, very high.

You sent Lucas out to see what was involved in the job and I was able to talk with him about my concerns and his. I WAS happy that he came back to be the installer verse sending a stranger to do the work Christan and Lucas worked together as a team that they new what they were doing.

The installers be more up front with the customers.

Fast and good installation

The type of shower/bath material for the walls and overall final finished product looks great.

Lester and Dawn were very knowledgeable and efficient. The work was excellent. My showers looks just like the brochure!

High quality and professional install.

They worked hard on the install . They were faced with a few complications regarding ability to get bath tub into the bathroom due to incorrect info on width of door. They had to remove the pocket door which was sticking out . They did excellent work in removing door and the damage that was necessary to fit the tub.
Also corrected all the damage and fixed it back to professional level.
It took 2.5 days because of that issue.
Tub install was excellent and tub works great. They had all the skills to get the job done extremely well.

Multiple problems. Multiple issues. Multiple phone calls to multiple people. Service people who caused problems. Supervisors who weren’t accountable. Never ever have we dealt with so many people to complete a project.

The installation process went as described. No surprises

The work crew tackled the replacement very well. They were respectful and kept me informed as the work progressed.

Efficient and professional. Installation went very well. We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower.

My shower is beautiful and just what I needed

There were 3 things we weren’t happy with.
1. I asked for (and thought I was getting) a teak seat. Not plastic composite.
2. Your installers didn’t speak English, and only one knew what he was doing.
3. We told them to be careful removing our expensive basco shower tub door. They tossed it on the truck.

I will recommend Renuity for sure however the followup from field manager needs for an issue that needs to looked at should quicker.

The sales rep Mike was phenomenal. He was patient, informative and made the process easy. The project manager and installers were kind professional and friendly. Highly reccomend Renuity!

The shower installation process was horrible. The team struggled with the installation and everyone seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.

I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I already recommended the installers to one of my neighbors.

Every thing was done well as promise

I dont understand why the side of the cabinet by the stove is not in the contract you did have them come back and do them and the fridge was in. The contract but the the side of by the stove i think they should be included in the vontract in all contract

The removal of the walk-in tub and installation of new shower was on schedule and done with great care for our home. The installers were very personable and explained what they were doing throughout the project. Well done!

I had a carpenter ant issues which I understand the delay. It took over a month to complete. The Brushed Brass hardware that was sold, was not available and had to order. More issuse below.

No way that the 2 day was adequate to do this job! Disconnect between sales and actual scheduler of crew.

Installation team explained what was happening. Double checked that shower walls hardware accessories were correct and what i selected.

I was not impressed by the pressure displayed by the salesman.

The crew was very professional and accomodating when we had questions.

The entire experience overall was superb. From the salesman to the finishing contactor, we were exceedingly happy. We have another installation in another bathroom and are very excited. A-plus service start to finish. (Can you tell how happy I am?)

Good company to work with.

This was a fantastic upgrade for our house. It's a little pricey but adds a lot of value and the work is solid - they don't cut corners and they stand behind the product. Very pleased!

I would highly recommend the Koehler company and specifically their installers which are all trained by Koehler before they’re set out into the field. We couldn’t have been more happy with the new tub and installation. The installation crew was superb.
