My windows were in really bad shape and the workers did a good job in installing my windows on my back porch.

I like the finished product! Getting there was more difficult than I imagined. The first crew came out and tore out the fiberglass one piece tub & shower and found out that that they could not continue until I fixed three items. The water lines, the drain vents & the 7” stove hood vents all needed to be moved to make room for the shower pan to fit. I assumed that Renuity would do everything but that was not the case. Thankfully, I had experience in doing all the work needed so the second crew could finish the project. All and all, I like the finished look which is what I wanted.

Did the job and left everything clean. They did a great job the result was exactly what I wanted. They were very friendly and knowledgeable .

If a part had to be replaced, like the door on a shower, have a more realistic sense of replacement time. It took 3 weeks and some calls to get the project finished.

Our installer, Angelo Chavez, arrived right on time. He worked consistently both days , without even taking a break, always explaining what he would be doing, and making sure we were happy with his work. On the second day, neither one of his helpers showed up so it took him twice as long. But he didn't complain or cut corners to get done. He was very professional and patient.

Installers were very personable and efficient. Work went smoothly.

There were a few miscommunications along the way that made things more stressful than they needed to be. The installers were scheduled for 8-10am arrival and I asked if they could come closer to 10 so my tenant would have time to shower and get to work before they arrived. I was told that time factored in them going to pick up the materials and such, so they likely wouldn't arrive before 9am, which would have been fine. But they showed up at 7:20am. Then as they were building the new shower, they asked if I wanted the walls to stop just above the pipes or go all the way to the ceiling, so I said just above the pipes because I have a blue border I wanted to keep to break up all that white, but they went up to the ceiling anyway. I was also unaware that the tub was going to be acrylic rather than luxstone like the rest of the shower. Had I known that, I probably would have saved myself the extra $5000 charge and just gone with a full acrylic shower so the materials at least matched. And finally, I asked to keep the old shower head but they put on a new rainfall type one I hadn't ordered, and now we can't get it off to put the old one back on. Aside from those miscommunications, the installers were very kind, diligent, and professional.

When I first expressed interest they got back to me within a couple of minutes and I soon had an appointment with a sales rep within a few days. The work was just as advertised and I am very happy with the final project. I am looking forward to a shower that fits our changing needs and is easy to clean.

Everyone from the initial sales person through to the final construction crew and the representative I worked with were friendly and professional.

One contractor stood out, his name is Antonio Jimenez. First two contractors did a sloppy job, Antonio was sent in to redo all of the work.

Sales/order was smooth and accommodating to our schedules and needs. Jacob, our installer was professional and communicated well with me and my family and got the two showers installed in 4 days.

Price was high. Installer was sloppy.

The quality of the job was excellent! Brent kept me apprised from the beginning to the end.

The two gents were very efficient and kept me appraised of their progress and were completed amd gone by 5:30 pm.

After the installation on June 5, I was advised on June 8 the completion paperwork would be submitted and I would be contacted by someone to have the shower floor sealed for a non-slip surface. I called the office on Weds June 10 and spoke with Nicole ( very nice and helpful) in regards to this matter. She said she would pass this information to Manager Chris ( unk last name) I never received a call back from Chris on Weds and of Thursday 12:10 pm I’ve not received a call back. It should be noted I called and left a voicemail for the Sales Person Josh on Friday or Saturday last week in regards to this matter and he never responded back to me. The customer service needlessly says is very poor. I am paying a lot of money for this service.
