The finished project was not equal to the amount of money I paid. Clean up could have been more thorough. I had to have repairs done after the install. I am still not completely satisfied with the way everything turned out. Might ask for some money back.

Overall, things went smoothly, although a longer process than I had anticipated.

The crew was very efficient, professional and personable. They kept everything clean and tidy and got the job done in 2 days.

The entire team at Rite Window was professional and the experience was awesome.

Water splashes under glass door onto bathroom floor and nice Kohler toilet, which techs are trying to remedy. AND water sits on far end of tub, NOW A LIFELONG PROBLEM, for which I want a $1000 dollar refund!! How can production do that in this day and age?!?!

I can confidently recommend this install team.

Quality the product easily the installation

The person in charge of installation was difficult. I was not pleased with the caulking around the doors & windows. It was done by someone who lacked experience in my opinion. I have done caulking myself & know it is difficult for a beginner, but it really doesn't look good . The job is not done still. A metal piece from the bottom of one of the doors broke during installation. A replacement was requested but still not received as of yesterday. I have an appointment for next week. Fingers are crossed.

Trim work was disappointing for a second time. Toilet started leaking.

Overall, the shower itself and the quality of workmanship/materials is 10/10. However, we just have some general suggestions for improvement. Since the team takes the walls down to the studs, be mindful of things that may be screwed into them from the opposite wall. We had a shelf in the bedroom fall down - the installers were great and patched the wall after (points there). Also, we were told that the water would be off for a couple hours (totally fine and expected) but were never told when it was turned back on. With only one bathroom in the home, it would've been nice to know that we could've used the restroom after a certain point. My partner left the house 2x to use a bathroom elsewhere because we were unaware. Our towel rack is positioned very close to the shower and was caulked around instead of asking to remove it to caulk correctly. We noticed this, removed the rack so it could be caulked correctly on day 2. Again, props to installer for reinstalling the rack without being asked, but would this have been completed correctly had we not said anything? We also had a storage cabinet anchored to the wall behind the toilet (next to the shower). This was forcibly removed without notification to us. Again, wouldn't have been a problem and ended up completely removing it ourselves to help with the final install on day 2, but if you're going to move furniture, especially ripping something out of a wall, ask the owners first. If it was an accident, also okay, but let us know. Left us with 2 more holes to patch and needing to re-anchor it after install. There was also access made to the back of the opposite wall, behind our washer and dryer, and it would've been left open/exposed if we hadn't noticed it and asked that it be closed back up. Also, we were not informed that a final inspection would be needed and were told on day 2 that they'd be by around 2pm, by 3:30pm we had to call to confirm if it was happening, and we were told someone would call us to schedule. A full week later, we had to make a call to let someone know that we were still waiting on a final inspection. Instead of informing us of available times, they asked what we wanted, we gave 2 suggestions, they called back saying neither was available and they'd picked a different day and time - it's a good thing we were available then otherwise we would've had several back and forths to figure that out. Again, craftsmanship/overall quality is top notch, but we just experienced a couple things that could've been easily avoided :)

Everything was done as promised.

Adrian and Alex were very nice and respectful. They arrived on time and always gave me at least a half hour notice before arrival
They also treated each other so well
The cleanup They did was excellent, more than I expected . The showers are beautiful and work perfectly. I couldn't have had a better experience!!!

The walk in shower turned out just like Susan explained to us.. Installers were great guys and worked so well together.
Job was done in 2 days as promised....

Anthony and Fernando were excellent, cleaned the worksite and did exactly what we ask for with care and professionalism.

My project seemed to be affected by a transition from Kohler to Renuity. Neither party was responsive to my dissatisfaction with the end result.

Quality of the work was excellent. They were very careful with covering furniture and minimizing dust, cleanup was thorough. I was kept informed about an understandable delay, which I really appreciated.

Amanda, our salesperson was very knowlegable and made great suggestions for our new shower. The install team were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They stayed until almost 7:00 pm to finish the job!

I definitely know quality work when I see it and Statewide is Jam up.

This is my third project with Rite Window. I had windows replaced in 2024, more windows in 2025, and this time I had a door replaced. The quality of the product is outstanding, and the installers are efficient and professional.

Roman was very professional. He is a no nonsense person. He was fast and efficient.

All good except the price. Also prefer round, not flat hand bars.

The installers, Kieran and Bethany, were very professional and pleasant to have working in our home. They, along with the project manager, Joe Verduzco, were very responsive to any concerns or questions we had about the project.
