I went with Renuity for my bathroom remodel because of the Kohler reputation and I had previously worked with Kohler on my parents’ home remodel. I was really satisfied. So this time for my own home, I went with Renuity despite the higher pricing compared to
others. I was very disappointed in the communication process between the home owner and the installation team. I couldn’t even get the project manager to call me back when something went wrong. I was really disappointed

2nd thing is that the drain cap for the shower was so wide that anything can go down the drain and plug up the drain. For a company that specializes in shower remodel and does not offer drain cap with smaller grids to prevent things like hair to go down the drain is disappointing to me.

Well, It started with an 8 week shower base build that took 4 months. When the crew came for the installation nobody went over what was to be done (we ordered a barrier free entrance for our 102 year old mother), we put a hold on the work till we met with the supervisor (which really helped), and another two weeks to restart.

You informed me early on when you had my job scheduled for and then performed on that date. The install crew was efficient and courteous and installed all windows in one day.
