Lack of communication with salesman Bryce with Greg the installation so we didn’t get it built the way we asked

The product is great but the installation crew needs to be a lot more mindful of not causing damage to the property.

The crew was excellent. Very careful about cleanliness and explained everything as the project progressed. Asked our opion frequently.

My new door is absolutely fantastic. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Together with the storm door adds so much to my home, thank you.

The whole team were knowledgeable and helpful. From salesman to installers. Installation team from plumber to the installers were helpful. They went above the normal installation crew, in that if I had a problem they solved it. The installers boss man on phone solved my problem with my structural needs.

We had the best installers - Manoir and Diego!! We have done numerous renovations in our 37 years old house and Manoir is the best!! He showed us the products before installing them. Very patient and meticulous. Diego worked diligently and carefully cleaning up the drywall dust during demolition. He kept our house spotless and was there to assist Manoir. Great teamwork!! We are so pleased with Manoir who after the installation took time to add his finishing touch without rushing out! Thanks for sending us your best installers!!

The salesperson needs to be more clear about how long the installation takes and the fact you can not use the shower for 24 hours
