Just all around excellent experience. Very happy with the beautiful results.
The installation process was a disaster. The manager Bob told me that if I refused the installation, I would lose my down payment of $4000. That was after I was told the installers would cut a dozen or more 12 square inch holes in my ceiling so they could install the electrical. I was intimidated into allowing this. Then after the tub was installed Bob told me that they would not paint the patched holes. That was when I became proactive and contacted the vice-president of the company and raised ****. Finally, a direct supervisor Steve spoke with me and assured me the holes would be patched and my ceilings painted. The work got done but it took a month or more as I had to keep calling Steve and asking for the work to be completed. Bob kept stalling the workers from completing the job, despite my repeated calling. My last call to Steve sent the finisher to complete the job yesterday, Oct 31.

Don’t expect a fast phone call from Jayson Owen’s like five days later. Had to call Alan temper to have him call me.
We are very pleased with the Kohler shower system sold to us and installed by Rite Window (and Bath)!
From beginning to end very professional
While we are very happy overall with out walk-in tub, the installer himself never worked a full day during installation. By that, I mean the very first day, I was told to be available for him to show up 8AM-10AM. He showed up at 11:36 that morning. Then, left the home by 3:47 that afternoon. The following 2 day, showed up at 10:36 AM, was out by 4 day 2 AND 9:15 to after 5 on day 3 because he needed to rush the rest of the job to fisnish up this project. He was booked for the next day to start another install. He had to come back less than 2 weeks later because the overhead shower would not turn off at all. Apparently, there was simply a screw loose inside the faucet housing. That's what happens when the installer rushes to get home and rushes to finish a job

Quality of work
Absolutely would not recommend Statewide Remodeling to anybody, but I would recommend our installer Evan to anybody. Apparently this question is meant to be about the install work only so they can get a bonus. If their bonus is dependent on this question, I would recommend seeking employment elsewhere until they can figure out a way to recommend Statewide separately from their subcontracted installers.
