The quality of the materials used in our new shower are top notch. From ordering through installation this company delivered !

Everything went smooth in the progress of instillation.

I thought the overall price was somewhat high for just a shower installation

Installers need supervision to make sure things are being done right. Our installers were NOT long time employees and were new to this work. If it goes over the 2 days quoted, the same installers should finish the job so everyone is on the same page to prevent mistakes that have to be corrected later.

There was no pressure what so ever.

The overall experience was wonderful. Sales guys were great. And installation crew ( Ryan) was awesome as well.

Jesus Gonzalez and assist were very meticulous and detailed to families needs. Quick to complete shower and was done to perfection. Very happy with my new shower.

We had bo v problems with workers and they did good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Our salesman Danny was wonderful, Anthony and Kevin were great, hard working, quick and concerned. Karla was supposed to be our "coordinator" but she was the weak link in the chain, wasn't helpful at all (the minus one star)

the workers were great. The office staff not so much. The last straw, I requested with my final payment a Lien Release that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED.

From start to finish the entire experience was really good

I signed an WOC a month ago and no one but Keith has communicated with me. I liked JT the installer and the only reason I am giving a 10 is so he doesn’t get penalized for it. It ain’t his fault statewide is terrible.

Quality materials, excellent work ethics on the part of the installers, sales agent was thorough and transparent.

After receiving multiple quotes for my windows that would have cost nearly $3k per window, I found Rite Window who helped make our project possible. They were less than half the cost with more than double the warranty. I highly recommend Rite and I will be going back when we need to replace our Patio and Front Door. They installed 14 windows, including one massive Bay window, all in one day, in the middle of winter!
