We like the home and the amenities but very disappointed the shuttle service was canceled. That was one of the amenities that drew us rendezvous vs other builders. Warranty company was terrible to work with.
Enough to see above. Would add that sales team and construction team (Trevor) were very good.
The homes are top of the line in the county. We looked at a lot of homes, and these are a great value!

We had a big issue with a trail going across our property and this was handled very poorly by all Koelbel representatives. No one met with us directly about our concerns, all emails indicated no one cared about our concerns, and the resolution of this situation was a "take it or leave it" feeling, a "we don't care about your concerns because we can sell the house to someone else" feeling. This is not the feeling the marketing for this community portrays.
We had a great sales process with Anne, Beth and construction process with Larry. Since Anne’s departure the lack of leadership and ownership has been terribly disappointing. The punch list and warranty issues have been numerous. When following the Koelbel prescribed process Rich, Todd and including Dana Keller has left a lot to be desired. Had we completed a survey on the sales and construction process it would have been 5 star. The overall process post close has been 1 star at best.
Excellent quality. Staff from sales thru post-sale follow up we’re very efficient and professional.
We really enjoy the Rendezvous community in Fraser/Winter Park as a whole. The location to town, trails etc is great!

Based on my experience this past year, I trust Koelbel as a builder, and a trustworthy company; I am impressed with their commitment to making Winter Park and Fraser a more livable community. Their community support is admirable.
It was a great all-around experience.
Our experience has been great. I am a Realtor in the Front Range and deal with many new built communities and builders so my opinion does have more experience behind it. The staff was very responsive to our needs and questions and worked hard to try and resolve them. There were the typical construction delays and some frustrations but I know that these things are mainly out of the builders control especially this year during Covid. Overall the process was great and we LOVE our new place in Winter Park!
Felt the initial building process was pretty well done but the final mile has been non existent.
We are still waiting on the punch list to be completed by Koelbel Mountain Communities.
The team has been very friendly and effeciient.

We love the Rendezvous subdivision, likely we would buy a single family home in the future in this same subdivision.
I was concerned with some of the mandated contract provisions, but the performance of the people at Koelbel, and the home, have exceeded our expectations.
Do not purchase here. Builder does not follow through on commitments.
Conrad is great. He's very professional and very knowledgeable. The only issue I have is I'm very frustrated with their position to not want to fix the flawed production of the concrete on my patio.
