Areas Of Satisfaction - I recently had the pleasure of working with Klam Construction for a complete roof replacement on my home. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The initial consultation was thorough and informative. The lead took the time to examine my roofs and attic, listened to my concerns about previous leaks and provided clear and detailed explanations of the work that needed to be done. Their commutation was stellar throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated on progress and next steps. They kept their promise of timeline and paid attention to preparation to make it successful. The quality of work delivered was nothing short of outstanding. The materials they used were Owens Corning and their craftsmanship was meticulous. The crew was incredibly efficient and maintained a high level of professional and respect for my property. They ensured a clean and safe worksite everyday, thoroughly cleaning up all debris before leaving. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Klam Construction. It is rare that I write review for a service. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction led me to wholeheartedly recommend anyone in need of roofing services.

Work Done Right

Work Done Right - Had 4 skylights installed and massive rain afterwards. No leaks anywhere and look great. Very little mess in the house from the skylight installation.

Problem Resolution

Problem Resolution - Abel did final inspection and they will adjust a piece of siding. Feel like they care that we are given a good service.

Klam was quick to respond and efficient in the installation. The estimate was very thorough and included a drawing of the scope of work that outlined in detail what areas would have specific products installed. This allowed to envision the work before it happened and also was useful to alleviate any miscommunication issues that could have happened during the project. The roof looks really great, and I feel they were very detail oriented.

The people we worked with at Klam were very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. The customer service was excellent - all of my questions were answered and I got the impression they really cared about my experience.
