Areas Of Satisfaction - Honestly, the sales staff. We had someone over to look at the roof, it is obvious that we will need doors and windows but, there was zero attempts for an upsale. Very professional and understanding of our budget concerns. When a mistake on your end was discovered, the solution provided was outstanding and didn't cost us more.

The workmen were considerate, hard-working, conscientious, knowledgeable.

They should explain more about any details that may occur. As far as the rest of the job they did a fantastic job. The crew was outstanding. I would recommend them to do any job. The communication between the salesperson and the company itself needs to be better. They should say that they are not going to be able to match everything. They need more communication to make sure that every detail is communicated.

Started getting some windows from Mike. He was very trustworthy. Have now purchased gutters and got them installed. The gutters look and function great! Still waiting on the windows and they are done within the specified time. Just got siding done today. Also looking into their liferoom product for a future project. Mike was fine with just coming out to talk and discuss knowing it wasn't an immediate purchase. Great guy and the company is fantastic.
