Matt was very helpful and responsive in the planning and estimate process, and the guys who came to do the work showed up promptly and worked hard the whole time. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
I was very pleased with the technician that came to the house. He was very professional. He completed the job in less than a half hour which was to install an already purchased sump pump. The price of that was what I thought very outrageous. But, it was the cheapest that I had found. Still for half an hour's work $169 is a little more than ridiculous.
They were very professional, and we're very happy with their work.
My driveway was uneven. And water is coming in to the house.
On time, worked around existing structures carefully, customer focused. Solution to the issues appears to be working.
Vic was very knowledgeable and helpful
No. The floor is slanted now and our water drain is clogged.
We were very happy with the service.
Connor arrived right on schedule, reviewed the situation and explained exactly what would be done to fix the issue. He was up front with cost information and turnaround time. The work was completed timely and professionally. Very happy with the work done.
I wasn’t satisfied with the work. The drive is uneven and the work was sloppy
I have already recommended KC Waterproofing to a friend.
Everyone was courteous, competent and worked around our needs throughout.
They did everything they told me they would. They did the job well and you can't even tell where they had to dig, they did a great job.
They weren't very organized.
Excellent service and they solved my water issue.
I would highly recommend. They did a great job.
Service Tech, Connor, was on time and did a professional installation. He explained how the two-pump battery backup system works.
They are welcome to work with you on your budget.
I am not satisfied with the service for the price.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had three different bids and was very excited after meeting with KC Waterproofing. The person that came to my house was very professional, took his time and seemed to be very thorough. He determined that the wood holding uo the house was not sufficient. You could see were a metal beam that went the length of the majority of the house ended and the last part of the house was supported by wood. He said that the wood beams were not strong enough to hold the weight of the house. Made perfect sense to me.
The first red flag should have been the length of time it took to get the bid to sign but I wasn't in a rush so I didn't pay much attention.
On the first day, Vic and his assistant came and I was asked to show him where the new beam was going. When I showed him the wood beam he said that was normal and was strong enough to hold up the house. They were there to jackhammer the basement floor. I had called a few days prior and asked if I needed to prep the basement and cover up anything. I was told all they need was access to the basement and they would take care of the rest. They covered up clothes and put up plastic around the area that they would be working and I was assured that was all that they needed. The plastic they used was so thin I wouldn't have used it to cover up leftovers my fridge. They made a huge mess. They didn't bother to clean up, rock pieces were flung everywhere. Dust covers everything and rock bits and cement are on my washer and dryer.
When they where done Vic said someone else would be back to complete the work.
They day they were supposed to complete the work that they would be there in the afternoon. At noon when I hadn't seen anyone I called and was told they would be there at 1:00. I wait for 3 hours and was shocked to see Vic again. They brought in the beam the realized they had the wrong size. Vic said it was not what he had ordered and blamed it on the office manager.
After several days I called to find out when they were going to finish the project. They person I spoke with thought the job had been completed. By this time I was done. I said I didn't want Vic to come back and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with the owner who was very understanding and said he would have the project manager come out with Vic to install the new beam.
They returned with the project manager who was very professional so I felt a lot better. Then they realized they had the wrong size polls and would have to come back. Knowing that the project manager was following up I wasn't as worried.
He came back but had to go to Home Depot because he had the wrong size pipes to reroute the waterline. He got the new parts but it was getting late and said he would be back at 10 am the next morning to finish as it was getting late. And he said that there is a small leak in the pipes but I shouldn't worry.
At noon Vic had not showed up. Another 3 hour wait. I tried texting the project manager but she never replied.
They lifted the house but it didn't change anything. All I got was a cracked kitchen tile.

Informative during the initial phases, and overall a good experience. Very personable, polite employees.
Recognized Excellence - Don, the salesman, and the technician who did the work (Victor).
Areas Of Satisfaction - They did great work, the project turned out very nicely.
Areas Of Satisfaction - All others, sales communication, and you know overall work product.
Did everything the engineer requested. I strongly recommend getting a structural engineer in first, so that foundation companies don't simply try to sell you something. KC Waterproofing's solutions matched what the engineer suggested.
Zipco's project manager was okay to work with, but his sub contractors were terrible. Hardwood floors and ceiling repair had to be done twice due to extremely poor workmanship.
Tim was very helpful in finding the damage and working with the insurance company to get my claim approved.
The technicians were very attentive, professional, and enjoyable to work with.
