Areas Of Satisfaction - Coming on at or under cost & schedule was super satisfying, especially since we went through a bit of a long planning & bidding process so it felt worth it.Quality of trade work and final product was very high and we get lots of compliments.The fact that they worked with several of the same trades that build our home 10 years earlier made us more comfortable with the renovation, since it involved tying into existing structure.

Additional Comments - Katz Builders do a lot of little things that help make the project better. Like notifying our neighbors of upcoming construction - neighbors appreciated that. Or making sure the Porta-potty is located "out of sight" as much as possible.These kinds of thing help minimize the stress associated with home renovation.

Professional & Organized - Incredibly professional and organized. The Co-Construct site is used and allows ease in seeing the entire schedule, photos, selections, budgets, etc. throughout the project! It is ingenious!

The integrity of all of the employees as well as the high standards of excellence adhered to throughout the project was very impressive. Issues were corrected immediately. The builder's standards of quality and workmanship were at the forefront of decisions throughout the project. It was almost unheard of in regard to the level of integrity and follow up we experienced!

Additional Comments - We would highly recommend this builder. It has been a little over a year. I have been able to address any small issues in the home immediately. The quality subs and wonderful about returning calls and quickly remedying any issues. We hope to add phase two in the coming year. There is no doubt that Katz Builders will be our choice!
