They are a little expensive.

They were efficient, they were clean, and they did everything they said they would do.

What we got is not what we expected.

The entire team and staff were very professional, reliable, and effective throughout the presentation, preparation, and installation.

When I signed the contract with them, I was given the incorrect discount amount. I spoke to the manager; he assured me he would take care of it. The increase to the discount was not applied to the balance I owed. I did pay it, and that was a mistake. I reached out concerning the discount and no one has responded. I do not trust them. They did not do what they said they would do and are not trustworthy.

Everything was perfect except for they missed the bottom slanted step.

I was not totally satisfied.

Work was done very timely. The men cleaned everything up nicely and were very respectful.

I had several companies quote for my bath and windows install, but I really appreciated both of your sales guys, Aaron (windows) and Scott (bath). They gave me all the information needed, patiently answered questions, and I did not feel pressured or manipulated with either, as I did with other companies. It was refreshing. And then, your customer service was excellent, and both install teams were professional and I felt comfortable with them in my home. Thank you.

You guys can never get the order right and the work is shoddy. I complain and you say it's not your fault. They took the shower head out and it was fine. I upgraded.

They left a hole in the wall that I had to ask them to go in and fixed. They slapped a patch on the wall.

The technician was very cordial and skilled. He was neat and kept the work area clean and did not leave a mess. I chose not to have Joyce do my flooring, so it would have been nice to have the tub caulked along the floor instead of a gap where the original tub and new tub meet the floor and wall, until I did get my flooring completed. The unfinished look was not very appealing.
