They are highly professional, fairly priced, have high quality, and we were very happy with the professional staff. They were courteous, clean, on time, efficient, and we love our products. We are really thankful. We got windows and had our entire bathroom remodeled and updated.

The installation only took 2 days. The finished job was immaculate. The installers cleaned everything leaving no mess behind. Excellent job.

Everything was installed in a timely manner and the shower was installed correctly; however I felt we were mislead by the salesman a bit when he stated that Joyce uses in-house installers but our install was done by a third party. Additionally, the the actual color we had chosen from samples and pictures looked a lot different (a lot more green hue).

My order got lost. I booked with this company because they could get it done while I was out of town. Right before I got back into town I called to make sure they were almost finished. I hadn’t even ordered the product. I was 4 weeks delayed, which meant I couldn’t rent my unit when I needed to. Which meant I lost a month of rent. Suddenly, this bathroom update was costing me a whole lot more money. No one called me back to hear my complaints and consider options despite my requests. No one took responsibility for the problem. Everyone pointed their finger at someone else.

Doesn't fulfill what their salesperson tells their customers when they tell them the loan is interest-free, and then it isn't. Also, keep the customer informed of the time for the arrival of the windows. I had floors that had to be replaced due to water damage, and I didn't want them both at the same time. The floor workers had to finish the inserts in the big windows as they couldn't do it before.

They are a little expensive.

They were efficient, they were clean, and they did everything they said they would do.

Team arrived on schedule and finished a 10 window replacement by 3;00.

What we got is not what we expected.

The entire team and staff were very professional, reliable, and effective throughout the presentation, preparation, and installation.

When I signed the contract with them, I was given the incorrect discount amount. I spoke to the manager; he assured me he would take care of it. The increase to the discount was not applied to the balance I owed. I did pay it, and that was a mistake. I reached out concerning the discount and no one has responded. I do not trust them. They did not do what they said they would do and are not trustworthy.

Everything was perfect except for they missed the bottom slanted step.

Work was done very timely. The men cleaned everything up nicely and were very respectful.

I had several companies quote for my bath and windows install, but I really appreciated both of your sales guys, Aaron (windows) and Scott (bath). They gave me all the information needed, patiently answered questions, and I did not feel pressured or manipulated with either, as I did with other companies. It was refreshing. And then, your customer service was excellent, and both install teams were professional and I felt comfortable with them in my home. Thank you.

You guys can never get the order right and the work is shoddy. I complain and you say it's not your fault. They took the shower head out and it was fine. I upgraded.

They left a hole in the wall that I had to ask them to go in and fixed. They slapped a patch on the wall.

The technician was very cordial and skilled. He was neat and kept the work area clean and did not leave a mess. I chose not to have Joyce do my flooring, so it would have been nice to have the tub caulked along the floor instead of a gap where the original tub and new tub meet the floor and wall, until I did get my flooring completed. The unfinished look was not very appealing.

The windows are beautiful. I wish I put them in sooner. The installers were very skilled. They cleaned up well. They were outstanding.

Joyce made the process very simple. Once dates had been established, the people who came to build it, did it very quickly. Within a week I had two bathrooms converted from a tub to a shower. Everything was perfect. They made the financing options easy, and they found someone who I could pay monthly, and they did all of the work.

The bathroom doesn't have any grab bars. I'm getting older, so that's why I wanted a walk-in. If I'm sitting down, I will not be able to hold on to anything to get up.

We had a 14 window sunroom where all windows needed to be replaced. They provided us with a product that came in at almost half what another company quoted us. The value of the window was still a great quality. Travis Britt is an excellent asset for this company. He was very patient with all my questions and did not hesitate to reach out and check in as the project progressed. Ed and Scottie were the installers. They were prompt and finished the project earlier than expected. They communicated with us immediately when a small tree was in the way and needed to be removed. They did nothing without getting our permission which we really appreciated. If you have a window, sunroom, or bath project, Joyce Windows is the way to go!!

The installers were extremely professional and did an excellent job installing the new shower. They gave instructions on what was required to maintain the shower also.

I was away for a few days while the work was being done. The work looks great, but watching the installer on video had me concerned. When he was working outside, he was very slow and didn’t always act like he knew what he was doing. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and it looked great.
