Communication was an issue. Time was an issue. It took forever because they had the wrong measurements. I would not recommend Joyce Factory Direct of the Carolinas.
Costumer service was not good- the manager of the project was not very friendly and the crew was not experienced.
They arrived, went to work, and 2 days later we had a beautiful shower/tub install. They kept the area clean and tidy during demolition, and after. It was a great experience.

As part of my bathroom renovation, I was changing out my vanity and I noted this to my salesperson. However, when it came time to reinstall after I received the new vanity, I was not able to get anyone to come out and connect it. I included this in my contract but it didn't seem to matter once the final check was received. I ended up having to separately hire a company to connect my faucets.
We signed the contract for the windows in mid-August. We were told it might take two months before we received them. the windows were finally installed in late November. Very poor communication from the Carolinas branch.
They were all very kind and very professional. The only problem I have is with the handle. I was told they would check and find something to put on it, but I have not heard anything.
The windows are fabulous. They are a great value for the money I spent and the process was extremely smooth.
Overall, I am very satisfied.

The installers were going to leave things unfinished. I wouldn't want to put anyone through what I went through. Everything was two or three months late. There was a lot of back and forth. At the end of the project they got it done but it was pulling teeth.
Exceeded my expectations. Installers took great care in all aspects of their work and it shows in the final product.

The salesman had no clue what products worked with each other. We were promised certain items that could not be installed or would not work together. The glass company they use couldn't make the doors we originally were told we could get so we picked out a door at Lowes we liked thinking the glass company had or could make it. Joyce Direct bought the door from Lowes and installed it with little to no reduction in price. I would never recommend these people to anyone. The materials are not worth the cost, Trust me!!
I compared the construction of sunroom offers from four reputable contractors and selected Joyce Factory Direct as the preferred vendor. I rated all the contractors using the same criteria which included the professional ratings, reputation, references, product offerings, responsiveness, price and terms of payments. Although JFD did not quite meet the schedule, they executed the contract very efficiently and met or exceeded our expectations.
They should fire Joe Lul.
I want to thank Nicole. She kept me informed on everything. Also, I want to thank the guys for being on time and keeping the place clean. I would recommend Joyce Factory Direct to anyone.
I am very pleased with the sunroom and the workers at Joyce Factory. Rob and his crew were great to work with in the construction process. The downside was having to wait 3 months for construction to start because of the packed schedule. The other downside was the electrician they used. He was not timely in his work and was poor communicator.
They are there to help you!
