The only negative experience I had was with the demolition phase of the prior existing porch. I've had this conversation with Joyce, so they should not be surprised.
Joyce is really easy to work with, always make time to answer questions and simplify things so that we truly understand the answers. They are really committed to doing a great job and making sure that we’re satisfied with the products that we are getting.
I have been extremely pleased with the quality of work and products that we have purchased. I absolutely think the patio installation was great, despite the wait for the windows. The installer was very professional and dedicated, especially as the temperature on both of his visits was very low. The installer for the bathroom shower project was also excellent. He kept us involved along the way to ensure all that he was doing meet our expectations and everything was just as we wanted it.

I had all the windows in my house replaced. Joyce also solved some window problems for me and gave me an excellent price.
Our installers, Phil and his coworker (sorry I don't recall his name), were prompt, and did an excellent job removing our tub and installing the new shower and accessories. They kept us informed of what was happening, and consulted us when necessary.
I'm not dissatisfied with the final product. However, I have been extremely dissatisfied with the service that we have received after the installation. There were several problems that were noticed during installation, and it took four months to get them resolved. It would have taken even longer if I hadn't called the main office to complain. If you are using this company, I would advise against providing final payment before you are 100% satisfied with the completed job.
Excellent: sales (explaining benefits, process, pricing), scheduling (was within the time frame promised), construction (neat, prompt, knowledgeable, nice final product)
Every thing worked out as explained. The installers arrived in time and completed work as they said they would.
While Covid caused some delays in the project, ultimately they performed there tasks in sometime brutal weather, The weather additionally delayed the project but the fought through it.
