We have done multiple projects with Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths and have been impressed with their work every time.

Everything worked out perfectly, the salesman was wonderful and very accommodating and explained everything. The installers were great, they did everything quickly and showed me how to handle and work with the windows. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a very easy process for me.

You don’t honor your own mistakes

The first salesperson was new with Joyce, and he did not give us all the information we wanted. So we had written Joyce off our list. Then, your rep called and we agreed to talk with a different agent (Gina) who was very knowledgeable and personable (so was the first agent). Perhaps everyone does not ask as many questions as we do, but 12-18K is a lot of money and we want to know what we are getting! The installation went very smoothly and quicker than we expected. It did take about 2 months to get the final caulk applied, but it looks great and we are very pleased with the work.

The sales person Gina Jones had a great presentation and was very helpful. Tim, who installed, did outstanding work. Also, the product is a quality purchase both me and my brother appreciate.

Quality doors, locally manufactured, skilled installers, knowledgeable sales and customer service staff.

The work that was performed was excellent.

I may, or may not use again. I would certainly obtain several other estimates. Before signing with Joyce I obtained one other estimate that was unrealistic for the work requested.

They were very courteous, on time, and always checking back. They were understandable about certain situations that occurred that we knew nothing about. We really appreciated them.

They were great putting my windows in but I am having issues with my screens; they did not come with the windows and I am still waiting. I was told my first payment was 30 days after completion and my job is not complete. They should not have submitted the project as complete when it is not. The screens are too big for my windows and they should have checked them before they brought them out here.

They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Plus they did a great job!

I was very disappointed in the installation of the Moen shower handle control. There is a one inch proud which allows the screws into the wall to be very visible. It looks tacky and upsets me every time I take a shower. Sample showers I saw at the Home & Garden show did not have this much proud. Neither do the sample showers on your website. I was very disappointed in the finish on the handicap rails and shower curtain rod installed in the shower. They show water spots very badly and have to be continually polished. If you hang a bathmat or towel on them it leaves a discoloration that needs to be polished out. I bought two handicapped bars from a website on line for only $65.00 and have never had this problem. All I can conclude is that Joyce is using an inferior products to save money.

Very professional and expert window installation. Windows are manufactured locally in their facility. We had a complex window installation in a sun-room add-on. They figured out how to best install the windows and make everything look great! They handled every facet of the installation from coordinating with our condo association to installation.
