The door and window are good quality and working well. I am disappointed in the damage to the drywall above the door. I have to have it repaired and the entire kitchen repainted. The quality of wood trim used to replace mine was not the same as I had. The sales person did make this part right with a $200 refund, but no compensation towards a total repaint and repair.

I love the salesmen. They were not pushy and gave us time to make our decision. All of the workers were professional and great. Our salesperson stopped by on the second day of the installation, which was nice. We received a postcard in the mail thanking us. It was a personal touch with everyone we worked with.

Their pricing is fair. I have compared several local companies and they were very good on the pricing and they are a local family owned business. That's why I was more prone to move that way.

The gentleman who sold the windows went out of his way to be helpful. I have never had a salesman act the way he did. I would give him 20 stars. The lady that I always talked to was professional, kind, and courteous. I have never had a company do what they say they are going to do.

They are wonderful. They were here when they said they would be here. They cleaned up when they were done. I couldn't say enough, they were great.

The installer, Paul, was very efficient and had the highest quality work. He was very detailed oriented.

We were very pleased with the time frame in installing our shower. Our salesman said it would take two days and it did. The crew kept the area clean, and worked efficiently together to complete our project. We love the shower we designed, the materials are easy to keep clean, and have added to the overall look of our bathroom. We only needed the shower replaced, and our salesman worked with us to design that would complement our existing bathroom. The price was more than we had hoped to spend, but we are happy with the finished product.
