The gentleman who sold the windows went out of his way to be helpful. I have never had a salesman act the way he did. I would give him 20 stars. The lady that I always talked to was professional, kind, and courteous. I have never had a company do what they say they are going to do.

They are wonderful. They were here when they said they would be here. They cleaned up when they were done. I couldn't say enough, they were great.

The installer, Paul, was very efficient and had the highest quality work. He was very detailed oriented.

We were very pleased with the time frame in installing our shower. Our salesman said it would take two days and it did. The crew kept the area clean, and worked efficiently together to complete our project. We love the shower we designed, the materials are easy to keep clean, and have added to the overall look of our bathroom. We only needed the shower replaced, and our salesman worked with us to design that would complement our existing bathroom. The price was more than we had hoped to spend, but we are happy with the finished product.

I am very pleased with the work that was done with windows and door installation. Won't hesitate to have some work done in the future

Ugly silicone sealer visible in all corners (very noticeably) Shower stall is mat finish, silicone is very shinny. looks more patched up than a new install.

If there is a mistake they make good on fixing the issue. Hard to find a company that does that in 2026 !

The quality of the work on my shower project was outstanding. It took a while for the materials to arrive, but the quote was $2,000 less than the competition, and I was able to customize the job to my satisfaction.

Please pick up the remaining siding in my yard. Quality work was appreciated. Clean up was fabulous but I still have boxes of siding on my lawn with the wooden planks holding them off the grass. All under snow now.

I would not recommend them a friend because the bottom basin of the shower was not properly installed, so they are coming back out to reinstall it in a few weeks. It's creaking, shifting, and making noise. I don't understand why they would've left it like that. Also, the door during the initial installation came broken and I know it's out of their control, but it took us several weeks to get back in touch on our end in order for them to come out and install the new door. I don't know why we had to reach out to them and it was their product.

The process was easy and quick. The consultant who came out to see us initially was very friendly and informative. He was in and out, didn't take up our whole evening with chitchat yet we didn't feel rushed
