Very negative experience for the 30-day inspection appointment. JMC intentionally unwittingly to repair or fix anything after the closing. The patio door lock is loose due to improper installation. Even though the issue apparently was the installation issue, JMC representatives just insisted that the issue is not an issue. I can’t even believe that JMC representatives were allowed to use this excuse to decline the repair request. When our family purchased a home with Lennar, it was so responsible for any improper installation after the closing. If we family has any loss such as burglaries due to this patio door issue, we’ll definitely file a complaint with relevant authorities and sue JMC.

I have an exhaust fan issue, and it hasn't been resolved. I am kind of at a dead end with it. I tried to get a response back. However, now that they have come out a few times, they have kind of died off at getting back to me. My exhaust fan issues isn't resolved, it's still dripping when I take a shower. It sounds like they have given up on the problem.

This is my second JMC home....first one was great (Morgan Creek in Roseville, CA). I am expecting my second home to be the same.

I am satisfied with the home. It is a great home. I just don't know about the little lawn in the front. I feel like that is a waste. It is a pretty good home. They did good, quality work.

The build quality and exterior paint is very poor, No interior insulation so you can hear conversations from room to room, front yards are a joke and back yards have very poor drainage, the drains are placed mid-way in the front yard instead of running to the sidewalks and wash out the landscape bark every time it rains.

Things we asked to be fixed before the first walkthrough were not fixed. The paint and texture are the biggest problems. When we asked for things to be repaired or at least to be corrected because they are not up to new home standards, we were treated as if we were asking for too much.
The supervisor dismissed our concerns and implied that because we drive a nicer car, we're the kind of people that are going to bring up problems when they are not that big of a deal and expect too much.
I am unhappy with the way we were treated. They are trying to make things okay now, but we have yet to see resolution to some of these things, and that is my concern. They stated they will resolve some things, so we are hoping they correct the problems that we've experienced and the defects in our home.
