The quality of materials and workmanship was very much below average.
The overall JMC Homes are excellent work/Design/quality materials and professional people to work with. Highly recommended to choose for your new home.
The build quality and the people are superior to other local builders.
So far, all the problems I have are being resolved. Since November, we had minor issues that have mostly been taken care of. Joe Bentley has been very helpful by contacting the subcontractor, making appointments, and making sure everything was fixed.
JMC need to contract better company when building homes . Foreman need to be on top of theses contracted workers , too many mistakes are made on the homes .
I really appreciate JMC Homes for their quality and overall design. The experience with customer care has been disappointing.

The style is incredible. Lots of light (windows).
Heater is quiet. Kitchen pantry and open shelf wall.
Four months late. Issues with fit and finish. Our HVAC is a mess. The hot water heater is already having issues with working. The garage doors are an issue. They forgot to add under cabinet lights in the guest suite. The placement of outlets, switches, and pre wires was poorly planed out. At a home that is priced at the top of the market for this area there should have been much more attention to these details.
Jason, Scott, and Sean are all great to work with. We had some items installed after we moved in as they were back ordered. Everything turned out perfectly, and we love living in our new one story home. We had previously lived in a JMC Home for 28 years. Always the best experience!
We love our new JMC home! It was delivered on time and the process has been smooth with the utmost professionalism. Very impressive!
Kimberly made the sales process very smooth and assisted us in getting the site we wanted.
The overall quality is not good in my opinion. The follow through is poor. A number of the subcontractors did poor work. It has taken numerous attempts to get items corrected or completed.
The home is everything we hoped it would be. The construction and all the materials are amazing.
I would caution people about the finish work and about how if there are problems… they will likely not be fixed or written off as “not a bid deal.”
