The value for the money and quality for the home we purchased is great.
Overall the process was very pleasant. Everyone on the JMC team took great care of us and never pressured us into making any decisions. We’re extreme happy with our JMC home and will look to continue doing business with JMC as our family grows in the future.
Cindy Wood went above and beyond! It was after 6pm when she had locked the door when my husband and I stopped by just out of curiosity. I just asked for a busy card after noticing the time, but she stayed and the next day we bought a house !!
As of this morning we are very satisfied with the new home. A few things could have been done better, such as the quality of cabinets draws (dove tailing) or storage in the bath rooms.
Overall build quality is good. Fit and function on cabinetry and window coverings is below average. Multiple service calls to resolve minor issues.

She was very professional, courteous, and very personable. Tim Kelley went above and beyond our expectations. The home was completed roughly one month earlier than initially expected and we could not be happier with the final product.

I am still having some issues and I was hoping to get a sooner response from them to fix it. I also understand the delay was caused by the pandemic but these issues could have been covered before the pandemic started.
Had issues with our window malfunction and they refused to uphold the warranty after only 4 months of living in the new home

Should have allowed for more upgrade or change order options for my development.
I put one for the price of the house, and my expectations were much higher than what I got. My expectations were much higher for a brand new home, and the builder, and the issue we have had the laundry/dryer, the problems with the dishwasher, the lighting & the switches. We have repairs already and have only been in the house for one month. The quality checks were not done, When you think we are getting a high-quality product and less than a month in, you are super disappointed, already, it is a life long dream, the house, we very disappointed.
