The whole buying process was very structured and organized. It was streamlined and not difficult. All required actions on my part and milestones were thoroughly explained in detail.

Why JMC Homes? - They were recommended by a relative. But, even besides that, their homes are beautiful, well made and come with more features and amenities than what I saw from other home builders.

For example: Cabinet shelves aren’t finished on edges and can’t move indoor shelves. All indoor dust shavings left. Cabinets hit each other. Apple TV connection openings not aligned. Cabinet knobs misaligned. I am aware since Covid, the quality of products and workmanship have gone down, that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars!
This is the second home we've bought from JMC Homes, and have been happy both times.
JMC has been very attentive to any questions I've had and any small issues that have taken place they've been quick to rectify them.
Additional Comments - Overall, I'm very happy with JMC. I don't typically do surveys, but I was willing to do the survey here because I want other folks to know this was a good build. My wife and I did research and saw good things about them. At the end of the day, it's important for the other consumers out there to do their research. JMC's great. Any little things that happen, they're good at responding and getting you there. We're very happy.
Sales Process - Debbie consistently sent us updates and kept us in the loop. Her great communication with us was very appreciated.
Walkthrough Personnel - Connor was very thorough. Gave great tips and was very helpful and patient while answering any questions we had.
Since purchasing the home, I have been happy with just about everything.

Why JMC Homes? - I went to other builders and found JMC was the better deal when it came to quality, price and customer service.
The home is nice and I can't complain.
Communication is key, and I felt like that standard was met.
After moving into our house, we have enjoyed it and our initial contact with JMC was good. However, since moving in, we've had a representative standing over our fence to peek into our yard without permission, we've discovered some damaged places in the house including some missing pipes in the attic that could have caused thousands of dollars in damage had water been flowing through them and a piece of the a/c system that hadn't been connected correctly, resulting in no air flow to our main area. I really like the things that JMC included in the price of the home, which ultimately, was one of the main reasons we chose this house/neighborhood but our experience since our move in appointment has been less than stellar.
The whole experience was easier than I could have imagined. From the amazing first impression of the community to Debbie in the sales office, the whole team made what is a stressful experience very fun and easy. Great communication and great workmanship. The layout was well thought out.
The friends that have been to my house have really liked its space and design and have looked through the models. That is the best recommendation for JMC homes.
Quick response to any problems I have had. Not thrilled with the atadue of my sales agent.
I’m not sure yet as there are still a few items that need addressed. I have another walk through on the 18th and will see how it goes.
Very well constructed great customer service
Features are much better than competing builders, including granite countertops, higher quality cabinets, laminate flooring, etc. without price increases and upsell pricing. The solar power system was included in the base sales price without a $20-30K price increase.
Quality of Home is superior to Lenar, most upgrades are included and Dave (Sales Rep. for Sagebrook) is an awesome helper during the whole process as our Alameda Home took 3 months to sale. He obtained for us great builder discounts
