They wouldn't put anything in writing for a bid and they changed their phone numbers halfway through the job, so it was hard to reach anybody. It was not what I would have expected from a company that has been in business for as long as they have.

We were very pleased with the service from Glass Guru, from the sales rep who visited our house and drew up the estimate to the gentleman who performed the installation service. He was professional and thorough, quickly changing out our windows.

I moved into a new house about a year ago. All of the toilets seem to be a little cheap in that:
