Over 6 years ago, I used J&R to take care of multiple interior home projects before moving into my newly purchased home. The work was very good, and as promised, it was completed on a timely basis and prior to moving in which was very much appreciated. I would suggest the company for consideration for large projects but look elsewhere for smaller projects as their focus is only on big $$$$ projects.

I felt that work was quality in all areas. The toilet paper holder was not secured in a stud. It was repaired once by J&R, it fell out again and my son-in-law reset it in a stud.

I had a master shower re-done - new tile on floor and walls and new shower door. Was impressed with the workmanship of the person doing the tile work. Appreciated the fact that any employee that came into my house to work on the project wore a mask. Project Manager kept me informed via phone calls or my e-mail.

Our remodeling was done during the worst part of Covid so J&R had a lot of delays to deal with. I think they are a company who quickly learns from their mistakes. The job was supposed to be done in 2 to 3 months but ended up being about 6 months.

I was very pleased with the work overall . The custom shelves they built for me were beautiful and fit the space perfectly. They had great ideals when planning that help pull everything together to make the space just what I wanted.

The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations as well. I tell my friends that I'm absolutely very happy with it. You pay premium dollar, but they deliver quality. You get what you pay for.
