The actual demolition and install was done professionally and effectively. The crew cleaned up the work site and kept us informed. The problem we had was that the initial shower pan did not fit and were told it would take 3-4 weeks to get a new shower pan. They would "expedite" the job. It was over 12 weeks later that the new shower pan was received and the job could be finished. I was without a shower in my bathroom for that whole time when I was anticipating a quick one day remodel.
It was a little costlier than I thought the product should be.
Easy to work with. Quality materials and install.
My bath has been done twice now. The last time was worse than the first time, so it needs to be redone again. There's been very poor communication.
I thought Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle did a good job. When I had a problem that popped up, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle sent over Dave, and he was 5 stars in my book. He showed up when everyone left, went and looked at the problem, and after an hour, he was done. He did a great job.
Received only a 2 day notification of when installation would begin.
Nothing but problems from when the remodel started
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was very friendly and on time, doing the job correctly.
When the salesman came, he was high pressured. I think our shower was in good shape, but he gave us a failing grade. He kept saying if I don't commit now, I will not get this or that. I ended up not getting what I wanted because he was pushy. When I saw them in Costco, I was just inquiring and wanted to shop around.
I think the new showers has installed or beautiful and they work perfectly.
Your insulation staff were great. Jeremy Thurston & Ian Goad were very professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed of the progress of the shower install and did a great job at keeping the work area free of loose debris & material. Over all excellent job by the installers Jeremy and Ian.
We also appreciated the design consultant Kaia Bjorback. She was extremely helpful in the design options and process. Very Knowledgeable of jacuzzi process and products. Very professional and great to work with.
This is a very expensive product. While we were lucky to have our installation completed in 1 day the installers told us that, sometimes, that's not possible and shouldn't constantly be promised.
The shower turned out beautiful.
I am extremely pleased with the installation.
Did a great job
I had an issue with customer service. I tried to reach out a few times to find out about the status of my installation, and it took a few emails up the chain to get a response.
The installation was perfect.
The individuals who completed the job were very polite, courteous, and very forthcoming.
The one day project turned into a 3 day project. The first day, one worker damaged a wall and the shower door was the incorrect size. The second day, the wall was repaired and a provision for a shower curtain was provided. The third day, the new door was brought and it did not have the bottom rail which resulted in a trip to the warehouse, delaying the final install.
WORST experience ever.I would not recommend this to anyone.
We love the way our new looks and stuff on it.
I have already recommended them to a friend on my street. I don't know if she called you, but she's very interested. I gave her your information.
It was terrible service from the start. After making a down payment in December, I got a call in March on the day they were supposed to come out and install. They called me at 7:30 in the morning, when they were supposed to be here at 8, to tell me they wouldn't be here today because they didn't receive a down payment. I gave the salesman a check on December 2nd for the whole thing. They could not find the check; it took them 4 hours. From then on, everything went downhill. They sent a crew out that didn't know what to do; they were from a different organization. They tore out the walls and got some of the plumbing done that day. That was all that was done the first day. From then on every day was a different crew, and every day there was no work order or program for what they were supposed to do. It took 5 days to get the first bathroom done. I had to get my slip of what was supposed to be done and showed them each day where we were supposed to be. On the 5th day another crew started on the other bathroom, and they finished that one in one day, but it took 5 for the first. I would rate them zero or one.
It was not done in a day and the water pressure is not half of what it was before.
There was no follow thorough or copies of any of the repair orders. I am still waiting for them to complete their work. This is the third time they have come back to do one installation.
cost way too much money for what we got.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel provided great quality and terrific one-day results.
I had to have them come back because they installed the wrong door then I had a leak in the crawlspace that they were supposed to refund me for the repair I had to have made at an emergency and I have not heard back from them since I had the repair made I have made multiple attempts and no callback.
There was a failure to follow up by Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle after having some issues that we were wanting addressed.
The were friendly, clean, kept the bathroom ready in about 7 hours to complete the entire remodel. Upon completion of they clean up behind them and went over the paperwork and warranty. Excellent job.
Every contractor should confirm and know how the water is turned off/on at the job-site. Turns out our city controls this from a computer program at city hall. It cannot be done at the meter. It was a bit stressful since our city hall closed at noon on Friday. We missed the noon deadline by 3 minutes. I had to drive to city hall and find someone that could call someone to get our water back on. Then the guys weren't ready when the water came back on, so our bathroom got flooded. Good grief!! This was not a pleasant experience at all.
This along with the lack of pre-installation communication are the reasons I would not feel comfortable giving a recommendation to a friend or family; I absolutely would not want them to have this kind of experience.
It was very professional all the way through the process.
Every one were very polite and we're good workers.
Very high quality and excellent installation
They do a good job.
Excellent, respectful installers and salesman.
They have no clue what they are supposed to be doing. The project could've been finished in a day or 2, but it took them 3 weeks to complete it. They don't know how to connect the drains from the bathroom.
The Master bathroom walking shower looks like a professional job and attention to detail. The Second bathroom is hard to describe as plywood is out from under the tub and goes from 3/4" exposed to 1 1/12" exposed. Sharpie black marks are on our painted walls and calking looks like was done by someone with dirty hands and this bathroom is very disappointing.
The job was delayed after the bathroom rip out due to a defective tub. Suggest inspecting the product prior to any demo being performed. My bathroom was unusable for 2 weeks after being advertised as a one day install.
Project has been going on for a month now, still hasn’t completed. And the project manager doesn’t pick up calls, respond to messages
Both installers demonstrated professionialism and competency
I wish that I had done this remodel 20 years ago!
Our project is not finished yet. They have to come back to redo something.
We started the project on January 6 we are now on April 3, and I can not use my bathroom. It is not completed.
Excellent work
Something's that I ordered that came in wrong. The door does not role properly. It is stiff. There is no handle on the inside of the shower door.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle did a great job!
The price is to high. I don't know many people that would pay that much.I shouldn't have paid that much.
It was just very, very expensive.
A couple of items we requested from their rep were not included in the contract although they were included in the Project Overview quote. Pricing was the same as the contract, but these two items were left out, indicating that we were charged but would not receive them. The installers contacted the local office to see if they were even available. They were not but would be brought in from the Portland office and that we would get a call when they arrived. It's been over two weeks and have not heard anything.
