They have enthusiastic employees, do competent work, but communication was problematic and the price for what was done seemed very high. My kids are dismayed that I spent so much on a guest bathroom. I probably should have considered other options.

I purchase a jacuzzi spa a few years back. Very happy with warranty service. Even more happy with my stand up new shower. I have already refer a good friend for a stand up shower.

I love having a shower that is a foot longer and has more room. They did a **** of a job with the shelving, and I like the recess that they have to put the shampoo and things on the wall.

The three installers were friendly, very committed to doing their best job ever! I would not hesitate to recommend Jacuzzi to anyone thinking of doing a shower remodel.

I would not recommend them to a friend because they got dust all over the house, they didn't put up a containment to keep it contained, and that was very unprofessional. In order to get it removed, it had to be professionally cleaned. They didn't speak English very well.

No communication, signed contract 7/3 and not till I went to Costco in august did anything happen. I have had to follow up every time.

They're very expensive, and my friends are not ones that have a lot of money.

They do not have integrity or honesty, and do not communicate at all.

For the price, I am disappointed in the appearance of my shower and at the quality of installation. In particular one wall is not flat, but has a considerable arc in it that stands out visually. There is a lot of caulk (out what looks like caulk) in the corners, and overall it looks more like a fiberglass insert than a high end professionally installed competitor to Kohler or similar hard-walled shower.

I'd recommend them to a friend because they were thorough, efficient, friendly, and committed to doing good work.

I did not like the way the salesperson did business. Once we picked out our items for the install we asked the individual cost for some of the items .He said he could not do that unless he did a rebuild of the shower on his computer. I do not know if this statement was true, and if it was, he should have just done it without giving the impression that it was an inconvenience for him to do so. We had chosen the teak folding chair, only to find out later by calling the office that the chair cost was $4,000. Had we known in advance, we would have chosen a seat that was better aligned with our budget. Our install was more than $20,000 and that supposed to be with free installation.

I cant in good conscious recommend this company to anyone, even enemies.

The product is superior to most other products on the market. Their warranty is real, not just "mouth service as most others are. The company has been around 100 years so they have staying power.

I was provided an inaccurate timeline throughout. They incorrectly ordered materials. Then they reordered materials incorrectly. It was a complexly chaotic process.

They didn't finish the installation and I was not given anyway to call or contact them. They have not called or checked with me. I invested more than 28 thousand dollars and still need to hire someone to finish the shower. I wouldn't recommend them- even to an enemy!

For starters the initial plumber took great liberties in his role, he maintained the shower plumbing needed to be torn out past the shower line and into the main bathroom, which was nonsense and wanted to charge us an excess of $5k The customer service ladies are short tempered and impatient with our inquiries.

The process was easy and straight forward.

At the consult, they never went over the shelving for the shower. The installer told us we could get shower doors with the ramp and we can’t!

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a nice job. They got it done really fast and it looks nice.

Installed 5 days ago and have already called them back to redo caulking and reset drain as it is off center.

The installer cut the load bearing walls and the rubber on the bottom leaks. I already have called in about the issues

Well project was rescheduled 10 min before they were to show up. Then project wasn't finished in 1 day as promised. Then took another 2 weeks to get someone out to look at my remodel to see what needed to be done. And since they didn't install it right the first time. They had to tear it ALL out and start over. Which of course took another 2 months. After the project was all said and done. It took 3 months to complete just a small shower. Which I didn't have for 3 months. Then when it came to giving me compensation for their total screw up. They were only going to give me $1200.00 off. When I said no. They had the negotiator call me and say they NEVER give over 20%. So all I was getting was $3400.00. Off. Which i felt it was a huge slap in the face. I don't have extra money for an attorney. So I asked if they would be willing to at least make it $5000. Which he agreed to. Still not enough in my opinion. Especially not having a shower for 3 months. I will NEVER use. Or recommend this company to anyone!! In fact I will tell everyone just how crappy this company is. How they care more about there profit over customers satisfaction. Totally RIDICULOUS AND UNEXCEPTABLE!!

The installers broke a couple of power sockets and Jacuzzi has refused to fix it.

The installers were good at communication and answered questions. They are supposed to come back in a few weeks to install a cubby and left me their information, so I am waiting for them to respond.

Other than delays which is most often out of their control, it was a very stress free installation. In and out on one day and it looks amazing.

This project consist of the removal of a tub/ shower and installation of shower in the guest bathroom. Also the removal of a jetted tub in the master bathroom and installation of a soaking tub. Included in the master bath project was the removal and installation of the shower. The guest bath has been changed out but water does not drain properly, it leaves standing water away from the drain. In the master bath the jetted tub has been changed out for the soaker tub but the spout for the tub seems short. Now is when we get to why I would not recommend you. The plummer on this job rather than route the replacement pipe the same as it was notched and cut the floor joist causing structural integrity to be compromised. I've had to put a stop work on this project and will have to get this inspected and will require engineering to repair. The plumbing you installed will have to be removed and routed the way it was. This will cause delays probably 6-8 weeks. This also puts the other parts of this job, new vanities, countertops, drywall, painting and flooring on hold.

crew left job without making sure everything is working correctly. Had to call office to get someone else out to fix.

The experience that I had with the sales and installation crew was superb. It was done quite well.

They came in and were efficient and got it done in one day.

They completed the job fast, and so far it is working well. I feel safer showering my uncle now because I am his caregiver!

Garrett and Brandon were easy to get along with and they answered all the questions I had. They also had a good sense of humor. They didn't mind my watching while they worked.

The two installers, Jawaan and Brendan, were extremely courteous and very efficient. I can't say enough about them.
I have never dealt with two better people in a like situation in my life. They were great!

It was a wonderful experience from sales to completion of the project.

We have issues that have not been addressed, even though it has been days and days.

I have to re-do the drywall. The top corner is smashed and is falling apart. It's not the quality work I thought I was paying for. The bottom right rail of the door frame is bent. Piping under the drain isn't straight. I have to wait on the leg bar due to an order issue. I don't want to have anyone come repair the drywall as I don't feel it will be done correctly. If someone left that and thought it was good work, maybe it might not be the right job for them. The crew was super nice, but the second day drywall work was not done well or up to our expectations.

After the first install was scheduled it was found that the base was incorrect. It took three weeks to receive a replacement and at that was not the same color as the walls. I accepted it as I did not want to wait another three weeks for the right one to arrive. I also need to call and have the shower curtain lowered as water goes all over the floor. The first team that started the job left a Hole in the floor uncovered where a family pet could have fallen thru to the crawl space. the First team also left the lid off the water meter.

I don't expect anyone I know will be remodeling their bathroom, so I don't expect to make any recommendations. If asked about Jacuzzi I will tell them that the job was well done, but they will need to determine if what is Jacuzzi offers meets their needs or preferences.

I wish the handles would say whether it's hot or cold.

The sales and installation were great, but scheduling was awful. Scheduling someone to come out, following through, and inspections were just miserable.

Workmanship was good. Coordination and communication with delays in project was lacking. I requested a callback 5xs from the local production manager. I am still waiting on

They came on time and were respectful of my property and house, wearing shoe coverings. They were efficient, showed expertise, and were very professional.

Your management is terrible. The installers are fabulous.
