I wish the handles would say whether it's hot or cold.
The sales and installation were great, but scheduling was awful. Scheduling someone to come out, following through, and inspections were just miserable.
Workmanship was good. Coordination and communication with delays in project was lacking. I requested a callback 5xs from the local production manager. I am still waiting on
They came on time and were respectful of my property and house, wearing shoe coverings. They were efficient, showed expertise, and were very professional.
Your management is terrible. The installers are fabulous.
Installation was a little hurried which left the shower doors not working correctly. You folks sent out service personnel to work on it and yet we still have door issues. We are hopeful that this will be corrected to our satisfaction after all this project cost over 17,000. and we are expecting a top notch product
We were told that the shower pan was slip resistant but find this not true.
looks very nice and much better than the dangerous tub shower combo
They were very professional, polite, and hard working.
Over all, the shower looks great. Since having the installation finished, I am now waiting for an engineer to come out and look at the wall cap. The way it was installed, it formed a reservoir that can collect water on the ceiling. Also, the caulking has already started to ripple. If water collects, it can drain down the panel and the new wall. I am still waiting for that to be checked out tomorrow. The project is not complete just yet. Also, I have been less than impressed with customer service. During the installation, when something is torn apart, it looks much worse before it gets put back together. I called customer service because I had a concern about the darkness of the gray panel and it being too dark. The representative was helpful and nice, she said she would speak with the project manager and that he would get back with me before it was installed. I never heard from him. Luckily, the gray was not as dark as I originally thought with different lighting. I however, have still not heard back from the project manager. In my opinion, the follow through with customer service was on the poor side.
The installation team was outstanding. They were on time. They worked hard and did a great job. They cleaned up well.
There wasn’t a pan available so we waited until one was provided
There is a significant delay in getting the project started. There was a holdup on permits that no one followed up on. We have leaks in the ceiling and I am still waiting on the hand-held shower head.
Overall, everything went well.
It was a great experience from picking out the style of walls, fixtures, and prices. They stayed in touch, letting me know about the order submitted and dates of install. They let me know what I needed to do to prep for installation. I want to stay in my home for as long as possible, this walk in shower allowes me to do so.
The actual demolition and install was done professionally and effectively. The crew cleaned up the work site and kept us informed. The problem we had was that the initial shower pan did not fit and were told it would take 3-4 weeks to get a new shower pan. They would "expedite" the job. It was over 12 weeks later that the new shower pan was received and the job could be finished. I was without a shower in my bathroom for that whole time when I was anticipating a quick one day remodel.
It was a little costlier than I thought the product should be.
Easy to work with. Quality materials and install.
My bath has been done twice now. The last time was worse than the first time, so it needs to be redone again. There's been very poor communication.
I thought Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle did a good job. When I had a problem that popped up, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle sent over Dave, and he was 5 stars in my book. He showed up when everyone left, went and looked at the problem, and after an hour, he was done. He did a great job.
Received only a 2 day notification of when installation would begin.
Nothing but problems from when the remodel started
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was very friendly and on time, doing the job correctly.
When the salesman came, he was high pressured. I think our shower was in good shape, but he gave us a failing grade. He kept saying if I don't commit now, I will not get this or that. I ended up not getting what I wanted because he was pushy. When I saw them in Costco, I was just inquiring and wanted to shop around.
I think the new showers has installed or beautiful and they work perfectly.
Your insulation staff were great. Jeremy Thurston & Ian Goad were very professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed of the progress of the shower install and did a great job at keeping the work area free of loose debris & material. Over all excellent job by the installers Jeremy and Ian.
We also appreciated the design consultant Kaia Bjorback. She was extremely helpful in the design options and process. Very Knowledgeable of jacuzzi process and products. Very professional and great to work with.
This is a very expensive product. While we were lucky to have our installation completed in 1 day the installers told us that, sometimes, that's not possible and shouldn't constantly be promised.
The shower turned out beautiful.
I am extremely pleased with the installation.
Did a great job
I had an issue with customer service. I tried to reach out a few times to find out about the status of my installation, and it took a few emails up the chain to get a response.
The installation was perfect.
The individuals who completed the job were very polite, courteous, and very forthcoming.
The one day project turned into a 3 day project. The first day, one worker damaged a wall and the shower door was the incorrect size. The second day, the wall was repaired and a provision for a shower curtain was provided. The third day, the new door was brought and it did not have the bottom rail which resulted in a trip to the warehouse, delaying the final install.
WORST experience ever.I would not recommend this to anyone.
We love the way our new looks and stuff on it.
I have already recommended them to a friend on my street. I don't know if she called you, but she's very interested. I gave her your information.
It was terrible service from the start. After making a down payment in December, I got a call in March on the day they were supposed to come out and install. They called me at 7:30 in the morning, when they were supposed to be here at 8, to tell me they wouldn't be here today because they didn't receive a down payment. I gave the salesman a check on December 2nd for the whole thing. They could not find the check; it took them 4 hours. From then on, everything went downhill. They sent a crew out that didn't know what to do; they were from a different organization. They tore out the walls and got some of the plumbing done that day. That was all that was done the first day. From then on every day was a different crew, and every day there was no work order or program for what they were supposed to do. It took 5 days to get the first bathroom done. I had to get my slip of what was supposed to be done and showed them each day where we were supposed to be. On the 5th day another crew started on the other bathroom, and they finished that one in one day, but it took 5 for the first. I would rate them zero or one.
It was not done in a day and the water pressure is not half of what it was before.
There was no follow thorough or copies of any of the repair orders. I am still waiting for them to complete their work. This is the third time they have come back to do one installation.
cost way too much money for what we got.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel provided great quality and terrific one-day results.
I had to have them come back because they installed the wrong door then I had a leak in the crawlspace that they were supposed to refund me for the repair I had to have made at an emergency and I have not heard back from them since I had the repair made I have made multiple attempts and no callback.
There was a failure to follow up by Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle after having some issues that we were wanting addressed.
The were friendly, clean, kept the bathroom ready in about 7 hours to complete the entire remodel. Upon completion of they clean up behind them and went over the paperwork and warranty. Excellent job.
Every contractor should confirm and know how the water is turned off/on at the job-site. Turns out our city controls this from a computer program at city hall. It cannot be done at the meter. It was a bit stressful since our city hall closed at noon on Friday. We missed the noon deadline by 3 minutes. I had to drive to city hall and find someone that could call someone to get our water back on. Then the guys weren't ready when the water came back on, so our bathroom got flooded. Good grief!! This was not a pleasant experience at all.
This along with the lack of pre-installation communication are the reasons I would not feel comfortable giving a recommendation to a friend or family; I absolutely would not want them to have this kind of experience.
It was very professional all the way through the process.
Every one were very polite and we're good workers.
Very high quality and excellent installation
They do a good job.
