Install delayed a week after I had cleared my only bathroom as requested. Shower doors rattle and are not sealed to prevent water leaks. Controls are not easy or adequate to handle the temperature or shower head selection.
The activity and follow-up have been lacking.
Took 3 months for 1 day installation! Communications was the worst. Ordered the wrong pan twice. Wand doesn't work no water pressure. Literally falling apart after 3 showers.
I would recommend them to a friend, but I wish they had more options to choose from instead of plain white, like texture options. I think they only had about two, if I remember correctly.

very professional except for the Plummer-he was in a hurry and the 'project' manager had to redo his install (he had 7 installs that day and was in a very big hurry)

They were very professional. When they came, they let me know what they were going to do. They asked me where i wanted things to be in my shower. I like everything they did. They were very nice and polite to each other and to us here. I didn't hear anything but good from them. They worked fast and hard.
The finished product is beautiful. They did an excellent job, and that why is I would recommend them.

After three trips to my house and so far one missed appointment going on 30 days now I still do not have a shower to use. Fortunately, sharing my story with other people in my community, I have discouraged three so far of using your company.
The initial schedule for demo and shower bath had to be cancelled because the 60installer thought 60 inch pan would be to long. Even though the person who initially measured, took pictures of everything, we needed a 59 inch pan.
It took almost another for weeks and we had our second demo/install day set to go. We got a call the morning of the demo/install day from the installer manager Aron who told us, the pan was still 60 inches. It should have been ordered to be 58 inches. So, here we have conflict of what the size should be and lack of trust in what is going on with orders for changes to be done.
We took the initiative to call customer service and Aron install manager several times to make sure they were doing a 58 inch pan for us. Three weeks later the demo/ install team showed up with everything correct November 3, 2025 at 7 am. Travis, Room and Sarah worked 12 hours to get the demo, plumbing and shower installed.

Three weeks after the install and still no shower curtain rod. You had five weeks prior to the installation to order the correct length but failed to do so. For the amount of money we paid I expected better quality work.
Workers are always on time when they showed up at my residence, worked so hard from start to finish. On the three bathrooms that they renovated in my house their work ethics are impeccable. Thank you very much

The shower turned out great in the end, but there was a one-month delay due to a defective factory part. It took a month to receive the new part.

The sales representative & installers are great to work with. They represent Jacuzzi extremely well. However, the customer service needs improvement in responding back to you when they say they would. I had to call them back several times because I didn't hear back from them.
Garrett the installer was great and so we're the customer service people, only hiccup was roller door was on back order and we were notified the day before the appointment. Will upgrade the number once door is installed.
I feel like I got ripped out in price, especially when I see the TV ads that are cheaper than what I paid.
Project wasn’t done per contract - no communication for 2!weeks
It was really disorganized. For weeks, they were unable to obtain the part; when they arrived, they were rushing around without it. I'm not sure why they made a mistake; it was regrettable.
Salesman was very friendly and informative. Installers were personable and very professional and creative installers.

They have enthusiastic employees, do competent work, but communication was problematic and the price for what was done seemed very high. My kids are dismayed that I spent so much on a guest bathroom. I probably should have considered other options.
I purchase a jacuzzi spa a few years back. Very happy with warranty service. Even more happy with my stand up new shower. I have already refer a good friend for a stand up shower.
I love having a shower that is a foot longer and has more room. They did a **** of a job with the shelving, and I like the recess that they have to put the shampoo and things on the wall.
The three installers were friendly, very committed to doing their best job ever! I would not hesitate to recommend Jacuzzi to anyone thinking of doing a shower remodel.
I would not recommend them to a friend because they got dust all over the house, they didn't put up a containment to keep it contained, and that was very unprofessional. In order to get it removed, it had to be professionally cleaned. They didn't speak English very well.

No communication, signed contract 7/3 and not till I went to Costco in august did anything happen. I have had to follow up every time.
They're very expensive, and my friends are not ones that have a lot of money.
They do not have integrity or honesty, and do not communicate at all.
For the price, I am disappointed in the appearance of my shower and at the quality of installation. In particular one wall is not flat, but has a considerable arc in it that stands out visually. There is a lot of caulk (out what looks like caulk) in the corners, and overall it looks more like a fiberglass insert than a high end professionally installed competitor to Kohler or similar hard-walled shower.
I'd recommend them to a friend because they were thorough, efficient, friendly, and committed to doing good work.
Adam Hohm, being a former installer was very knowledgeable & helped us make our final material selections & select Jacuzzi for the work; the "advance" team kept us well informed leading up to the install date; Jeremiah's install team was very efficient, friendly & helped make some key detail decisions
I did not like the way the salesperson did business. Once we picked out our items for the install we asked the individual cost for some of the items .He said he could not do that unless he did a rebuild of the shower on his computer. I do not know if this statement was true, and if it was, he should have just done it without giving the impression that it was an inconvenience for him to do so. We had chosen the teak folding chair, only to find out later by calling the office that the chair cost was $4,000. Had we known in advance, we would have chosen a seat that was better aligned with our budget. Our install was more than $20,000 and that supposed to be with free installation.
I cant in good conscious recommend this company to anyone, even enemies.
The product is superior to most other products on the market. Their warranty is real, not just "mouth service as most others are. The company has been around 100 years so they have staying power.
I was provided an inaccurate timeline throughout. They incorrectly ordered materials. Then they reordered materials incorrectly. It was a complexly chaotic process.
