It was terrible service from the start. After making a down payment in December, I got a call in March on the day they were supposed to come out and install. They called me at 7:30 in the morning, when they were supposed to be here at 8, to tell me they wouldn't be here today because they didn't receive a down payment. I gave the salesman a check on December 2nd for the whole thing. They could not find the check; it took them 4 hours. From then on, everything went downhill. They sent a crew out that didn't know what to do; they were from a different organization. They tore out the walls and got some of the plumbing done that day. That was all that was done the first day. From then on every day was a different crew, and every day there was no work order or program for what they were supposed to do. It took 5 days to get the first bathroom done. I had to get my slip of what was supposed to be done and showed them each day where we were supposed to be. On the 5th day another crew started on the other bathroom, and they finished that one in one day, but it took 5 for the first. I would rate them zero or one.
It was not done in a day and the water pressure is not half of what it was before.
There was no follow thorough or copies of any of the repair orders. I am still waiting for them to complete their work. This is the third time they have come back to do one installation.
cost way too much money for what we got.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel provided great quality and terrific one-day results.
I had to have them come back because they installed the wrong door then I had a leak in the crawlspace that they were supposed to refund me for the repair I had to have made at an emergency and I have not heard back from them since I had the repair made I have made multiple attempts and no callback.
There was a failure to follow up by Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle after having some issues that we were wanting addressed.
The were friendly, clean, kept the bathroom ready in about 7 hours to complete the entire remodel. Upon completion of they clean up behind them and went over the paperwork and warranty. Excellent job.
Every contractor should confirm and know how the water is turned off/on at the job-site. Turns out our city controls this from a computer program at city hall. It cannot be done at the meter. It was a bit stressful since our city hall closed at noon on Friday. We missed the noon deadline by 3 minutes. I had to drive to city hall and find someone that could call someone to get our water back on. Then the guys weren't ready when the water came back on, so our bathroom got flooded. Good grief!! This was not a pleasant experience at all.
This along with the lack of pre-installation communication are the reasons I would not feel comfortable giving a recommendation to a friend or family; I absolutely would not want them to have this kind of experience.
It was very professional all the way through the process.
Every one were very polite and we're good workers.
Very high quality and excellent installation
They do a good job.
Excellent, respectful installers and salesman.
They have no clue what they are supposed to be doing. The project could've been finished in a day or 2, but it took them 3 weeks to complete it. They don't know how to connect the drains from the bathroom.
The Master bathroom walking shower looks like a professional job and attention to detail. The Second bathroom is hard to describe as plywood is out from under the tub and goes from 3/4" exposed to 1 1/12" exposed. Sharpie black marks are on our painted walls and calking looks like was done by someone with dirty hands and this bathroom is very disappointing.
The job was delayed after the bathroom rip out due to a defective tub. Suggest inspecting the product prior to any demo being performed. My bathroom was unusable for 2 weeks after being advertised as a one day install.
Project has been going on for a month now, still hasn’t completed. And the project manager doesn’t pick up calls, respond to messages
Both installers demonstrated professionialism and competency
I wish that I had done this remodel 20 years ago!
Our project is not finished yet. They have to come back to redo something.
We started the project on January 6 we are now on April 3, and I can not use my bathroom. It is not completed.
Excellent work
Something's that I ordered that came in wrong. The door does not role properly. It is stiff. There is no handle on the inside of the shower door.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle did a great job!
The price is to high. I don't know many people that would pay that much.I shouldn't have paid that much.
It was just very, very expensive.
A couple of items we requested from their rep were not included in the contract although they were included in the Project Overview quote. Pricing was the same as the contract, but these two items were left out, indicating that we were charged but would not receive them. The installers contacted the local office to see if they were even available. They were not but would be brought in from the Portland office and that we would get a call when they arrived. It's been over two weeks and have not heard anything.
I love it! And I am very happy with it.
I would recommend buyers to double check their order and ask a lot of questions before the installers begin.
My husband and I would most certainly recommend Jacuzzi Bath to friends and family. We love our new shower. It is beautiful. I couldn't have asked for better service and skilled workmanship. Matthew and his assistant were wonderful. They kept us informed of the process and timeline for completion. They were always kind, courteous, and respectful. On a scale of one to ten, I give them a ten all the way. Thank you so much.
It's a beautiful shower.
Very poor customer service... Left the shower unfinished since March 10th and have not provided any information when it will be finished. Most unethical and unbusinesslike conduct.
Jacuzzi has several choices of easy to maintain styles of shower, tubs, surrounds and fixtures to choose from. Old shower/tub and surround were completely removed with plumbing leaks and subfloor replaced. Workers were very focused on completing the installation and they were respectful of our home. Project completion was beautiful with bathrooms free of any evidence of construction debree. The system for complete installation is well organized so plumber arrives when needed making completion possible in one day. Having Jacuzzi replace the one-piece fiberglass tub/shower units in our bathrooms with modern materials was a very positive experience.
I really wasn't satisfied with the whole process, but the end result turned out fine. A labor-intensive conversation were necessary to get it completed.
The transparency, the honesty and respect all through the process of getting the beautiful walking shower for our elderly father.
They brought in an electrician that didn't need to be used. My nephew is a senior electrician with 52 people on his crew. He said it did not need to be done. They told me I would need to bring in an electrician, an electrician from this area had to be used. I said okay. They called one in, and he cut out the wires and cut out the wire box. It wasn't near where the shower had to be. The shower was fine, but they took out the one electrical box on the other end of the bathroom. My biggest complaint is that they took out the outlet by the bathroom window that was between the bathroom window and the old tub combo. I didn't realize they did that. When I called them, they said it had to be done. No one understood why it had to be done. It had been there since the house was built. When I called to find out about getting it put back in, they told me an electrician would have to come and they would charge $400 to put an outlet back in. We said to never mind. My nephew looked at it and said $400 was cheap because the wiring needed to be redone and to leave it alone. We would put a coverplate over it. If we had left it alone, there probably wouldn't have been any issues. Other than that, the installation of the shower itself, I love it! I love the shower and everything about it.
It is a quality product.
The workmanship was great. The time frame was very delayed.
Nothing
They came on time, and did their job. We used the shower, and we liked it. The service was good, quality is great, and the installers were very cordial, nice, and professional.
The product is nice. I love the wall color we picked, the slider doors are great! I should have slowed down when picking out shower head design. I’m going to get another with hand-held wand ! But it brighten’s the bathroom! Getting new floor installed soon ! Thankyou !
The workers were nice. They were quick and efficient. They cleaned up. They did their job.
The caulking job was terrible. It was less than professional. the lines are not even and some caulking got on the shower walls and pan. Also left some residue on the walls surrounding the shower.
Quick. Clean. Efficient. Polite. Felt the price was at the higher end of the market.
I did not receive the doors that were on my original order. I have water spots on my floor after each shower. In hindsight I don’t like the placement of my shelves or hand wash shelf.
It took 2 days to do our remodel they had found water damage and we had to have a contractor to come and fix that. Then Jacuzxi came back out but since it was different people they didn’t have all of the correct pieces on the truck and came back the next day. We are happy with our new walk-in shower.
It’s been four months since placing our order and we still don’t have a usable shower. First pan came, incorrect size. Now that it’s installed, no mention was made about the large gap that has to be filled in being the new wall is thinner than the old tile. And finally now the timing has changed for the glass company to get a door, they’re scheduled to measure for it a week after the installation of the shower.
I have recommended Jacuzzi to friends because of the beautiful shower and installation job. I also recommended that they not accept an appointment time until it is confirmed that all materials are in and in good condition.
They didn't fill our drain below our shower, which made a huge leak through our ceiling. It has been a headache.
