We originally scheduled our bathroom shower installation for April 2024. They installed the wrong size shower and didn't have our shower bar ready. We were told the installation would only take one day. It ended up taking two days, and even then, they didn't have all the parts and got the size incorrect. Ever since that date, we have called and called customer service, managers, and anyone we could get a hold of to try and get our project corrected. We spent $15,000 on this shower. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel's customer service has been so ungodly horrible. Finally, we got one call back from a manager, Brian, who promised us they would do the reinstall, fix everything, make it all right, and get the size that we ordered and paid for. I have never heard back from Brian. Every single week, I have called them. Every single week, I get told they are in a meeting and will call me back. I never get a call back. We went through Costco for this installation, and we never got our rebate. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel never submitted the paperwork to Costco. We have had to follow up with Costco. Costco takes its third-party installers seriously. We explained the whole situation to them, and they are not happy with it. I am dealing with a missing part, reinstall and no rebate, and now we have caulk peeling on the seams. I have called about the water damage we are now getting due to the peeling caulk. I have asked for my issues to be escalated several times and I have never had anyone call me back. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is just all lies, lies, lies. I am going to report them to as many business bureaus as I can, and I am looking for legal representation to get my money back. I will never recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, ever. I haven't even gotten a call back since April and it is now almost September. Every single time I try to get a hold of them, I am told that they are in a meeting and that they will call me back. They don’t call back. I really don't want other people to get ripped off like I have.

The install destroyed our flooring when glue was spilled! The manager said the would pay for a new floor.

From working with Paddy and answering our questions and taking the time to text back and forth so we had everything that we ordered was a big plus. The install was not done seamlessly, but the house was also built in 1972. They did a great job navigating to problems and we are very happy with the end results. Key takeaway here for me would be you are only dealing with one person to install he did it all, no bring in a different person for plumbing.

I'm very pleased with my new shower stall. A bit pricey but peace of mind & comfort are worth it. The installation was completed in one day & noise level was minimal & did not disturb the baby or the 3 Frenchie bulldogs. Workers were professional, polite & friendly.

It was quick. They did a great job. The staff was friendly and cleaned up everything after.

It was awfully expensive. It's good, and I like it. However, I think it was too expensive and overpriced.

Overall, we were impressed with the entire experience. The salesperson was very enthusiastic about the company and the product. The installation lead person, Austin, was very knowledgeable and effective worker and technician. His helper, Corbin, was a good worker and will become an asset to Jacuzzi.

Where's my overpayment refund?

Customer care is lacking! Jacuzzi is eager to make the sale and schedule the installation but if there is a problem after the installation, good luck getting that resolved!

Disappointed with materials; wish we had done more research. While the tub is easy to get in and out of it is not nearly the depth we wanted; our salesperson insisted that "we would love it!" We don't. Warning: don't buy a tub without physically sitting in it! We are satisfied but do not love our remodet.

My experience with the administration of the services was not stellar, but the installation guys were awesome.

The techs who came here were highly professional and very friendly. They worked with us on any concerns we had and just did a great job.

I had to work that day and so my husband was here. I would have liked to have been the one present during the installation because there are a couple of things that are not quite where I would have liked them. My husband is tall, so the shower head is really high for me.

This is the second time my husband and I have had a bathroom remodel by Jacuzzi. Both times we have been more than pleased with the results. This time we had installers Kyle and Hunter who were very professional and more than willing to explain what and why was being done. Our tub to shower install was completed in one day and is exactly what we wanted.

I spoke with the installation team before the work began and I thought we were all on the same page with the same idea. But when they were done with the installation. We t didn’t turn out like I thought we had discussed and I am dissatisfied with the result. We seem to be at an impass at this point and I am waiting to see what is going to happen next. I am thinking that someone dropped the ball and now perhaps nothing is happening. I’m pretty sure Jacuzzi would like to be paid. And I know for a fact that I would like the job completed to my satisfaction. And so far, that has not happened. So… where do we go from here?

The installer was absolutely fabulous! He worked 12 hours without stopping.

We were particularly impressed with the work that our two installers did, and how they managed to adjust to the difficult situation present itself by the inspector not coming at the appointed time. They were really quite terrific. That is probably the reason for such a good review and other areas as well. Kudos to them.

During the installation the plumber did not properly connect the drain. His poor workmanship caused a serious leak that disrupted our lives.

We had two projects and the team of Yaku and Josh arrived a little early before the scheduled start time ready to go on both days. Very personable and professional. Answered all our questions and laid down drop cloths to protect flooring and carpet. They were in constant motion and impressed us with their attention to detail and finishing work. Communication was excellent as they made sure to ask us exactly where we wanted the height of the shower head and the location of the grab bars and corner shelves. Everything was cleaned up when they finished and it looked as if they had never been there. We would rate the final product a 10.

The materials are really high quality. The installers were very professional.

Very fast custom service with zero issues throughout the intall.

Junior and Josh were friendly, respectful, and efficient. They kept us up on the progress of the installation as it was happening. When some debris got into our pipes causing a water pressure problem, Junior helped us figure out what happened and solved it before he left. He was extra friendly and helpful. Our new shower is beutiful! We are glad we chose Jacuzzi!

Everyone was nice and things look nice, but there was multiple issue with the installation. Things were damaged, scratched and scuffed up. There was also water damage from the installation. There were issues getting the water damage resolved. There were things that were thrown away that should not have been.

Everything went smoothly.

Junior and Josh were friendly, efficient, and extremely professional in the installation of our new shower stall. They were in at 6:30 and out by 3 leaving us with a beautiful new bathroom that we will treasure for years to come.

It took eight visits to do one day install. It still looks like a DIY project.

I will recommend the company with the caveat that the install/product is more on the expensive side, $20k for a tub/shower only (no bubbles) and that was with free installation.

Everyone was great, except the end product was missing two pieces, we had purchased when we paid up front. That has yet to be resolved.

Ryan the installer and Austin, his teammate from Jacuzzi, were a dream to work with. He arrived on time, communicated the scope of the project flawlessly, and even quickly fixed a miscommunication about fixture color on the fly with the project manager. This experience has been professional from start to finish. Highly recommend this installer and this company. I am an interior designer, so I am very familiar with the journey the homeowner takes when performing upgrades, especially those involving plumbing. However, they navigated through all the process milestones well. What a great experience, and what a great company. Worth every penny when you consider they are working with difficult spaces.

They did good work but did have to come back to straighten a shelf.

Things were not completed properly.

It was advertised it would take no more than two days. They had to come back a fourth time to finish the install.

The two men that did the work on our shower were very professional and did a great job.

My experience was a quality of materials and fantastic installers, but they measured my doors incorrectly. They did not have a set of doors that would fit, so they had to subcontract them out. I am happy with the materials and the installation, but I am not happy with them not double-checking the measurements. They did not keep me informed, but it all came out in the wash. The subcontractor was very good, and the bath is complete, and I am happy with it. I am not happy that it took hours and days to keep me informed. I had to talk to them on what was going on. Jacuzzi Bath material and the installers I am happy with, and I am happy with the way it finally ended up. It did however take too long to get done, and that is why I put a 7 instead of a 10.

I've dealt with a lot of bad contractors, so I was very happy to work with a good contractor.
They went the extra mile when there was a problem with my hot water line, called the plumber to check it out, and didn't just walk away.

Junior and Josh were extremely professional and knowledgeable and it was great watching them do their thing throughout the remodel.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They came in and did everything the same day.
My contact person asked me how it was going, and I told him there were a couple of things I wasn't sure about with a void here and there and the caulking. He went over it right away and there were no problems. These kinds of things are going to happen, but he took care of it right away and there were no issues.
