The finished shower looks like it should have been there all along. Very happy with the job and working with the crew
I was happy with my experience. The installers were knowledgeable and efficient. They got things done quickly; the cleanup was great.
Worst experience I've ever had with ANY contractor...
EVER!! Overpriced, poor workmanship, cheap materials, terrible internal and external communication, incompetent management, took ten (10) months to complete two bathrooms, etc., etc., etc.
There was an issue installing the little shelves in one of the two bathrooms. It has yet to be resolved. They will send a person out tomorrow to install them.
The ads do not match the process.
This has been going on for 6 months!!!! And the installation STILL isn’t complete
The correct pan could have been ordered and sent with the installer so we didn't have to go without a shower for 5 weeks.
Would never recommend. First install was done incorrectly on 5/29/26 and then from there never received any communication or rescheduling for final install. I had to call customer service over 10 times, file a formal complaint all with no answers. Finally had to go down to the physical location in Pacific, Wa and it was then finally got some traction. They were completely unaware of our project. Didn’t finish the install until 8/3-26
I would advise friends to be prepared to navigate the communication. (Having not heard from scheduler, I followed up with a phone call to the main Jacuzzi representative.) When speaking with scheduler and asking what to do to be prepared, she merely read the flyer in the Jacuzzi folder, adding only that we’d need water shut off while plumber was working. I asked about toilet removal and she said that she didn’t know. I mentioned that our salesperson indicated that we probably would and she said oh- then do so. Wished for better communication between all parties involved- so everyone from Jacuzzi was on same page.
The biggest hiccup was trying to line up glass company for shower door. Thankfully, Steve helped with locating a company servicing our area.
The shower is beautiful. We also appreciated the timeliness of demo and install, but wish Jacuzzi facilitated the complete package better.
They wanted the job. They called me back the day I called. They came to my house in 1 day.
The project took longer than was expected (a day longer) even though installers were at my house until 7 pm. The first day, I was without water for 9 hours. I couldn't get anyone from Jacuzzi to respond to my requests for certificate of completions. There was damage done to my house that the installers did not inform me of - and it was obvious wall damage
From beginning to end the process took from the end of January until May. The original configuration was wrong had to be torn out and redone. The cost was exorbitant in comparison to what is shared in commercials, even though our upgrades were very basic. The second time the installation was correct, but the finish work was not done and we had to make phone call after phone call to get the finish work completed i.e. proper caulking, repairing of wall walls that were damaged repairing a baseboards that were damaged repainting of significantly smudged ceiling and walls that could not be cleaned off, but had to be repainted. It required way too much of my time for follow up. I cannot imagine what someone with less capacity would have done. The people were always kind and apologetic that they often did not have the power to make a decision and had to move that decision-making to someone else who I could not necessarily talk to myself. There were times when too many cooks were in the kitchen, for example, and two people were sent to the house instead of one and I had to manage that as well. It was ridiculous and I could have had my entire project completed with a local contractor in 30 days. My bad!
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel lied to me. They put me off. I could get no answers from customer service. It took 5 months to get my shower completed. During that time, I was a month without a shower because they tore it out and left it like that. They told me there would be a carpenter out the next day. Nobody showed up that next day. Jacuzzi had no intention of sending a carpenter. It took me a week and a half to get them to tell me that. I had to do it myself. I have nothing good to say about Jacuzzi Bath Remodel.
The people who did the work sucks.
Although the install team, Trent Good, Jason Brown, and Leland Trujillo did an excellent job; very professional!!, we really got frustrated trying to communicate with the company. Many, many calls to find out when the install would take place, went unanswered. Customer service was good at apologizing, but nobody was getting back to us.
They did a very good job!
Looks really nice. Love it and installers were very kind and asked about positioning of hand rails etc.
Cost and quality
My remodel started on July 1st. The crew arrived and removed the existing garden tub and shower combination. They waited for the plumber to show up and finally left early afternoon. The plumber showed late afternoon and informed me that a shower vent was needed (not something they would do). With the holiday weekend I was not able to contact a local plumber until the following Monday. Once I contacted the local office, they scheduled their plumber for July 14th.
Went the shower vent was completed on the 14th around noon, I called Jacuzzi to inform them I was ready for the followup installation. The person answering informed me someone would call back. I waited and on the 16th after not receiving a call back....called once again. Same person, someone would call back. On the 20th, I called again and was irritated and upset due to no response. The third call, same person, finally got results.
She scheduled a follow up crew for the 28th. They arrived and didn't do much, advised a plumber was needed before they could continue. They did leave a contact number for the plumber. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on August 3rd at 9 am. At 9:30 I called and he was on an emergency, would arrive late afternoon. He didn't show up and no one called to advise me. I attempted to reach the plumber and his voice mail was full, so I tried a text. He did answer the text and would be here on August 4th. I received a phone call from office staff advising he had an emergency and would be here at 3pm on the August 6th. They also set an appointment for installation on August 7th.
On the 5th, Joe (the plumber) called and asked if I would be home between 6:30 and 7:30 that evening. I said yes and he did finally show up about 7 and after about 45 minutes completed his task and left. The on the 7th, the crew of the ( Ian Goad, Keith Wilks, Teo Montes) showed up and completed the final phase of the remodel.
I do have to say I am pleased with the work done by the final crew and love the final results. It was an ordeal getting to the end though.
The advertised 1or 2 day installation did not happen. From July 1st until August 7th is definitely a 1-2 day install.
For the money paid to this company I would expect much better communication. The time it took to get my project completed, with no communication is not acceptable. Apparently "missing parts" - but, of course I did not know this until I started making phone calls.
Everything was fine.
I wouldn’t recommend mostly because the price was so high, and the communication was almost nonexistent.
Everybody that I worked with, Keith and Matayo, the people who installed it, were easy to work with. They found something they didn't like with the quality, and they went to the shop and brought back a new wall.
I had a part ordered, was told 2-3 weeks, never showed up till 4 weeks later, when something is ordered and doesn’t show up at time told a text or phone call would be nice, knowing the disposition of the item is important instead of calling and getting “ we will call you when part comes in and set up a install date” I didn’t appreciate that answer, I had prepaid my order in full, felt like I was put off.
The installation was a nightmare.
