The 'Estimator' was a slick sales person, misrepresenting himself as 'just the guy who sizes up the job.'

One door is hard to push open. I could use more ledges for shampoo, soap etc.

I am having a problem with the followup.

The work crew after doing the demo on the first day because measurements taken for the shower pan had been incorrect. They did not return for 46 days, during which we were unable to gain any information or even speak to any manager about our project. It was the worst experience with any contractor in our lives.

Not only would I not recommend anyone, I go out of my way to tell people what a rip off this is.

It would be helpful to include the shower doorincluded to the project and under the warrenty instead of having to go to an outside company to arrange getting a shower door installed..

I highly recommend Jacuzzi Tub! My dad is a senior citizen and taking a shower was extremely difficult. During our consultation the gentleman was very thorough in explaining the entire process as well as a detail of exactly what we were paying for. The company also updated us frequently as to where they were in the manufacturing process of our shower. Our tech was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend them and will use them again on my second shower!

The technicians did an excellent jog.

Based on our expireance I would find it hard to recommend them. If something stops the crew from finishing in a day. You are left in the dark. They do not reach out and keep you informed on were/what is happening with your install. You have to do all the calling to find out. Very poor customer service.

Pushy and disorganized. There were multiple times that they had to come because things weren’t coordinated ahead of time, took longer than expected significantly

The inspector was specific in what he wanted corrected, but it took too many tries to get it right.

Everyone was friendly and concientious about the work being done.

Very Expensive. Floor pan not measured correctly and so it is about 2" narrower than it shoud be.

Product made very well, the installers were professional, had a welcoming demeanor and we're respectful of the premises.

The 2 installers placed tarps on the floors to protect the carpet. They wanted to ensure the shower fixtures were placed exactly where we wanted. The entire project lasted 6 hours. The installation was skillfully done!

I am still waiting for someone to notify me that the replacement parts are ready for installation.

The shower pan was supposed to be barrier free with just a 1 inch lip. There is a 1 1/4 inch lip but there’s an additional inch and a quarter hump that you have to get over which does not work well for a wheelchair.

Sales rep was professional and listned to what we wanted. Presented well and showed us all options in both product and financing.

Didn't get back to me for almost a month leaving me with an unfinished job.

All the people that did the work were very pleasant. We are still getting over the look of the shower. My wife and I are still getting used to seeing it in the bathroom. It's like someone came by, and secretly placed it.

A combination of the stressors from this project make me hesitant to recommend Jacuzzi.

Well, the shower is nice I'm not sure if I would recommendJacuzzi. It took 3 trips to get things done, each with different people who didn't have instructions on how to install things. Parts were missing, grab bar was put up so the shower door hit it - whole wall had to be torn out and redone. The whole job seemed like no one was in charge and it was chaotic. People stood around waiting for things to get done - not organized in my opinion. And friendly? Not so much. First group hardly said a word - you need to get a good dialogue with the customer first of all. Didn't happen.
