I wouldn’t recommend mostly because the price was so high, and the communication was almost nonexistent.

Everybody that I worked with, Keith and Matayo, the people who installed it, were easy to work with. They found something they didn't like with the quality, and they went to the shop and brought back a new wall.

I had a part ordered, was told 2-3 weeks, never showed up till 4 weeks later, when something is ordered and doesn’t show up at time told a text or phone call would be nice, knowing the disposition of the item is important instead of calling and getting “ we will call you when part comes in and set up a install date” I didn’t appreciate that answer, I had prepaid my order in full, felt like I was put off.

The installation was a nightmare.

We only gave a 2 out of 10 as the job was promised to take 2 days from demo to completion but ended up taking 11 days and lots of phone calls to Jacuzzi

They were extremely professional and had the utmost timeliness.

The finished product is great. But everything before that was terrible.

I've been trying to get in touch with him for weeks, because it's been a complete debacle, and no one has ever called me back.

The team was very professional, did a good job, and worked efficiently. The job is done as expected; the only delay was the failure of the inspector to arrive as scheduled. I am really pleased; the crew cleaned up, and they were kind. We enjoyed it.

The first crew was not very experienced and caused a few issues.

The customer service is poor.

We have some damage to our wall and some damage to some of the window seals, and our water pressure is lower than it's ever been, and they left the place a dirty mess.

Everything was done well. It was all very good.

They did what they said they would do. They came in on time, got the job done, cleaned up, and left.

Be more communicative and follow through on timelines that are promised.

Having a list of qualified stuctural repair persons might be helpful... took a week to round up someone to fix my dryrot, another to get them here

The product itself is wonderful. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the product. It would be great for the sales rep to have physical items dempnstrating colors and textures. Pictures are not reliable. The communication with both customer and workers seriously lacking, skill level of workers is questionable - sometimes trying to cut corners during install. A wall was damaged during demo requiring repair. 2 crews took pictures of damage and reporting it telephonically. The repair person shows up after a 3.5hrs drive with no equipment because all he was given was a close up of the damage and no detail of the damage which was 20’ up from stairs.

Billing was confusing. Also, the caulking around the area, not as I expected, too much in places not enough in other places. The shower is lovely thankyou

The sales rep was fantastic. But, once the project was sent to the installation team we ended up with a month of delays all after demo. Leaving us with no shower or tub for the duration.

It was quick and easy

The people were very nice and explained things very well. I was thinking about putting in a bathtub even though I don't take baths. The salesman said to do what I want, and when I sell the house, whoever buys the house can put in what they want.

They were fine. The quality was good. The people were excellent. I enjoyed dealing with them.

Tv adds show 1 day install ours took 4-5 . At demolition our shower head was taken. The Jacuzzi shower head is not acceptable. Demolition dinged a few things. I was told at time of final payment those things would be cured by a 3rd party service. Not heard from them. Makes me think I should not have made final payment.

Job is a nightmare.
