I will not recommend Jacuzzi to anyone. what a rip off !
arrived on time, very clean, very professional, directed the job and got it done as fast as possible. left site better than they found it. great job well done...
The bath is beautiful. But they had to come out to replace my bath caddy insert because the first one was installed damaged. The process of removing the damaged one left scuff lines on the wall panel. While there is no damage you can feel from the scuffing it is visible. On the day of tear down they had to stop as we found a leak. I was told the plumber would be at my house around 1. He didn't show up. Customer service didnt know anything about how to contact him. He showed up at 6 which I wasnt expecting and thankfully was still home.
Lower price
Not happy at all with the service. The second and third installers were great. But the product was not as promised. We are told by the sales person who sold us on the remodel that the shower will be fabricated based on his measurements, but they tried to install a used base that was made for someone else that was returned. I 1 to two day project ended taking over a month because they had to order a new base. Customer service also was terrible because no one reached out to me. I had to do all the reaching out to try and solve the problem and make them make things right. We went with you guys because of all the commercials and the promised of doing things right. You were also the most expensive, so we thought you would be better then bath fitters and local installers. I will be putting in a complaint to the better business bureau.
I love the service and the shower, but they were pretty expensive. A lot of my friends wouldn’t be able to afford it.
Good service and follow up
When presenting your initial information, allow more time to make a decision. A day or two would be helpful instead of making an on-the-spot decision. Allow the additional discounts even a day or 2 later.
The entire experience could not have been better!
The salesman did not know the construction codes of my state. He sold us fixtures that are not legal in m y state. He was a nice person, but not knowledgeable. I am demanding a refund. I paid $400 extra for an upgrade that was not allowed in my state. The sales associate needed to know the state's laws. I do not have a refund yet. I have never done business with a company that makes it very difficult to get a refund.
It took them eight weeks to get my shower in.
A lot of people can't afford to do a shower remodel. if someone came up and said, who did your remodel? I would tell them, but I wouldn't go and suggest it to people that can't afford it. Do you understand what I'm saying?
The process and timeline were managed well. The workers were polite and clean and did a wonderful job.
Called the wrong person for the first two weeks therefore not even ordering the product until 2 weeks into project even though we had already agreed to everything when the contract was signed, there was no reason to reconfirm it again— then did not communicate at all that project would not be completed within the 4-6 weeks it was promised. Still did not even bother communicating to us that the pan was damaged and would need to be reordered further delaying the project we had to call to get updates and the people answering the phone were frustrated they could not get a response to their messages either from the office handling our order. It’s now complete 11 weeks after signing the contract.
Jacuzzi does not communicate within their own company very well. They left a week ago, and there has been no follow-up to the damage and mess they left behind.
The technician who installed the product was fantastic, and the product itself was also fantastic, but the management, who I'm still arguing with and who would not communicate with me, also owes me a reduction in price and refuses to talk to me. Anybody in management is absolutely worthless, but the product and the install were fantastic. They had completely screwed up on the product installation timing by months, and they had offered me a discount, which I'm trying to get. They didn't install it when they said they would install it, and they were trying to give me another product discount, which I said to go ahead and install it, but it took me five times calling them and dealing with this individual, who still did not get the paperwork right. They finally said it was getting taken care of, but I am not seeing it on my GreenSky loan. After I'm done with you, I'm going to give him a call and give him a minimal piece of my mind because I cannot afford to give him much.
See comments below.
It's a little pricey, but overall I am satisfied with their work.
The finished bath is beautiful.
The installation is incomplete. The job was started on January 20.
(1) A third grab bar I paid extra ($$$$) for was not installed. (Not delivered) We are a month past the installation and no word of when the $600+ grab bar will be installed.
(2) I am dissatisfied with the water flow out of the Jacuzzi shower head. I have been told by a plumber that the Jacuzzi shower head has a restrictor in the flow that limits water to 1.8 gpm. This was never explained to me. It is possible to remove this restrictor (it should be a choice). I’ve not taken any action, and waiting on Jacuzzi for an opinion. The quality of the shower is a BIG DEAL!
(3) A forward part of the shell is not watertight from ceiling to floor and needs further carpentry and caulking. I can provide a picture and/or a video if required. It’s not a big fix but will take some time.
Didn’t come back to complete work and calking coming undone
I think your 1 day installation is not realistic. Considering that deconstruction is involved in the process. It is not possible to know if there will be an issue after an existing shower or tub is taken out. All the text and emails became annoying and confusing.
Job is still incomplete 3 weeks after start date. An incorrect shower door was ordered initially and I still have no evidence that the correct one was ordered. The install team said that it would take about a week and I’ve received no updates 3 weeks later. I’ve called customer service multiple times and the answer is the same every time- “we see that there is a note about the door and we’ll have someone call you with an update.” I have not received any updates. The team left a curtain rod that worked for a day until it broke and so while the shower is technically usable, it is far from what we expected from both a functional and aesthetic perspective. The plumber has been very responsive and professional in assessing a drip we heard; the materials and quality of the build (incomplete) are excellent; however this is far from what we expected with a $20k investment.
Basically everybody was very professional and easy to work with, and they included me with questions.
The crew was very friendly, capable, and knowledgeable.
