Still don’t have a copy of the contract we signed online. The doc was not compatible with our computer, so couldn’t read it or print it. Asked for a printed copy to be mailed to us. It was sent to the wrong address at least two times. Still waiting for a copy! Very disappointed. Found this ridiculously unprofessional!
Will recommend to a friend. Outstanding job on our shower remodel. We love it !!!
The installation went very smooth. I would recommend
I thought they did a good job of producing for us a bathroom improvement.
It is hard to get ahold of customer service to get things taken care of.
All of the representatives were very nice. It would have been nice to know that the original pitch was going to take 90 minutes and we received a written cost breakdown, but it would have been nice to receive a digital cost breakdown. I completed financing through Greensky and gave a down payment. But when it came to finally receiving the final payment I lost what the final payment was and was surprised that the cost seemed higher. The customer service was wonderful and explained the cost breakdown. But it would have been nice to have a reminder of how much the final project would be, since I agreed to the original cost 2 months prior.
Beautiful results. Hard working installers. Friendly and polite.
The crew worked very fast and completed the job in record time. They were very friendly, very professional.

When they left, I filled out a survey on how they did. Overall, the job went very well, and I was very pleased with the installer. The exceptions were that there was supposed to be a lip at the bottom of the shower to keep the water from going out to the floor. I didn't get it right away, but it showed up four days later. I'm glad they came and put it on. The shower curtain was disappointing; it wasn't wide enough to keep water from coming out on the sides. I bought another shower curtain to put on the inside of that one. In addition, I had to buy hooks for the shower curtain provided. There were no hooks. It wouldn't go on a rod. I went to Lowe's and bought the hooks. They should have provided those or made me aware of it. The use of handles for hot and cold was explained to me, but I wish it had come with an instruction book on how to utilize them. I have had to experiment with the first shower and will have to experiment more with more showers. They are kind of tricky.
The Jacuzzi team (three workmen) showed up promptly about 8:00 am on June 4, set up an awning tent beside their van, and stationed their power tools under the awning. They then put down canvas tarps to protect our hallway to the shower room. They removed our old shower and kept the bathroom and hallway clean. They had all materials on hand and worked steadily until finishing about 3:00 pm. The shower install was complex, with a stationary shower head on each side wall and an adjustable height shower head on the back wall. There are grab bars fastened to the three shower walls. We have enjoyed the shower for almost two weeks, and it is absolutely what we had visualized when we met with the Jacuzzi rep in February.
The two men that remolded my bathroom did a outstanding job they worked very hard and it looks Beautiful, I was going to go with someone who was cheaper but I wanted the job done right. It took two days but they did some extra work on the floor after the tub was taking out.I was concerned abut the price I got the cheapest deal you had no sliding doors and fold up seat but the price was still higher then I could afford but I wanted the job done right. I wish you would have given a list of what everything cost. All I got was a piece of paper with the total half down and the rest when the job was done.I know the material didn't cost 18,000 dollars.
The installers were fantastic, super responsive, and very upfront with what they could do. I was disappointed with the salesman. He made it seem like other stuff would get done, but it just wasn't realistic.
I love my bathtub.
I'm still waiting for the job to be completed.
I am just satisfied.
I'd recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to a friend if they can afford it. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is expensive, but you get what you paid for.
Excellent materials, installers and attention to details and our desires.
Let me know how the mistakes are going to be corrected.
The sales person pitched the company and all its merits. We were shocked at the price as a lot higher than I expected, even with free installation. He said he came from construction, so I figured he knew what he was looking at and talking about. That turned out not to be the case. The new shower pan is wider than bathtub so the drain needed to be moved over a couple of inches. There was no note to the installers, so the 1 day project turned into a 2 week project. Initially I was told they couldn’t move it and I needed a plumber. Then their plumber told me “he had a guy that could come out in a couple of days”. The plumber never contacted us and I called out a plumber who showed up the next day.
All in all, jacuzzi’s plumber could have been better, the sales person could have had better notes and I could have called my plumber sooner. So, we didn’t have a good experience with jacuzzi.
My experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle was outstanding. I would highly recommend them without any reservation whatever.
It is too expensive for what you get. The quality is not worth the expense.
The product quality and the finish of everything are 10 out of 10. The project or production teams handling of the project are a 2 out of 10.
They were very neat and professional and we thought easy to work with - We love our new shower and it will be easy to clean and as we age it will be helpful to have a larger shower with grab bars.
No communication with the customer was a huge downside.
