Called the wrong person for the first two weeks therefore not even ordering the product until 2 weeks into project even though we had already agreed to everything when the contract was signed, there was no reason to reconfirm it again— then did not communicate at all that project would not be completed within the 4-6 weeks it was promised. Still did not even bother communicating to us that the pan was damaged and would need to be reordered further delaying the project we had to call to get updates and the people answering the phone were frustrated they could not get a response to their messages either from the office handling our order. It’s now complete 11 weeks after signing the contract.
Jacuzzi does not communicate within their own company very well. They left a week ago, and there has been no follow-up to the damage and mess they left behind.
The technician who installed the product was fantastic, and the product itself was also fantastic, but the management, who I'm still arguing with and who would not communicate with me, also owes me a reduction in price and refuses to talk to me. Anybody in management is absolutely worthless, but the product and the install were fantastic. They had completely screwed up on the product installation timing by months, and they had offered me a discount, which I'm trying to get. They didn't install it when they said they would install it, and they were trying to give me another product discount, which I said to go ahead and install it, but it took me five times calling them and dealing with this individual, who still did not get the paperwork right. They finally said it was getting taken care of, but I am not seeing it on my GreenSky loan. After I'm done with you, I'm going to give him a call and give him a minimal piece of my mind because I cannot afford to give him much.
See comments below.
It's a little pricey, but overall I am satisfied with their work.
The finished bath is beautiful.
The installation is incomplete. The job was started on January 20.
(1) A third grab bar I paid extra ($$$$) for was not installed. (Not delivered) We are a month past the installation and no word of when the $600+ grab bar will be installed.
(2) I am dissatisfied with the water flow out of the Jacuzzi shower head. I have been told by a plumber that the Jacuzzi shower head has a restrictor in the flow that limits water to 1.8 gpm. This was never explained to me. It is possible to remove this restrictor (it should be a choice). I’ve not taken any action, and waiting on Jacuzzi for an opinion. The quality of the shower is a BIG DEAL!
(3) A forward part of the shell is not watertight from ceiling to floor and needs further carpentry and caulking. I can provide a picture and/or a video if required. It’s not a big fix but will take some time.
Didn’t come back to complete work and calking coming undone
I think your 1 day installation is not realistic. Considering that deconstruction is involved in the process. It is not possible to know if there will be an issue after an existing shower or tub is taken out. All the text and emails became annoying and confusing.
Job is still incomplete 3 weeks after start date. An incorrect shower door was ordered initially and I still have no evidence that the correct one was ordered. The install team said that it would take about a week and I’ve received no updates 3 weeks later. I’ve called customer service multiple times and the answer is the same every time- “we see that there is a note about the door and we’ll have someone call you with an update.” I have not received any updates. The team left a curtain rod that worked for a day until it broke and so while the shower is technically usable, it is far from what we expected from both a functional and aesthetic perspective. The plumber has been very responsive and professional in assessing a drip we heard; the materials and quality of the build (incomplete) are excellent; however this is far from what we expected with a $20k investment.
Basically everybody was very professional and easy to work with, and they included me with questions.
The crew was very friendly, capable, and knowledgeable.
The guys that put it in were very nice. I was told it would take one day when we decided to do it. It took two days. Then, they got some kind of stuff on the floor that will not come up, like a resin or glue or something that is stuck to my bathroom floor and I can't get it off.
Management of the project. Two pans did not fit and a third had to be ordered. The made the project go from Jan. 7th to Feb. 17th with no shower. Phone calls that individuals said they would be calling me the next day with updates did not happen. I had to call to find out anything. Shower curtain bar was oversized and a new one is slated to be brought today (Feb. 19th).
Workmanship is pppr and customer service is non-existent.
Horrible communication! Myself and my elderly parent got bamboozled with expectations and materials that did not go to plan. We wish we would have never done business with this company and will never recommend it to anyone ever. Worst company I've ever done business with. What a nightmare of an experience! 0 stars, 0 out of 10, I would rather die than recommend this company to anyone.
The workmanship I watched was superb. The quality looks very good and I am very happy.
We needed the remodeling for the shower because I can't walk, and I needed to be wheeled in the shower, and the workers did a wonderful job. It took them three days, but I am pleased with the work and the gentlemen that they sent.
Ask as many questions as you can about options.
prompt, courteous, efficient, asked my input
They were very caring for the customer.
See my comments in the other sections of why I wouldn’t be likely to recommend this company to anyone
Wrong parts were sent. Installation was delayed, but only by hours.
I was lied to by the salesman. Communication was terrible. Six days to get final inspection.
We enjoy the product and the quality is really great.
The installers were very professional working nonstop and cleaned up before they left. They were polite, friendly and answered all my questions, allowing me to watch if I wanted.
I was very impressed with the crew assigned to my project. At this time in our country we need more people like them!
Getting the order correct the first time, not the second or third.
There was a lack of customer communication, but we love the final product. We are happy with it. Beautiful shower! Everyone who has seen it says it's gorgeous.
Good working crew and efficient...just wasn't expecting job to take 3 days as I was told 2 days.
Even though I agreed on the cost of the project at the end of the project I don't feel that the cost justifies what was done. Amount of materials used and time of installation no way justifies what I'm being charged.
I am likely to recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle to a friend because their service was amazing and they did a really amazing job!
I signed the installation proposal paperwork on October 9, 2025. It was finally completed on January 23rd. I was hoping it would be in before Christmas but issues kept coming up. They could come on the 20th of December but we had 10 extra visitors for Christmas and I didn’t want workers going in and out of the house. My husband was having hip surgery on January 14th which was one of the reasons for the shower, he’s 79 and not very mobile. They finally got it started in January and couldn’t complete because there was an issue with your guys getting a wrong measurement on the pan. It was another 2 weeks delay. I was told I would receive compensation on our total cost for our inconvenience but that hasn’t happened other than I saw the the last invoice balance today was 54.99 less from the 10,109.68 that we still owe. The workers did a great job, Jason was very thorough and kept me informed. We are happy with the shower, just disappointed with all the delays. So much for 1 day installation as you advertise??
They were awful. I heard loud banging in my house. There was a block. Glasses were falling off the shelf. The heater was broken. They were trying to install a glass door. That wasn't working right either. They got the glass dirty. It was very unprofessional.
On time, pleasant, courteous, helpful, joy to work with. I love my new shower install. Your installers were very professional and helpful.
My project was delayed due to the weather, but other than that, I am happy with it. I have not had any problems with it so far.
First, I would like to give Travis props as he was extremely professional. However, I was very disappointed that while installing the tub, many pieces of my bathroom tile were destroyed. Fortunately, I had extra bathroom tile which was installed by Travis. However, I'm curious as to what would have happened if I didn't have extra tile? Would they have just glued all the broken tile back? Also, there was a white stain in my driveway that was made by Jacuzzi. I ask if they could clean it up. Ian actually used my hose to clean the white mark. However, prior to Ian using my hose, the hose was detached from the outlet and the outlet was covered to avoid pipe freezing. After Ian cleaned the white stain using my hose, he did not detach the hose or re-cover the outlet...Very disappointing. Additionally, There was a lot of dust that I had to clean up. Also my water pressure is not as strong as it was prior to the bathtub installation. One other note, when I used my bathroom, apparently a glu tube was left open and I somehow stepped in the glue, and it ended up on my shoes and hardwood floors. Ian did a good job cleaning the glue off my floors but it took me a while to remove the glue off my shoes.
To clarify, I totally recommend the installation - that was amazing. It’s the cost for what you get that I am not thrilled about.
Everything very professional
The shower leaked when first installed. We had to wait 2 weeks for repairs.
I am not likely to recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle to a friend. If you can get them in your house, they do a wonderful job; getting them in the door was a challenge for me.
The communication and lack of focus. Our first crew was 2 hours late because they went to the wrong house. He then let me know he had to leave by 2PM because he had an L&I doctor's appointment. The plumber left early and the crew had to wait 5 hours for another plumber to show up. They also did not have our whole order. They also put screws through my adjoining stair well when they put up the framing, even though my husband advised them that they should use shorter screws. The plumber also put the connection for my sink straight out from the shower instead of going to the back wall. Because of this we have had to order a customized cupboard that will work with the piping. The plumber also measured and cut the drain wrong for the plate and this slowed our second crew down by 3 hours.
The workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves.
Tub is beautiful. Workers (in person and on the phone) were helpful and efficient.
I think the people that came to my home were professional, worked well together, were neat, polite, and the job was well done. There were 3-4 people who worked on the job.
I think communication needs to be improved.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle was great and did everything in a timely manner once they got started. The only thing I would be concerned about is knowing if you have to have a permit in your area. I didn't know that was needed in the county I live in, so that was disappointing that they didn't make that clear in the beginning.
I am likely to recommend them to a friend because they were friendly, prompt, and did what they said they'd do.
I still have NO WATER PRESSURE ,
Confusion about our orders. Tub to tub installation left our bathroom wall undone. Tub to shower installation was started 12/9/26 but has not finished almost a month later - talk about 1 day installation. The main hold up was a crack pan for the new shower. Sounds like quality control was missed for that pan.
