They did a good job.

I'm very dissatisfied with the shelves installed in the shower. There's no drainage on them. I have to wipe the shelves down to prevent mold. I'm very unhappy about that.

I am pleased with it now that it's installed. It's nice to get right in and it's perfect to me. It was a job and took a long time. They were so careful and so kind. Everything was cleaned up neat and tidy.

I highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath.

They said it was a same-day installation, and it took almost three months.

We are very happy with the job at our home. The tub and shower look great! All the staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. The job was complete in one day.

The project was 2 months delayed due to broken product; lack of communication during the interval with no project updates.

I’ve been wanting to change out my tub shower and finally did, it’s beautiful and my small master bathroom looks and feels bigger. What a difference! The crews were very professional and personable, communication by text and email, everything was taken care of and all cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend Jacuzzi for your new shower.

Poor communication after install. Talked into shower doors that I did not want.

Unfortunately I have not had the best communication since I placed my original order and my install is still not complete.

The 'Estimator' was a slick sales person, misrepresenting himself as 'just the guy who sizes up the job.'

One door is hard to push open. I could use more ledges for shampoo, soap etc.

I am having a problem with the followup.

The work crew after doing the demo on the first day because measurements taken for the shower pan had been incorrect. They did not return for 46 days, during which we were unable to gain any information or even speak to any manager about our project. It was the worst experience with any contractor in our lives.

Not only would I not recommend anyone, I go out of my way to tell people what a rip off this is.

It would be helpful to include the shower doorincluded to the project and under the warrenty instead of having to go to an outside company to arrange getting a shower door installed..

I highly recommend Jacuzzi Tub! My dad is a senior citizen and taking a shower was extremely difficult. During our consultation the gentleman was very thorough in explaining the entire process as well as a detail of exactly what we were paying for. The company also updated us frequently as to where they were in the manufacturing process of our shower. Our tech was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend them and will use them again on my second shower!

The technicians did an excellent jog.

Based on our expireance I would find it hard to recommend them. If something stops the crew from finishing in a day. You are left in the dark. They do not reach out and keep you informed on were/what is happening with your install. You have to do all the calling to find out. Very poor customer service.
