The customer service and installers were great, but the salesman lied to us.
The guys did a wonderful job with demo and installation. The problem was after the installation that haven't been corrected. They already came out and looked at it. I don't think it will be an easy fix. It took three days instead of one. I don't know if those are normal obstacles. They seemed to know what they were doing. A few things at the end didn't work out just right and may not be reversable without having to tear some things out. Someone was supposed to get back with us about 2 weeks ago, maybe longer, about corrections. It should have been caught before they left. I saw it a day or two later and realized it was a major deal.
The installers came in the morning on time and let me know when they were on their way; as they proceeded with the remodel, the plumbing on the shower was different than what they thought; it was under the tub. They worked through this snag and it set them back and they were here 14 hours to get the job done to ensure it would be completed in one day like they told me it would be.
In at 9, out by 4. Quick, thorough, efficient and quite skillful. And, they cleaned up everything beautifully.
Very disappointed in the product and fairly disappointed in the installation.
I liked the service!
The installation team was top notch; Professional, Knowledgeable, and Courteous.
They were good installers, answered all of my questions
We trust the Jacuzzi name.
Costco affiliation & promo was a nice “extra” that other contractors didn’t have.
Salesperson thoroughly explained the products & process, she was personable, professional, and knowledgeable.
Front office communicated on manufacturing status and scheduling. Jacuzzi handled the permitting and inspection.
Lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.
Well-trained and skilled Jacuzzi certified installers not contractors or subs. They both were very well spoken and took the time to answer all questions.
Yes, it’s expensive but ours was a very labor intensive project…1-2 day’s labor for two well trained Jacuzzi Bath Remodel team members plus the quality of the lifetime warrantied materials. Demolition and disposal, they handled it all! Our shower pan was a custom size, custom manufactured for our space, with no benches. We got brushed nickel fixtures with 2 handrails plus two floating shelves. A local company quoted us twice what we paid for JBR so we thought it was a good deal, especially with the promotion offered by Costco.
The installers were prompt, professional, and well trained in performing job duties. They took the time to answer questions and inform on project progress. They took extra time to make sure floors and furnishings were covered during the demolition and they were very meticulous when cleaning up after working. All of the products used are top notch and worthy of the Jacuzzi brand name. We appreciate that the people we worked with (sales staff, front office staff, installers) were all employees of the Jacuzzi bath remodel company and we did not have to worry about various contractors and sub contractors. The Costco promotion incentive is very helpful in mitigating some of the costs involved. We are very impressed at how quickly our bathroom remodel was completed and how beautiful it looks! Thanks to everyone at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, you are all rock stars and have an excellent team. We are happy to hold your company and business model in high regard and give an enthusiastic
A+ recommendation for Jacuzzi to anyone that is looking to have a bathroom remodel. Thanks again!
The crew that did the tear out and install were phenomenal. All work and issues were explained clearly and the bathroom was immaculate upon completion.
They were very conscientious on everything they did.
Very happy with installation crew and finished product.
I'm telling you that it was a wonderful experience,
Install guys were great. Customer service since you got my money is non existent. Very disappointed.
They replaced my bathtub with the one I had and they broke my tile and didn't replace it. It was $14,000 and I was looking for something luxury. I was not given a grip tub, so I fell in the tub and had to buy a mat to put inside the tub.
It is high cost.
There are some good points and not-so-good points. A lot of it depends on the workers that come and do the work. All the ads look great, but that's not exactly the way that it happens.
Over promise and under deliver. But charge a Premium. Won’t provide and itemized estimate.
They did a fantastic job.
They are very professional, and they do a great job.
Attention to leaving work area as clean as prior to them creating a humongous change ! They were like magicians !Adoption was seriously a consideration!! Would have them redo our other bath !!!!
They didn't finish well. They forgot to put the seals around the glass door. The water fell out into the floor. Other than that, everything is good.
The measurement guy was professional and detailed. The installers were professional and courteous and kept us informed. Thorough and professional. Great clean up job.
They were friendly and reliable. The installers answered all of our questions.
Shower door shattered during installation!!! Was to be replaced next day. Not in stock. Than wasn’t ordered till 10 days later!!??? And still no door!!! Was suppose to be expedited!!? It is now March 10, 2025
Was told could do upgrade…. Would come in measure, then get locally. Than told would have to pay more.
After all this I feel this company should incur an upgrade and get this completed!!!
Our salesman John ottiaro pulled a bait and switch on us. Selling us a bathtub that you no longer manufacture. Knowing we never would have purchased otherwise.
I didn't realize the shower head wasn't handheld.
I am very happy with it.
I was very satisfied with the whole process.
Communication from Jacuzzi was timely. Installers were professional. However, follow up with information on when repairs would be completed was not clear.
It has just been installed. I know Jacuzzi has a good name, but it is brand new. Maybe something might happen. The survey should be done in a year or two to see what we think of the project.
They were on time, keep everything very clean. Very professional.
The material for the shower seems very nice. The overall look is very nice. The seam down the middle of the wall has me a little unhappy. Not sure I was told there would be a seam and not sure a seam showed up in the rendition of the job. If the seam were not there I would be very happy. We are
Waiting on the glass to be installed and I’m hoping that it camouflages the seam. Right now, that’s all I see!
Well, I had my shower redone about 4 years ago and have been so happy with the result. The installers were very respectful, professional, and worked very hard to get the job done without cutting corners. I love the quality of the product and the ease of cleaning it
I think they did an excellent job. They were very professional and I am as thrilled as I can be.
I was very happy with thair work, I no longer need to climb over a tub to get a shower.
It's rather complicated, we started initially in November and they said they would have the installation done before Christmas but they didn't have the right equipment. They told me after they tore out the shower they couldn't do anything. They didn't have the seat I wanted. January they came back to do the installation and couldn't do the installation unfortunately the chair I needed extra support for my back wall, which would have been a block wall. They couldn't do anything and then left. A couple of weeks later, they came back and had all the parts, they had a pan that was too big. They decided to cut down the pan. When we got the installation done It leaked. I noticed scuff and I thought they dropped the bars, but for what I paid it should have been right. I called someone and they called me back and brought someone back out to replace it yesterday. I noticed water pulling in the bottom of the pan, it wasn't draining properly. All they told me was they could do a re-install and tear. The reason I chose them in the first place was be read the reviews because I'm careful when paying big money. The reviews were decent so that's who I went with. I'm hoping someone calls me back, I've been dealing with this since December.
They were very professional and did good work.
The installers were wonderful! They explained things. They didn't make a mess. They were quick. And, they were nice.
Jacuzzi Bath remodel did an excellent job from start to finish. We converted a tub/shower to a shower only and in another bathroom we replaced a tub/shower with new ones. The workers were professional and diligent. We recommend them highly.
Arrived in a timely manner, very professional, and got it done in one day. But was here until 1030 pm
Everything went smoothly from the estimator to the guys that did the work.
Promises made, promises not kept. Having to initiate contact with company and go up the ladder to get any action. Waiting for the job to be finished for 3 months. Wanting the full payment before the job was completed.
Per conversation with the design consultant, I questioned if the shower panels could be cut to fit snugly to the ceiling because I have angled ceilings. She measured and assured me that it was possible. Upon installation the installer approached me and said sometimes the boards were not long enough and if that was the case could he go straight across. I then agreed. Yesterday a person who lives nearby showed me her instillation of 2 jacuzzi showers. Like mine, both of her bathrooms have angled ceilings and all shower panels butted perfectly next to the ceiling. Needless to say, for the price and outcome I am not happy. I am now wondering if the installer just wanted to make the instillation more convenient and easier for himself.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix was great to communicate with. I got what I paid for in terms of quality. Everyone I interacted with was very nice.
When the salesperson came out to talk to us, he told us it would be a solid 3/4 inch product, not the 1/8 inch product mounted to a wooden surface. The sample he showed us was what was installed, but he verbally told us it was a 3/4 inch material.
We are enjoying the shower, it looks very good, and they explained things every step and everything works fine. We have had it for four months and are very pleased with it.
I like the work and clean up they did. They were really good.
It took a long time to get our bathroom remodeled.
They coming, they are out and cleaned up in the same day and the quality of work is excellent. My sales rep Jenny Johnson was one of the best I’ve come across. Her presentation is detailed! I would recommend, get rid of that old tub and get a walk in shower!!
