The installers were incredibly polite and very efficient. They covered the flooring from the bathroom all the way out to the garage so they never came in contact with my flooring. The installer was also a measure twice cut once type person and his work showed it. I’m very pleased. So yes, I would definitely recommend.
Jacuzzi doesn’t cover the glass door, a critical part of the installation. They recommended a person, great, I however am still trying to get the door 2 MONTHS after shower installation and haven’t yet been able to use the shower! What good is a shower without a door? Need to find some quality door people to work with and partner so the whole experience is great! So while the jacuzzi part was great, not being able to complete it leaves the customer with the same problem we were trying to avoid - having contractors that would delay or not do it right - was looking for a one-stop shop/install, and willing to pay the high price, but a shower without a door is a partial product!
The work is good, but overpriced. Whether or not I'd recommend them depends on the situation.
Sold us something over $2000 that we are physically unable to use.
They did an excellent job overall. The installers, Jonathan and Logan, were incredible. They did such a good job on the first bathroom that we asked for them specifically to be the installers on the second project.
Overall I am very happy with the people I worked with, but there was some inconsistencies in communication regarding the project and how it was going.
The pan puddles up and does not drain properly
We are pleased with the quality of the shower components but feel that the price was excessive.
I was satisfied with the service of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. The pricing was high but that is normal. The quality of the product is great.
We did a change order, and we were not totally appraised, and it was going to cost us $450.00 dollars. The sales person said we could use the fixtures that were in the bathroom right now. The installers came and said we could not use them, or it would void the warranty. The salesperson should have known that.
They were efficient, clean, courteous, and knew their job.
From the beginning we had issue after issue after issue with your company. You claim the shower will be finished in a day, yet it took us almost three months to get it finished.from wrong doors, to material being defective, and the work being low quality, it was a terrible experience. Even though we finally got the shower finished, we realized that the workers put the doors on backwards.
At this point though, we don’t want to deal with you all anymore, and will just move one from your company.
We would never recommend you. At. All.
The full remodel needs to be done over due to poor workmanship
They do crap work, and the quality is terrible. The installation takes longer than one day. If these guys come to your door, run.
They completed in the time quoted.
I got home and looked at the shower to see that there was exposed drywall and gaps. It was a bad job with dented panes. There was no quality control for this project. They just came, did the job, and left.
Expecting a follow up call after installation, for items they need correcting. I was told 24-48 hours. That was 5 days ago.
I had to take 5 days off of work The job was not planned correctly No communication or inspection after like we were told It looks like it will take another 10 days to get the parts so we can use our shower
The job was wonderful, and the young men who did the job were excellent. I would rate Jacuzzi Bath Remodel a ten on everything.
You say on television that you can do it in one day. In our case, it took three days to do it. You recommended a Murphy glass to do the shower door, and we've been waiting for over a week. He wanted half down and the rest when the glass doors were to be installed, and they are still not installed a week and a half later. I told him today he has had one problem after another, and he's got half our money, and I have to call him. He does call me back. He says he'll be out tomorrow morning. If not, I want half my money back so I can find someone else to put in the door. My recommendation or suggestion is that your company doesn't ever recommend Murphy glass doors again. Also, he mismeasured to start with, then he had to try to get the metal re-cut. Then his excuse was that the truck broke down. We had to contact them to find out when they are going to come out. Their business format was terrible.
hard working professionals. stayed till 6 pm to complete the job, and that was with a monsoon bearing down
Because of the way that everything was done, I was able to add an inch and a half on my shower, and I am a very tall person. I really love the fact that I have that little extra elbow room, and I am not hitting my elbow on the door anymore. The glass doors are high enough that I don't hit my head since I am six foot, so I love that too since I am not hitting my head everytime I get in the shower!
Mistakes were made, project was delayed by over a month.
Everything from step one to step ten was excellent. I am very satisfied.
I am happy with the work that they did. They were very nice people.
