This was my second CostCo bathroom remodel project. The first project was a shower renovation, which went extremely well so I had no hesitation in ordering this second bath renovation. However, this second installation (bath this time) was just the opposite in quality!

After the new bath was installed, the water flow in my kitchen sink has been reduced to a trickle! (The new bathtub and kitchen sink share a wall.) I communicated this to CostCo, but have received no response!

Second problem: The technician sloppily cut the floor tiles next to the tub so that now there is a large gap between the floor tiles and the tub, which the technician has filled with some sort of ugly, black, spongy material.

Yes, we already have!

Manuel and Issac were cordial and got right to work at their appointment time. They did beautiful work and protected our floors by providing covering. We had confidence in their skills because we observed them first hand. We are very pleased with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and we highly recommend them.

Get my doors installed.

The installers were very professional, explained everything along the way, answered all of my questions, and allowed me to take before/after pictures. They were awesome. They laid tarp on the hardwood flooring. I can't say enough things about them. They finished the work by the evening in one day. The tiles they installed were multicolored with black, white, and grey pigments. Initially, I chose nickel for the accessories such as the faucets, but then I asked if they could find out if black was available, and they installed that instead. They were very helpful with everything I asked for and followed through. They took the time to find out if what I asked for could be done. They were so good that in February next year I plan on having them back to do the master bed and bathroom. It's very beautiful.

Workmanship

My installer Jose Pena, if I spelled correctly, was very informative about everything he was going to do. Kept me updated always. He was very polite, responsible & respectful. His crew also very pleasant. Very happy with my results, highly recommend!

Our sales person, Anthony De Biasi, was knowledgeable, personable and non-pressuring. Made the whole purchasing process very easy

Installers were fabulous! Efficient, courteous, and thorough with installation and cleanup.
Shower looks beautiful and adds much to existing bathroom. Ethan and Henry were the best! Much thanks.

Hose and Andrew worked very hard. They ere very polite.

Quality professional workmanship and we love our Jacuzzi shower.

We ordered in June. Shower was unusable until almost October. I expected much better experience for the amount of money spent.

Quality and beautiful results

My experience was Mixed. The salesperson wanted immediate sign. I even told her that I had COSTCO! Because I signed the 1st day. I was not allowed to go through Costco for their points.

I should have waited. I wasn't given enough information. I would have been better off if I had paid it off 1st day, rather than getting a loan. I was not happy with the agency that took on the loan. Because I then immediately paid it off. And got notifications for quite some time!

Also the "complete in one day" is a falicy. Mine was mis-handled.

You lied about no interest and no payments for 1 year. I'm being charged interest and receiving bills

They did an amazing job. I was very impressed.

Quick, quality installation. Installers had everything they needed to complete the installation. Beautiful when finished.

Define would recommend. The quality of materials, installation and great team of workers, Raul R and Jacob C are wonderful. The sales rep Steve was great with explaining the work and time frame to start and it being a two day job. Overall I’m very pleased.
