Will not recommend or use again. Advertising says job will be completed in 1 day and it was not. How misleading is that?
I was very disappointed in how long this job took. It was over a month before our shower was even ordered, then when the installers came and our shower was torn up it was discovered that their sales person had the measurements wrong on the floor. We were told that it would be reordered with a rush on it. We were called after a week and were told it was in and an appt was made for installation. Then they called and said it wasn’t in and a new date was scheduled for two weeks later. On the day of installation we were called and were told the installer was sick but would make it the next day. By this time we were quite angry so we were offered $500 discount and agreed to this. The installers were great, they did a fantastic job. So if the office could get it together it might have been a better experience.
Until I have received satisfactory follow up from Jacuzzi regarding my stated concerns, this is my current response.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did an excellent job.
I am very unhappy and it is not good. I would not leave the shower looking like this for my customer.
They were excellent. It was a day and a half project, and they did not leave a speck of dust behind. The shower looks great. I am super satisfied with them.
It's been over three weeks and my bathroom is still unusable.
I would say the cost was a bit higher than what I had expected; I thought for what they did, their service was good and I have a shower I am happy with, but to lay out $20,000 for the shower was a little high. I replaced my shower because I was tired of using the old plastic shower. The old shower had plenty of hot water. With the new shower, I am not getting the same amount of hot water. I don't know why the same temperature is coming to the shower now. I really have nothing to complain about; it is beautiful and looks like it will last 20 to 30 years. The three guys who worked on it did an excellent job. It did take me two hours to clean up the bathroom after they were done, but I had expected to clean up after the job.
I used Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona for a previous project (bath to shower) about 4 years ago and I was very happy with their quality of work.
Was told by sale rep and scheduler they would start before 7AM, they arrived after 7:30AM.
Do you have a Facebook page I can share my remodel on I have shared on my personal face book page and getting a lot of amazing responses
They were very professional, prompt, fast. And they communicated to me everything they were doing., I would highly recommend jacuzzi bath remodel to everyone! Great company, im happy with my bathroom!!
Sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly; installers were efficient and professional at all times. End result was exceptional!
The shower looks amazing. The project went well from start to finish. The crew were nice and professional. 2 thumbs up to Jacuzzi.
Work was completed in 2 days as promised. Sales person as well as installers were pleasant and polite. Answered all questions truthfully and accurately. High quality materials. Project was completed professionally
Everybody was nice, efficient, and knowledgeable!
I have called the local installer about some concerns about my installation.
While I like the aesthetic upgrade the new installation provided, I was less pleased with much of the functionality.
1) the outer door runs silent, which i like. The inner door, while opening and shutting it, it bounces around the small separator piece between the two doors, making a lot of noise.
2) my original shower on/off assembly not only adjusted the hot / cold, but also was able the push in and out to regulat the amount of water coming out. The new assembly just adjusts the hot / cold. I definitely feel this was a downgrade. I am not happy about that.
3) the door we open to enter the shower has a towel bar on the outside and is used as a handle to open and close from the outside. However, once inside, there is nothing to really use to close or then open the door easily.
Lack of communication. Pan came in with wrong dimensions and I was forced to retrofit.
Yes
I would not recommend them to a friend because during the initial appointment for the designer to come out was back in January and I had to obviously crunch numbers and I needed some time to do what I needed to do and told them I'd call to make another appointment to come back out. He didn't make the appointment I set up, so I was told to make another appointment, and he didn't make that one, either. I had to reach out to him to find out what was going on, and because of the lack of communication, there was going to be a credit to my account. Then, it snowballed from there. I told the designer what I wanted to do and he showed me all the pictures in the portfolio of basically the same house as mine. I wanted the same thing done. We got all the measurements done, submitted, and I signed all the paperwork. I was told in three to five weeks, the installer would call, but I didn't hear anything until early March. I was told the production team was not going to build a plan of how I wanted, but decided what I was going to get. I was also forced to choose a "just in case" plan. Two-and-a-half months went by with no contact at all, not a word, and I had to call and ask. Finally, I got a phone call from installation scheduler. I asked about plans that were made, and said there was only one, so they didn't even follow through with what they said they were going to do. The salesman finally called me back and said he'll "get to the bottom of it and I'll get back to you".
The communication and salesman were ridiculous. If they hadn't called me, I was going to cancel the whole order. The installation team comes out and they are the most professional men. They kept me in the loop, did a beautiful job, fantastic work, and was done in two days. I had to patch one hole, but it's okay because the installers knocked it out when they showed up.
They tell me I was supposed to schedule the glass and I had no idea who I was even supposed to call. I didn't know who the glass vendor was. The installer talks to the glass guy to see if they can do us a favor because of confusion and problems, and they gave me a credit on the glass because of it. I still don't have the glass and that was on June 26th. I spoke to him the following Monday and he asked me if I was paying for the glass, but George said I didn't have to. There was no communication. I have a showroom shower and I can't even use it.
It is extremely overpriced for what goes into it. The customer service afterward is not there. There is no customer service. You get the run around. They say that yes they would love to, and that is great, but no one comes back to give us answers and take care of the problems. I am not satisfied at all. I would not recommend them.
Install the Dual Function Hot/Cold correctly which should have been tested before the Techs left...It's backwards!!!
Associates were professional, kept all work areas clean, communicated with homeowner, respectful. I will recommend services to others in future. Thank you
The guys did a great job. I want to mention Adrian did a great job on the shower. It looks good, and the whole crew was very good.
