The guys that did my installation were great, professional, quick, and they covered everything. They made sure my house was taken care of and didn't cause any damage or mess. They showed up on time. The lady that came out first was very sweet, professional, and informative. She was very helpful in helping me make the decision. She told me about upgrades. I reached out to her afterwards to ask about the Costco card. She was very quick to respond to me. Everyone was quick to respond to questions and gave me an answer in 24 hours or less. I was very appreciative of that.

From design to installation everything was done to the highest standards!

The fixes to the floor and wall have still not been completed almost 3 months after the shower was installed.

The technician did a wonderful job installing the new shower. The sales representative was very responsive during the sales and all the install.

They did an amazing job installing, cleaned up after and were in and out in oner day!

The price of doing business is not affortable for all.

The reason it's not higher is the sloppiest of the first installation team. Their supervisor and one of their other quality control guys were sent out to take care of the 2 issues

At my age, I needed this. To have a walk-in shower is a blessing. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix gave me a little more time.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix's final product was excellent. They did a good job. I am still waiting for the sales rep to price adjust the project based on the quote, as they stated they would match anyone's quote. I priced two bathrooms and had Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix do one and USA Bath do the other. The second bathroom was $3,500 cheaper, so I asked Brandon to price match the second bathroom price, but I have not heard back from him. Otherwise, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix would get 10 stars.

When Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix came, they had the wrong shower walls. I was supposed to pick the right one from the postage stamps on the phone. The guys the first day were wonderful. They covered everything and cleaned up. The crew on the second day was not good, did not clean up, and broke through the wall of my bathroom, which I had to have repaired. They did not put grab bars in that matched my fixtures. They had to do that twice, and they still are not a good match.

Over all satisfied. Took 2 days not one to complete. The workers were polite and knowledgeable. The overall result was a great improvement to what we previously had which was hard to clean and outdated. The new bathroom doesn't require cleaning.

They did a terrific job on the installation. I am very happy with the quality.

The only thing that I would say that doesn't give them a 10-star rating is that the whole job took longer than expected. It was only supposed to be a one- to two-day job, but it took a week.

Very professional personel. They were both efficient and effective in removing out old tub and shower and cleaned up completely at the end of the day, both inside and outside, even though they were coming back to install our new tub and shower the very next day. They are a 10 all around.

The company was too difficult to work with and doesn’t follow through on their commitments. We ordered frosted glass and black accents. This wasn’t sent with the installers. We were told the company would return the following week with the correct door. They did not and that became weeks of ignored emails and threats of complaints to the BBB and CFPB. This was not the guaranteed service the salesperson promised. The salesperson who also didn’t respond to our requests for resolution.

We have been unable to get our Costco membership discount, which is significant. We have followed up by contacting customer service (Polly), who promised to follow up, but did not and would not return several text requests for the information on the status of receiving our discount. (Our remodel was done SIX months ago.

They did a beautiful job, absolutely beautiful. The next week, I took a shower and had to call my husband and 911 on that. My left knee twisted underneath me because the shower pan is way too slick. We had to buy a shower mat so we didn't slip and fall again. I am taking showers in our old shower. Otherwise, they did a fantastic job, and it's gorgeous. I am scared of using it now.

I already have recommended them to a friend.

On the pricey side but knowing I would get quality work and product made it a great choice for us.
