Expensive for Quality I did Not receive .. told the sales lady I am willing to pay a bit more for quality and I have seen other jobs like this which are so much cleaner and nicer. I regret my purchase.

Unfortunately, my overall experience would not allow me to suggest to anybody else to go through this. It took longer than it was supposed to take, left damage that it wasn't supposed to leave, and other than that, I mean, it's an okay shower bed/glass door.

It wasn't clear on the interest % for the financing. The price didn't include the glass. Had to pay extra for that. Also time to install was long and having to wait 2 weeks for glass to fet installed.

It has been over 4 months since we bought and paid for our shower, and we still do not have it.

From sales person to the installer this was a great experience

The crew that put it in was kind and professional. They were attentive and did a great job. I am pleased with the shower and the job they did.

Did not live up to having it done in 2 days, which was very inconvenient for us. They came on a Monday, and were supposed to to finish up Tuesday but apparently the inspector didn’t work on Tuesday because it was a holiday, nobody even told me that except when the guys were leaving they mentioned that the inspector might not work because of the holiday, so I called the 800 number and they didn’t know anything and were supposed to to call back, nobody called, so I called back again and asked when they were going to return to finish because we were going to be gone on Wednesday, was told I wasn’t on the schedule for Wednesday and would call me back with schedule nobody called and the guys showed up Wednesday. Anyway they came back Thursday and sat in the driveway for 6 hours waiting on the inspector because nobody called her. Then came back on Friday to finally finish.

They were very efficient. All was done quickly and left clean.

I find Jacuzzi Bath Remodel very accommodating and easy to work with!

They were great with communication. It was very quick. I wasn't there, but I had someone there with them. They communicated with me and them. That was really helpful. I love how it looks.

I think the sales staff and the installation staff don't always agree.

Change order was not processed for 16 days. Installation was delayed by over 2 weeks.

We not only like the product and warranty aspect of the company, but the installers were very professional and timely.

Excellent service and very professional installation

I have spoken to several people from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. The installation was probably ok, but the damage was not taken care of for over two weeks, and it is still not taken care of, and it has been three and a half weeks ago that the installation was put in.

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since the job was done and I am still waiting for a call to schedule the glass measuring.

I think Jacuzzi Bath Remodel does good work, and the job is good.

I really enjoy having a shower now that I changed it. My whole purpose of re-doing it was to make it safer.

The cap on the bench was not what I expected. It was supposed to match the wall according to the salesperson, but it doesn't. That was disappointing. Also, I tried to contact a salesperson after he said I could call him whenever, but I never got a callback. That was disappointing as well. The overall installation was good, and I am happy with it. The workers were very good and very professional. It was a good two days.

Ethan and Henrik were amazing. They did have to come back because of issue with the pipes. I had a team building at Top golf that last day and they showed up before 7 so I could be on time. So appreciated. Have a wonderful day
