I have spoken to several people from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. The installation was probably ok, but the damage was not taken care of for over two weeks, and it is still not taken care of, and it has been three and a half weeks ago that the installation was put in.
Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since the job was done and I am still waiting for a call to schedule the glass measuring.
I think Jacuzzi Bath Remodel does good work, and the job is good.
I really enjoy having a shower now that I changed it. My whole purpose of re-doing it was to make it safer.
The cap on the bench was not what I expected. It was supposed to match the wall according to the salesperson, but it doesn't. That was disappointing. Also, I tried to contact a salesperson after he said I could call him whenever, but I never got a callback. That was disappointing as well. The overall installation was good, and I am happy with it. The workers were very good and very professional. It was a good two days.
Ethan and Henrik were amazing. They did have to come back because of issue with the pipes. I had a team building at Top golf that last day and they showed up before 7 so I could be on time. So appreciated. Have a wonderful day
I would be embarrassed to recommend Jacuzzi because I wouldn’t want any friends or family to experience what we have.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel completed the bathroom, but they were supposed to change the hardware in the other bathroom. I have been waiting over 5 days and I called serval times. I paid the full amount for both things to be done.
I am getting the run-around with my custom shower door. I have been trying and have talked to a supervisor, but it is still not resolved, and it has me a little worried. It has been a month, and I still don't have a door. They keep having to reschedule.
The first thing is that they timeline was way too long to get them in. They rescheduled on multiple occasions. More recently, once the installation was done, but would have to work through a seperate company for the glass installation. They sent no information, I had to contact the glass installer. Multiple times this week and still no information. This started in the summer and we have no idea when it will be done and have no idea how long I will be without a shower. They are very expensive. One of their values during the purchasing process they state is of the value of service as them as your project coordinator. It is false and inaccurate.
I would not recommend them to a friend because of their poor materials, poor design, and everything looks very poor.
The quality of the product is excellent. Our installers were both fantastic. They were very communicative and respectful of our home.
The installers were very professional and did a great job. The workmanship was phenomenal. I am very pleased with the support from installers and the pre sales team.
The glass subcontractor has not responded to my texts and voicemail.
Job was supposed to be one or two days. We are still waiting for the completion of the drywall around the shower.
The experience went smoothly, the quality of work was excellent, and there were no issues.
I believe your sales rep quoted us a price based on the estimated price we gave him for a full bathroom remodel. If we gave him a lower price, he would have quoted us closer to that price. I’m finding this out after the fact and payment made. I’m a veteran and don’t appreciate that. Lesson learned for any future business or referrals.
From start to finish, the job was jacked up. He told me it was a one-day job, and it turned into a four-day job. For the four days, I still didn't have all the stuff I needed for the wall. Now that I have finally got that thing installed and working, it has no water pressure. The water pressure is weak, and nothing comes out. They didn't have the bars, and they didn't do the shelves either.
Our installer ‘Bernardo and Christine were incredible. They were efficient, courteous and professional. It was a huge job that took 3 days to complete.
it was promised 1 day installation, instead after 3 months still waiting for a glass door to be installed
Well done! Completed in a day.
Limited lifetime warranty. Experienced design consultant/salesman. Supported by Costco.
Easy Financing. Installers communicated effectively and very professional.
The sales presentation was fabulous. The installation was on time and perfect.
Answering the phone. Customer service is horrible. I have been trying to get Tim, the manager, here to see the work. It took a month for them to come and rip it all out and redo it. Tim was supposed to come out on Halloween; I called him and he said he was on his way to another installation. I have never in all my life experienced this type of customer service.
This was my second CostCo bathroom remodel project. The first project was a shower renovation, which went extremely well so I had no hesitation in ordering this second bath renovation. However, this second installation (bath this time) was just the opposite in quality!
After the new bath was installed, the water flow in my kitchen sink has been reduced to a trickle! (The new bathtub and kitchen sink share a wall.) I communicated this to CostCo, but have received no response!
Second problem: The technician sloppily cut the floor tiles next to the tub so that now there is a large gap between the floor tiles and the tub, which the technician has filled with some sort of ugly, black, spongy material.
