Poor Communication with customer.
I was expecting a bit of a more professional and seamless experience. My shower looks nice enough but will need to be finalized by myself as there's some silicone pieces in strange places and a few other things I will address elsewhere.
The showers look amazing. We absolutely love them. However there are a couple of things that should be noted. The shower head is very cheap. It has no pressure to it. And the curtain rod they gave us until the doors can be installed are horrible. We've had them one week and one of them is already bent in the middle. We have not put anything on them either besides the curtain. Also, the first installers did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards. The second installers not so much. There was a lot of white powder in the bathroom, the hallway and everywhere in the laundry room next to the bathroom.
Initial pan was defective, took over a week for replacement to arrive.
They finished the job quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves.
The shower head was installed at the same height as the existing non-adjustable shower head. The installer did not question this nor did he make sure the new adjustable head could be reached, which it is not.
Yes I will
The work performed and professionalism was great - there were a couple issues as noted below but Jacuzzi is fixing / has fixed both of them.
We have already recommended them, and they are very professional.
Think remodelers could have done a better job by not hurting the main circuit that made the whole wall of the electrical system. And they were lucky they hadn't burnt the house down.
The installers were proficient and cordial. They are professional and did a great job. I am very happy with the job.
It's hard to say if I would recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to a friend because I wish had gotten another estimate.
The technicians were fabulous. Very respectful and caring. They took care of everything.
Get better glass dubs.
While I expected the project to take 2 days, I didn't expect the 2nd day to start at 8AM & end at almost 10PM. At approximately 6PM I asked Mike how much longer he thought take to complete the install. Unfortunately,he underestimated that time.
The shower rod installed failed to hold up the shower curtain & I was unable to reinstall it so it would hold up the curtain. I was forced to use my old one. Thankfully, it will only be fir a few days. We are having the contractor recommended to install glass doors.
Additionally, we are unhappy with 3 things.
1. The water pressure is insufficient for our needs.
2. The pan, despite appearing to be textured, is very slippery.
Although I have already scheduled someone to come back to my home, at this moment, the 3rd issue evades me.
Remodel looks great, the workers were very accommodating and we would highly recommend Jacuzzi bath remodel of Arizona.
It was top dollar for unsatisfactory installation with numerous issues that require required. Follow up appointments being on hold with customer service with frustration. I went to Jacuzzi to avoid those problems. I could’ve done it on my own and have problems. I’ll have to let you know later to find out if I have all my issues resolved. It’s too premature.
Guys showed up on time, were respectful of our place, communicated what they were doing, were friendly, did good work, and we got exactly the shower we wanted and ordered. What more could you ask for?
They were very qualified and knowledgeable about what they were doing with the installation.
The Jacuzzi Bath Remodel put plastic on the shower wall, and not marble. They also left a crack under the shower, and the bottom is already stained. There's a gap on the top where they were supposed to connect the glass, so it did not attach to the other material. I am not happy at all.
The salesman, Rudy, lied about everything.
The company did not communicate within the different departments. The right hand never knew what the left hand was doing.
I believe that 3 days ought to be allowed for the installers to do the job and NOT 2 !
Too many mistakes have been discovered after the fact. The vertical grab bar ending up being too close to right side.
It is ugly and cost me a lot of money.
The product is very nice, but the house was kind of a mess after they left.
The customer service and installers were great, but the salesman lied to us.
The guys did a wonderful job with demo and installation. The problem was after the installation that haven't been corrected. They already came out and looked at it. I don't think it will be an easy fix. It took three days instead of one. I don't know if those are normal obstacles. They seemed to know what they were doing. A few things at the end didn't work out just right and may not be reversable without having to tear some things out. Someone was supposed to get back with us about 2 weeks ago, maybe longer, about corrections. It should have been caught before they left. I saw it a day or two later and realized it was a major deal.
The installers came in the morning on time and let me know when they were on their way; as they proceeded with the remodel, the plumbing on the shower was different than what they thought; it was under the tub. They worked through this snag and it set them back and they were here 14 hours to get the job done to ensure it would be completed in one day like they told me it would be.
