I was very satisfied with the whole process.
Communication from Jacuzzi was timely. Installers were professional. However, follow up with information on when repairs would be completed was not clear.
It has just been installed. I know Jacuzzi has a good name, but it is brand new. Maybe something might happen. The survey should be done in a year or two to see what we think of the project.
They were on time, keep everything very clean. Very professional.
The material for the shower seems very nice. The overall look is very nice. The seam down the middle of the wall has me a little unhappy. Not sure I was told there would be a seam and not sure a seam showed up in the rendition of the job. If the seam were not there I would be very happy. We are
Waiting on the glass to be installed and I’m hoping that it camouflages the seam. Right now, that’s all I see!
Well, I had my shower redone about 4 years ago and have been so happy with the result. The installers were very respectful, professional, and worked very hard to get the job done without cutting corners. I love the quality of the product and the ease of cleaning it
I think they did an excellent job. They were very professional and I am as thrilled as I can be.
I was very happy with thair work, I no longer need to climb over a tub to get a shower.
It's rather complicated, we started initially in November and they said they would have the installation done before Christmas but they didn't have the right equipment. They told me after they tore out the shower they couldn't do anything. They didn't have the seat I wanted. January they came back to do the installation and couldn't do the installation unfortunately the chair I needed extra support for my back wall, which would have been a block wall. They couldn't do anything and then left. A couple of weeks later, they came back and had all the parts, they had a pan that was too big. They decided to cut down the pan. When we got the installation done It leaked. I noticed scuff and I thought they dropped the bars, but for what I paid it should have been right. I called someone and they called me back and brought someone back out to replace it yesterday. I noticed water pulling in the bottom of the pan, it wasn't draining properly. All they told me was they could do a re-install and tear. The reason I chose them in the first place was be read the reviews because I'm careful when paying big money. The reviews were decent so that's who I went with. I'm hoping someone calls me back, I've been dealing with this since December.
They were very professional and did good work.
The installers were wonderful! They explained things. They didn't make a mess. They were quick. And, they were nice.
Jacuzzi Bath remodel did an excellent job from start to finish. We converted a tub/shower to a shower only and in another bathroom we replaced a tub/shower with new ones. The workers were professional and diligent. We recommend them highly.
Arrived in a timely manner, very professional, and got it done in one day. But was here until 1030 pm
Everything went smoothly from the estimator to the guys that did the work.
Promises made, promises not kept. Having to initiate contact with company and go up the ladder to get any action. Waiting for the job to be finished for 3 months. Wanting the full payment before the job was completed.
Per conversation with the design consultant, I questioned if the shower panels could be cut to fit snugly to the ceiling because I have angled ceilings. She measured and assured me that it was possible. Upon installation the installer approached me and said sometimes the boards were not long enough and if that was the case could he go straight across. I then agreed. Yesterday a person who lives nearby showed me her instillation of 2 jacuzzi showers. Like mine, both of her bathrooms have angled ceilings and all shower panels butted perfectly next to the ceiling. Needless to say, for the price and outcome I am not happy. I am now wondering if the installer just wanted to make the instillation more convenient and easier for himself.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Phoenix was great to communicate with. I got what I paid for in terms of quality. Everyone I interacted with was very nice.
When the salesperson came out to talk to us, he told us it would be a solid 3/4 inch product, not the 1/8 inch product mounted to a wooden surface. The sample he showed us was what was installed, but he verbally told us it was a 3/4 inch material.
We are enjoying the shower, it looks very good, and they explained things every step and everything works fine. We have had it for four months and are very pleased with it.
I like the work and clean up they did. They were really good.
It took a long time to get our bathroom remodeled.
They coming, they are out and cleaned up in the same day and the quality of work is excellent. My sales rep Jenny Johnson was one of the best I’ve come across. Her presentation is detailed! I would recommend, get rid of that old tub and get a walk in shower!!
Excellent! Thank you. I am very pleased with the results of your work.
Would recommend. Just a little pricy.
I am disappointed in the quality of their work.
